We just planted our arborvitae today. They looked good and healthy - strong root balls. I happened to notice that Lowe's had arborvitae for substantially less money, though. Other than the price, FastGrowingTrees seemed top notch.
The plants I was sent were carefully packaged and very healthy. I've already placed another order with them!
The last couple of plants I received have had damaged limbs and trunks. One broken tree was an original plant that I ordered, the second broken tree was the replacement. I have managed to nurse them back with no issues.
The first two trees I ordered were undersized. When I complained about it they immediately shipped two more trees, this time properly sized.
They did a great job keeping me informed of shipping status. The trees came packaged very nicely after they let me know they'd hold then until planting time. Can't wait to see the crape myrtles grow and bloom

My initial purchase from FastGrowingTrees was in August 2020. Having purchased acreage on the river in the country, we purchased twenty Celebration Maples to line our horse-fenced roadway leading to our retirement home we were constructing. The trees were delivered quickly, and were very well wrapped, preserving the leaves and the integrity of the 5-6ft trees. Overnight, an unprecedented windstorm evolved along with lightning. Multiple strikes initiated a fire that swept through our small little Oregon town, devastating everything in its past quickly! We fled in the middle of the night, unprepared due to the suddenness of the fire. Our trees, amongst other things, were destroyed in this devastating fire that ravaged many cities in Oregon, September 2020. When all hopes were dashed, FastGriwingTrees issued a FULL credit for those trees lost! Something they didn't have to do. They went above and beyond to offer such an amazing gesture. We've since redeemed this generous credit and received our shipment with the same speed, professionalism and care we experienced the first time. Our new trees are equally healthy and thriving the day we received them. Having just entered Spring, their little leaves are just readying themselves to burst open. My heart swells with joy and my eyes swell with tears as I gaze upon the carefully planted trees dotting our fence line, eagerly awaiting the warmth of Spring to waken the dormant trees. These trees are our bright spot; a reminder that even through adversity, there is goodness in the world. Thank you, FastGriwingTrees! You've earned a customer for life.
My Japanese Maple tree arrived earlier this week a little beat up. No fault of FastGrowingTrees. The instructions on the carton were not followed. In BOLD print "Lay Flat" was printed on the carton. It was left at my door in an upright position. I saw it delivered and brought it in immediately. The packaging was perfect, however, the pot was busted (thanks to the packers for the plastic or all of the soil would have been lost). Several small branches were broken and some minor wilting of a few leaves (possibly dehydrated). Regardless of the bumpy ride, the tree will survive. My neighbor named it Charlie (possibly after the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree). It is not THAT bad.
The box hedges arrived in good shape. The two of the three azaleas showed some damage. I planted and watered them but I'm not sure if they are going to make it. One of them only has a few small branches remaining as most were damaged in shipment.

I paid $130.00 for a tree that I could have bought for$30 at Walmart. Very disappointed in the size of the tree and the customer service.

When I had a problem in the past the Compnay replaced my tree
Was nervous about purchasing for a spring planting but the tree didn't slip a beat. Came blooming, didn't shock at all and has new growth and is flourishing.
I bought a mimosa and a pink dogwood. The mimosa arrived damaged with the tip broke off probably during shipping, so I emailed them and they sent a replacement tree for the mimosa which came very fast and in excellent condition. They arrived in March around the first week maybe start of second week. They have been in the ground maybe 3 weeks and I have growth and buds everywhere even on the broke tip mimosa! I am so happy with my trees!
Just got the plant. Plant is dormant. Very expensive plant by the way. Funny, I was at the store and saw ruby falls weeping redbud for $38. Bigger size too. So please check your local nurseries or stores before buying online.
Anyways - i took it out the box and planted it. So fingers crossed. I'll post another review after 1 year.

I have been very pleased with quality of the plants we have received from FastGrowingTrees. But I am really impressed with the customer service. It is one of the best I have ever seen.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
