Ordered 2 trees. 1 was in great condition and had a good shape (thanks to pruning early on). The 2nd had a terrible shape (due to a lack of early attention/pruning). The 2nd had grown co-dominant central leaders and those were even being outperformed by lower scaffolding branches. The 2nd is going to require HEAVY pruning to try and retrain into a good shaped tree. The fact that it's a slow growing species (for which I paid more for an older/taller specimen) makes it even more disheartening to basically prune it all the way back.

It's been 3 weeks with no response as to shipping of the $300. Plus dollar order. I have been emailed non stop from fast growing trees to purchase insurance and many other products from them. I would rather have an email letting me know the status of my order. Hard to evaluate a product that hasn't been shipped yet.

I ordered some TreeGator Jr. Watering bags and one of them had been damaged in shipping. FastGrowing Trees, immediately sent out a whole new order after I sent them pictures of the damage. What a great company, highly recommended!
I was pleased with the height of the tree however before shipping it had 3 branches that were totally pruned off I assume to fit it in the box. I never had ordered from tis company before, and would understand a little pruning but not sending a 6' stick for $130. I am now the laughing stock on our street. I hope it is a Fast Growing Tree because right now it is embarrassing.
The cherry tree I ordered last year was damaged in transit. FGT, while not giving me a refund, gave me a gift card for everything I paid for. I was able to order the same tree (has the same name as my deceased grandmother) and it will be delivered soon.
I placed an order March 16 for 10 trees. I specifically asked that the trees be sent so that the trees would arrive April 5 or a day or two earlier. They agreed, but I am still waiting for the trees and it has thrown the schedules off of the landscaping company I hired to plant them.

Good price and tree was packed very carefully and received it on time.
I needed to order 200+ trees for my property in Mississippi so I sent a Facebook message to customer service. Within a few hours, I was contacted and the customer service rep worked with me to fulfill my exact needs. The order was placed in advance and the shipment was delayed to ensure that I would be available. I was very happy with the service.
I really love the trees and hope they really grow as fast as you claim. I feel that I paid way to much for them, after I planted them, I found them at a local mom and pop nursery for $20.00 each for the same size. Also the bag of fertilizer you sold me was way over priced for the tiny bag. I hope they grow, fingers crossed.
Fed-ex lost our order and they could not tell me where our trees were. It took me having to call FGT three times to get my money refunded, and then another 3-4 days for the money to be refunded to my account and I'm still waiting for my refunds.

I've used Fast Growing Trees twice now and both time I have been extremely satisfied with the product they have sent me. My dwarf banana trees from last year are doing great and so far so good on the cherry trees I got this year. Thanks!
Although the tree came earlier than I would have liked for my zone, I was happy with the quality of it.
I received an email saying a plum tree I ordered was being shipped. 1 week later I saw no action on FedEx tracking. Through email I informed Fast Growing Trees of the issue and they said they would ship a tree right away. Four days later I saw no action on FedEx tracking so I called. Turns out they did not have my tree in stock and they are get it from another supplier. It is supposed to ship today, almost 2 weeks from the original notification ship date. I wish they would have just told me they did not have the tree and I would have known what to expect. I have not received the tree yet and I am not sure that I will shop here again.

Not only were the trees exactly as described, they were not shipped to me until it was safe and appropriate to plant them in my zone. Great service, lovely trees.
Shrubs were delivered in excellent shape and are doing well. I am very satisfied. Little expensive and you have to purchase a warranty. That disappointing. Lowe's guarantees for a year.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
