I ordered mid March & have not gotten anything I ordered. 3 trees & lavender plants.
What a great company! Since COVID I find myself having to order so many things on line and more often than not I have been misrepresented and the product is nothing like what was hoped for. These people were better than expected, what a treat! Our tree came quickly and is so very healthy. Even lots of new growth on it. We transplanted it a couple of weeks ago and still thriving. I will definitely continue to purchase from them.
As a first-time customer, I didn't know what to expect. I am delighted at the size and quality of the tree I received. It was packed and shipped with love and I can't wait to get it into the ground. This tree will be planted in memory of our nextdoor neighbor and it is our hope that each spring's blooms will remind us of him. Thank you for your excellent service and quality product.
The avocado tree arrived, seems very young foe $120. Not one leaf but hoping to get some. Bought largest size but was under height in arrival. I called to explain the lemon tree had t arrived in time and so just mentioned the problem with then HAAS avacado tree to which the response was, yes I understand is there anything else I can do for you today?

I wanted an Eastern Redbud, and couldn't fine one of any size at local nurseries. You had one, but a 5 to 6 foot tree was $136 (about twice what it would be in the nursery). I hoped that maybe it had a big root ball, but no - it was only about 2 gallons only when I got it. So, including taxes and shipping (which I realize you don't control), I paid over $200 for a tree that would have been about $60 had I found it in the store. Daylight robbery! The tree itself was in decent condition, though the top was pretty bent - I've had to rig a stake system to get it to grow back upright.

I have purchased a lime and a myer lemon tree a few years ago. The lime tree has been prolific and is again full of blossoms and tiny fruit this spring. Still waiting for the lemon tree to produce. Now have a hardy fig tree putting out leaves just as soon as I planted it. Looking forward to years of fruit from these little trees
Buying was smooth/although it would be helpful to have a better description of the size of the product that I would be receiving - then it took WEEKS to get here. It did arrive alive and is thriving.

They arrived in the same box, no demage. I planted them 2 days later. About 2 weeks ago. They are a live, doing very well, sofar. They are a little pricy. I looked at several companies.

In San Antonio we had record snow and prolong freezing temperatures. Everything froze, even plans in my garage. But, the trees I bought from FastGrwing treess all survived.
My original order of 3 trees has been very disappointing. Two of the three died. The third one was set out in the fall and has not budded this year and may have died also. I paid for a warranty on all three. I was told that I would only receive a credit on account to purchase replacement trees. My replacement for the first tree still has not budded this year. My second replacement arrived yesterday and I ordered a 3 - 4 foot tree and received a 3 - 4 foot single stemmed crooked tree. I have had a terrible experience with these trees and requested a refund each time because I don't think any of these trees will survive and I don't want to keep replacing them and paying shipping for them. I have had better luck with a tree that I bought locally and paid only about one-third as much for it and no shipping.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
