Trees came well packaged and mist of trees ordered in past have done well.
Several of the plants in ought came in poor condition. They did issue me a credit to use on a next order. Hopefully the next order will be shipped in better condition.
Smaller plant packaging is lacking in safety of the plant. Two of my tomato plant were broken at the stem, then I was told they were out of stock and could not be replaced but you currently sell them in a package deal with other plant SMFFF

I bought from fast growing trees because I wanted fruit as soon as possible. Planted my Lapin Cherry tree excited to grow my favorite cherries. Never did well from the start, leaves dying almost immediately. After the winter and no sign of life, so basically a year wasted. Now I'm worried I'm paying shipping for another tree that I have no idea of whether it's going to grow either. Please send me a healthy tree.

Bought a Hong Kong Orchid, and a Royal Poinciana. Both got frost damage this winter Orchid tree needed a trim. Lost the Royal Poinciana. This purchase replaces it. I loved that tree.

Years ago, a Bradford Pear(?) Tree was ordered. It was a very small specimen and it did not survive. I didn't have a 1 year warranty on it.

Ordered from FGT in the past. While the trees did not survive past the first year (my fault for not realizing they were being overwatered) I was pleased with the size and care they put into the trees. I did not hesitate to order from them again. Hopefully this tree, which is more hardy, will survive my learning curve.

Lemon tree did not do well. Died after about 8 months. Followed directions but the location apparently didn't suit it.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
