I was given a lemon tree for Mother's Day, beautiful, I had some issues with leaves turning yellow, falling off, your staff was very helpful with suggestions to try, feeding, watering, all in all, my tree didn't make it. I was offered a store credit to purchase a new tree, which will be shipped in May. I feel I have better knowledge how to care for my new tree with the help I received from Fast Growing Trees!
The pictures are deceiving. I honestly thought I was ordering a fully developed plant and received this teeny tiny thing. I could've bought a cheaper plan at Lowe's and had it when I ordered it. Instead I waited a month to get something smaller
The tree arrived and was packaged excellently. 7' looks so much smaller than I expected. The tree arrived in good condition with buds, no leaves. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the blooms, we think it's because it arrived on a cold day. Planted with root starter and waiting for a beautiful tree to emerge.

I ordered it for a friend's as a birthday/housewaing gift. The tree was delivered one week earlier, but my friend loved it so much. The tree is very healthy and beautiful. I am super happy that I got the tree here.
I ordered several trees and hydrangeas. The hydrangeas weren't in great condition when they arrived, they replaced them (I did have to pay for shipping). They were quick to respond and make it right.
Plant arrived very sad looking and later than I had hoped (it was supposed to be an Easter present but didn't arrive in time).

Our tree shipped the week we were originally told. It arrived in great shape. We planted it on Easter and so far it is doing very well. I just wish it would mature overnight because I can't wait to see the flowers and foliage.
I ordered a 1-2 foot Ice Cream Banana Tree and 4 one gallon Liriope. I had been considering making a purchase but was waiting for the weather to warm up. Then there was a sale and on the ordering page a big note that said, for my zone, plants would be shipped mid-April.
A few days later I received my full order, one month early. While I should have been excited, I was concerned because my plants were shipped in the middle of the biggest ice storm my state has seen in about 50 years. Nobody could have predicted a nice storm, but they knew and i knew for my zone, this plant should have been sent in April, once the weather was warmer. So now I'm nursing my plants back to health vs. just enjoying them. It's disappointing.
The other issue is that the one gallon liriopes I ordered are quart size. This is a pretty obvious difference. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service on why I received four plants half the size of what I purchased.
All leaves dead within the first week. Hoping there's still life in it.

I bought 10 thuja green giants for privacy for my backyard and decided to buy 20 more to put around the yard for ultimate privacy. It was fast and easy to purchase and I'm excited to see how well these little 1-2ft plantings do!
The plants were beautiful. I am very excited to get them in the ground. My only recommendation for improvement is clearer information on shipping dates. It was after my purchase through a secondary that it became clear that the shipment was based upon planting zone and not the ship time listed next to plant which was fine just not as clear. If I had known that I would have purchased earlier.
I ordered a Dragon Cactus Tree and when i recieved it the tree was all brokem up.
Barely any plant lefted in the pot.
First let me say I now know why fastgrowingtrees.com has such great reviews: they do not publish critical reviews like mine. I bought a limequat for $80 and got a tree that had so recently been up-potted that the roots hadn't had time to expand enough to keep the soil in place during shipping. I got a sad tree with a bag full of soil well removed from anywhere it would have done any good. Further, there were many mangled leaves and broken limbs. The tree will probably live, but I will never buy anything from FGT again. Ever.
Side note: I got an email from FGT asking for pictures of my poor tree--as if I paused to document the carnage before trying to repair it.

The website is a nice site. Purchased in 2 seperate orders in 10 days, came the same time. Paid shipping in first one and not second. The pricing on items i purchased found to be cheaper here locally and better quality.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
