Planted bushes The day after they arrived. They were small to begin with. Then the temperature went below 32° in Georgia. The next day, the plants look burned on top. I will call and seeWhat can be done since I paid for the insurance.
The leaves are brown around the leaves. The trees were well packed.

The ordering and delivery was very efficient and easy. The plants arrived on time and they are of outstanding quality.
Costco sells them at 3 feet for $27. I bought mine for just under $50 each... and they are tiny! Mistake

Ordering was easy; delivery was fast, and the three trees I ordered were delivered in great shape--they've been transplanted to pots, so far so good
The overall purchase is fantastic and quality and communication is top-notch. My only issue is the sizes you receive. A 3-gallon palm tree is very small. I could wait for big box stores to carry them and it would cost substantially less.
The concept is great, but wish you got more tree for your money. Not sure how these are calculated though (supply/demand), so hard to tell if that's even an issue.
Fed Ex pushed the delivery back a day. I ordered the trees March 24 I was notified April 1 they would be shipped. April 8 I received another email stating the order had shipped. I tracked the order with the tracking number the order was to be delivered April 11. All day the tracking site stated the order was to be delivered on April 11 until 6 pm they changed it to April 12.
The order finally arrived April 12.

I purchased three trees ad they arrived as advertised. I planted each of the trees and after five days the two fig trees had lost their leaves and looked bad while the cherry tree appeared to be thriving. One fig tree is starting to look like it might survive.

The tree arrived in absolutely perfect condition with leafs and buds ready to almost bloom. Will be planted in a day and most likely will bear fruit? Great service.
First – I bought 11 trees totaling well over $1000. Next – not happy at all on how they pack and ship live trees. Horrible, horrible. One Example: Burlap bag root ball for a Butterfly Magnolia came destroyed (NOT properly supported with twine wrap like other nurseries) – with ALL the soil OFF the root and sitting at the bottom of the bag. ROOT TOTALLY EXPOSED. I called and was told to plant it anyway and see what happens. By the way this ‘tree' was a 3-foot stick for a trunk, no branches whatsoever, with a few buds on the ‘truck'. After a few weeks in the ground - NO GROWTH, no nothing, still a three-foot stick coming out of the ground. Pretty embarrassing actually.
4 of the 11 trees are evergreen – so at this point (3 weeks in the ground) very hard to tell where they are in the realm of being dead, dormant or slow growing.
Next – Japanese Maple – which was an insult to receive. A 3-foot single whip of a twig, no branches, little baby leaves and it came in a 2-quart pot. Yeah for $120. Planting it – pulling it from the pot, the potting ‘soil' fell apart revealing NO ROOT STRUCTURE bound into the pot, like every other tree/plant in existence would have done being potted – seeming like this was a branch from a tree stuck into a 2 quart pot and sold. Needless to say within two weeks, all the leaves drop off and there it sits – a three foot red whip sticking out of the ground. I called on this one too. ‘Let's wait and see what happens.' I was told. Until When? ‘That would be May 30th.'
The balance of the trees? There is ONE (a Magnolia) that is showing SOME HOPE. Just barely pushing some leaves. The others? 2 Eastern Redbud – 3 weeks in the ground – no growth. Still dormant? Maybe. 2 Dogwoods – 3 weeks in the ground – no growth. Still dormant? Maybe.
Here's the thing – I was told if they don't grow – we replace. OK. In the MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER? The worst time to transplant trees – isn't that in the dead heat of the summer? Aren't trees supposed to be fall/spring planted?
So – in review - received poorly packaged, two trees were an insult to receive, and last – the hurry up and wait for growth into the beginning of summer for replacement decision.

We just received our second apple tree, and the one we ordered last year is already starting to flower after having survived a rough winter. I don't know if we'll end up seeing any apples this year, but really looking forward to future harvests!
I just received my pineapple quince tree and it is so beautiful! Shipped healthy and perfectly to my house in zone 6b. The sturdy packaging protected the tree (even the delicate little flowers) root ball was perfectly held together and came with planting instructions. Amazing price on a tree I've been looking for unsuccessfully for several years in my local nurseries. Will definitely be buying from them again!
I ordered 2 year old rose bushes that were only 6" tall when delivered. I paid 3x the price at fast-growing trees of rose bushes that was more mature at our local nursery. Customer service offered a 15% discount - as opposed to sending me more mature plants. Convinced they sent me the 1 year old plant, not what I ordered.

Firstly, from Texas, so strict laws regarding citrus. When selecting texas as my region it still has no options to ship citrus to me, i have to call and order and they have to dropship from a nursery within texas which ended up being a huge mess. Was suppose to ship on a monday, then the following monday, then thursday, and that thursday noon i asked about my order and said it would be shipped that day and then got a call back 3 hours later saying my trees were out of stock and got a refund. First time buyer here.

Found a beautiful tree to order as a memorial gift. Because it was still winter time, I was made aware that the tree wouldn't ship until the last week of March. Ease of ordering was great, tree was shipped when promised and came packaged carefully.
Very happy with my cherry tree looking forward to cherries
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
