It was great buying these three Blueberry Bushes... I am looking forward to harvesting some fruit by early summer.
Ordered our tree and was tracking thru Fed-Ex where after about 8 days it was never out of "pending" for delivery. I phoned Fast Growing Trees customer service to see what I should do and the very friendly rep, without hesitation said we'll ship another one today because if the first one arrived it would be dead. Needless to say the first one arrived in fair condition albeit very anemic, but with a little tender loving care, we nursed it back to healthy green leaves and its doing great! The second tree arrived on time and still had blooms on it, also doing great! What fantastic customer service! Beautiful products and friendly helpful staff! Can't recommend them highly enough
We had our Plum and Cherry trees arrive and they had a very poor appearance, wilted leaves and branches mashed together. Hope they survive. Getting another shipment in today... hope they fare better.
Had to wait almost a year for the size of trees I receive the first time to be restocked. When the replacement came in they were sprouting leaves. Should have gotten them when they were dormant don't know if they will live are not. Time will tell.

Love Love Love my plants. They all arrived packaged neatly, compactly and efficiently wrapped. Not one broken branches not even a dry leaf! I replant and my trees and they look very happy and healthy in their new home. It arrived with lots of buds and I cannot wait to experience the abundance of fragrance flowing about my back porch.

You would have gotten 4 stars if you chose to use a better delivery company. FedEx is the worst. They routinely say they have made deliveries, only for them to sit on the truck for an extra day or two.
The green giant arborvitae‘s that I received were small in size and so dry that the dirt wasn't even sticking to the roots in the pot. Some were laid over sideways in the pot because the dirt wasn't even holding them up right. The weeping willow that I received looked like a crooked dogs leg with three twigs sticking out of the top of it. I could've went to my local Rural King or Lowe's and got a 10 foot tall 2 inch caliper weeping willow for the same price that I paid for this ugly little twig. I am not typically one to leave reviews but this is a rip off. For a $300 order one would think they would at least get quality healthy plants.

I received the tree Sunday and noticed a concern immediately. As instructed on the delivery email, I logged my issue and received an auto-response that I would be communicated with in 1-2 business days. It's now Wednesday (day 3) and nothing has been heard. I'm beginning to worry.

Trees came boxed well, a couple of trees had yellow wilting leaves. Planted 5 trees that were delivered by FedEx, the 6 and 7th. Trees were lost in transit, but were delivered 4 days later. Checked trees, they look well. The miss Kim lilac didn't take the extended trip well, badly wilted I have watered and set in window to recover hopefully. The 2 trees I just received will plant in 3 days (snow forecasted in 2 days and high winds now, they have to wait.) hope it's not to long to plant. I have great hope for the trees that were sent, everyone I talked with was very helpful and informative. Thank you. Will order again
Ps. the reason for 4 stars is, I couldn't put down 4 1/2 stars, will update when I see that all trees have some growth.
I waited months for the 4-in-1 apple tree to become available. The second it did, I jumped right onto the site and ordered. My tree shipped a couple weeks later (due to my zone). The tree was in transit over a long holiday weekend - 5 days in a box in trucks/warehouses... I was nervous. Then, my tree arrived. Opened the box and there it was - fresh and beautiful, as if I'd just gotten it from a local nursery!
We planted it a couple days later. It has been a week in the ground now (the drop n grow bag is awesome!) and it looks happy! From start to finish, including some Facebook messaging, this transaction has been phenomenal. It may be my first order, but I intend on many, many more over the coming years!

A third of the trees were shipped, then nothing for a week and a half, no trees, no emails, no response to request for update. I'm hanging, but Hershey's!, that's a thousand bucks waiting.

I had two separate orders about a month apart. First order did not come complete. I emailed customer service and crickets. About 5 days later the rest of my order arrives. Still nothing from customer service, but order received, so no complaints and I made another order. Second order also arrives incomplete. I emailed and actually received a response from customer service saying they would send the missing part of my order. A week goes by and nothing. I called the phone number and left my phone number for a call back. No call back... nothing. I imagine it was because there were 60 people ahead of me at the time of my call. Probably people looking for where their orders are.

Ordered on March 23 arrived April 11th. Site says 1 to 2 days unless otherwise noted but was almost 3 weeks. Called a couple times and given wrong date. Tree is tiny with not a lot of leaves hoping it lives. You only see mature trees on the website might be helpful to show pictures of what is actually being ordered.

Got 2 encore azalea bushes. It got quite cold and I covered all my new plants. These did great. Not the others.
My Korean Lilac tree arrived looking great. I planted it Sunday and it's doing well! I'm so impressed and I can't wait for it to grow and make my patio smell amazing.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
