I have pursed hundreds of dollars of plants/trees from this nursery and none of the items have been any better than Lowe's or Home Depot.
Most notably, I purchased a Cherry Blossom from them - it arrived with a broken container resulting in damaged roots. The leaves were burnt and contained numerous holes which looked like the plant had been eaten alive.
After NUMEROUS calls, emails and photos I kept being told to give the tree a chance, give it more time.
Almost two months later with no new growth on the tree - I just gave up contacting this company because it was obvious they didn't care.

I am a returning customer. I love the trees and vines I have ordered. They always arrive packed so everyone arrives healthy and happy.
My son gave me a gift certificate from these folks. I checked out the site and found something I would like to have. The website does not indicate how they ship, so I sent Customer Service, through their Contact Form, a note to NOT ship FedEx. FedEx and I have QOS issues and I won't have them on my property.
I made sure that the Contact info was clear about shipping FedEx.
They shipped FedEx, anyway. Unless they reroute it (and they have not yet made contact with me for an alternate destination) this tree will be returned to them from the FedEx depot.

I received my first tree today. It was basically a 17 inch twig with a few leaves. All of the main branches were broken. This was a Santa Rosa plum. I am 75 years old and have been growing fruit for 50 years. I have bought trees from Stark Brothers and from local garden centers. This $79 tree was a disgrace to say the least.

Took advantage of the oversized tree sale despite what seemed like a hefty premium. After very delayed delivery, tracking showed the 3 trees had been stuck in a shipping warehouse over a week. I expressed concern to the nursery about the health of the trees. On delivery, a willow, though quite thin, seemed okay in its container. A crab apple was dry but was resuscitated with soaking though I was disappointed to find that there was no root ball in the container. I ended up planting what really seemed like a bare root tree that had been stuck in a plastic pot and covered. The thuja was very dry with brittle brown branches at the growing tips and throughout the top third of the tree. Asked for a replacement and was told it was "bronzing" due to harsh weather. Well, the bronzing would have been the overwintering at the nursery and still resulted in a non premium "no longer oversized " tree. Too much expense, too little service, unimpressive quality.

The thujas are still going through the winter dormancy here in the nursery as well and once you do have them planted and allow them to get acclimated you will be able to see the greenery come right back out for you. Web site was easily navigated. Delivery was quick. Products were well packed when shipped. My oak leaf hydrangea has doubled in size after two weeks in ground. Other items are loaded with buds. Will definitely order from this company again.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
