My dwarf cheery tree is dead my other trees are doing fine my cheery tree did not look good from the start

I ordered a 6-7 foot mimosa tree. I received a 4.5 foot tall "stick". No branches, no growth. Just a stick about 1/2" in diameter. Yes, it's alive and seems healthy. But I could have purchased a healthier, good looking tree at a home store for the same or less. And I wouldn't have my neighbors calling me Charlie Brown...

I received the Goju bush on time and in good condition. I was disappointed with the size of the bush bu it is healthy and without damage. I am still concerned that this might not be a mature plant. I was hoping to get fruit from the plant this season. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Originally a Florida girl, in an ohio world. I do not miss florida but I miss palm trees. Determined to have them grow outdoors in my summer backyard beach, I have made. Bringing them in during the winter with my sun lamp to remember the warmth. These palms are saving me mentally. I have no desire for florida. So thank you for showing me how to have florida trees in ohio!

The plants were in great condition on arrival. Can't wait to see them bloom.

The package looked as if it was run over. The plant inside was completely destroyed. Waiting to hear back about a replacement.

I ordered the largest Pomegranate tree/ bush they had: 3-4 feet. It came quickly, looked exactly as described, loaded with little green leaves - quite a happy tree.

Was very skeptical never ordered a tree through the mail before. Pleasantly surprised packaged well done snd the tree was so healthy with blooms that smelled in the breeze. Lilac. Is going well and still looking great no shock or browning

This is the second tree we purchased from Fast Growing Trees. The first was a dwarf peach that is growing great and produces many peaches. We expect our new maple tree will do as well.

The 2 plants were crushed together in one box instead of separately.
They are living because I took them out immediately and planted them and gave them plenty of water.
They are in the shade. I thought I might lose them at first because the leaves were turning black.

I decided to try one of your unique Crape Myrtle trees in the landscaping for a new property and the tree arrived very well packed, in safe condition and with everything as ordered. It's already been re-potted and growing nicely in my yard... no "recovery" time needed! I live in South Florida so I'm excited to see how this little beauty will flower this coming summer!

Very pleasant the man I spoke to was knowledgeable with what I was looking for. My tree came in great shape. It is growing And sprouting from the bottom by the dirt all the way to the stems. The leaves are getting so big so soon I can't believe it. I love my tree.

I ordered a specific cypress, but what was delivered was different species. They refunded no problem.

Everything came packed nicely and very healthy, great customer service also.

I was very disappointed in the tree I received! For the money that I spent I felt the tree could have been bigger! I am not a happy customer and I will not purchase from this company again

We are very pleased with the plant material we purchased. Both the tree and the shrub are doing nicely.

I ordered them March 25, I have not gotten any communication about any delay in shipping. I just logged in myself to find out where they are, and it says they are coming today. Well, I will have to send someone to my house to get them as I am out of time. There needs to be better communication.

Place a call to FGT and a Plant Expert will answer all of your questions and will guide you with tips for success. There is a saying you can "see" a smile on the phone and this is actually true. FGT products are of high quality and arrive carefully packaged as to avoid any damage during shipping. Product replacement is a no hassle procedure as well. Had Deer eat the foliage off my young tree the same week it was planted and received replacement within a few days. It now has a nice looking 6ft. Cage built around it for obvious reasons. I would recommend FGT to anyone looking to improve their Landscape.

I paid $66 (incl. $20 for shipping) for a Chicago Hardy fig tree. Way overpriced - as I discovered the same type was on sale at Lowes for $10. The tree arrived in a box with a small (1 gallon) planter with soil. It was about 18" tall with barely a leaf on it. I planted it as instructed with a suitable-sized hole in our backyard with soil mixed with garden soil + mild fertilizer mix. It's in a spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight. But in a few days the 3 leaves that it had have shriveled up and are now fully browned out. The plant seems dormant or dead - it's difficult to discern which. Perhaps it will revive as the weather gets warmer. But even if it does, I felt I've overpaid for a thus-far unsatisfactory experience.

We now have everything we ordered form FGT's. Planing went well and everything looked nice and healthy coming in. We have 5 gal blueberries, blackberries. Apple trees, crepe myrtles, and Red bud. Hopefully all goes well. Company has good plants and trees!
