The first time I ordered from them, I ordered two dresses, but one was a little too short. It looked a lot longer on the picture. Both dresses were cute so I kind of let the shortness slide and wore the dress as a long shirt. Well the second time I decided to order from them was for a weekend trip, so I ordered well in advance. I made two separate orders (seen another cute dress later). The first order came in about 3 days. The second order never arrived. Today is 10/17 and I placed my order 10/11... I "had" 2 day shipping. Now my package is delayed. My vacation is over too. Very disappointed with this site. Horrible customer service.
I used to be a happy customer until recently. I have been ordering clothes a few times every month for more than a year. There were some things that bothered me such as the fact that they dont refund money but issue a store credit instead or that they dont publish reviews unless you give them 5 start etc. but i decided not to complain about it until a week ago. I ordered 2 bodysuits, 1 of then was out if stock which i was informed about after my package has already been shipped. I received an email with store credit and they also gave me a code for free shipping on my next order as a compensation. I thought that was fair but when i placed my order, the free shipping code didnt work. So i sent them an email and got a copy paste reply from Ashanti saying how they dont issue free shipping codes for international shipping. I emailed again asking why they offered me the free shipping in the first place and suggested they give me store credit for that ammount but yet again Ashanti was completely unwilling to help or try to solve the problem they made and simply replied that she was sorry and that there is nothing they can do. From all the people from Fashionnova customer service, Ashanti was by far the worst. So many people are complaining about it, so many bad reviews and Fashionnova does nothing to try to improve it. Shame..

I've always ordered from this site before but now I don't know what's going on but I'm sooooooo disappointed. I just got a dress that I bought for a wedding and when I got it the dress does not look like the picture. It's so thin and it's a regular day maxi dress smh. I wrote a review and it just disappeared. I'm so upset that these celebrities are hyping this site up like it's all that when really it's not. I'll just go to my regular mall to shop

Fashion Nova exceeded my expectations for my online order. This is my second time ordering off their site and I was so pleased with my recently purchases and experience. Their website is easy and efficient. They were in great communication with me the entire time and even let me know when it was out for delivery so that I could be around when it came.

They messed up on an online order of mines and charged me over $100 for a short I didn't buy and when I tried calling them about it to have the extra short removed they never answered their phone. After that I emailed them about what had happened and they still never responded to me. Instead they tried to send me the package asap. At that point I was fed up and said ok, so I contacted their head of online, he said he would give me a %20 off coupon for my next purchase and when I asked him about returning the package for my money back he stopped responding to my emails. I've sent him 3 emails asking for a return and he no longer responds. I disappointed in their online service. They treat their customers like crap and when you need help they don't answer their phone.

I've ordered from this company many times, and lately the service has been terrible. Since they; re getting popular the quality of the overall business is going down as usual. My package has gotten lost 3 times IN A ROW and they still won't give me a refund. They keep saying its usps not them but it's your job as a business to make sure your merchandise gets to its customers. The phone number also does not work and I've called the post office several times just to find the problem is actually on Fashion Nova's side. So I'm just gonna file a complaint with BBB within the next week or two if the issue does not get resolved during this time frame and contact my bank to see what steps I can take to get my money back. They won't give me my actual money back but they can't seem to find a way to get my packages to me when I use the store credit they keep issuing. If this were a couple months ago I'd say they; re the best online store around, now, I say shop at go jane and sites like that. Same merchandise, better customer service.
UPDATE 10/16/16: The issue was finally resolved. I was asked to wait a little longer for the newly packaged products to be resent out. A representative said that they would take extra precautions to ensure my package arrives this time and they did. My things did get to me finally. I'm not sure what they changed or did differently but my stuff came this time. A refund was also offered if it didn't show up this time (probably because of the PayPal dispute I had to open). It took a lot to get this amount of attention on my specific problem but at least someone finally decided to find a solution.

I order some pants and of course they were too small, I returned them and have to receive a store credit. They Che fed their site so there is nowhere to email them and when I call the 800 number no one ever picks up it goes to voicemail which doesn't get returned. They have a email address on the voicemail messages but I have yet to get a response or my money back on store credit! I have ordered several times from them in the past with no problem but this time around has been horrible. I've tried DM on Instagram and get told it takes 1-5 business day and when I told them it's been longer the 5 days I get no response. I'm super pissed and irritated with this company as of late. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB!

The clothing is mostly poor quality and some looks different than in the pictures. I found something wrong with every single item i ordered. When I went to rate an item that I was really disappointed about, they deleted my comment and the 2 stars I gave. They only keep the good reviews and the 5 stars so don't be fooled by what you see on the website, you're better off going shopping at your local mall.

I ordered a coat in a size small, and they sent me a size large. I emailed them, and they told me to send them item back with a return slip and the tracking information so I can get a refund for the item and be compensated for having to pay for the shipping charges. My tracking says the item got there on September 13, and they still won't refund me. It's now October 6 and haven't got this issue resolved. I have proof that my item was delivered to them, yet there are trying to say they don't have the item. Scam!

I have ordered from Fashion Nova multiple times and they have gotten my address wrong multiple times. On these occasions I had to e-mail back and forth to get my money returned. Although those were resolved, it took much time on my end for their own error that I was not happy with... As if this wasn't bad enough I got a pair of pants that were not long enough (TALL GIRLS BEWARE!) and i returned them. I NEVER got return credit for them... Not because they weren't returned on time but because they never processed this return. ALL OF MY INFORMATION WAS ON THIS PACKAGE and i returned it with the original receipt and packaging within a week's time. Erica C got back to me and told me that because I sent the tracking information late that I could not get a refund. RIDICULOUS. Don't let celebrities fool you into thinking this is a legit business. I HATE HATE HATE writing negative reviews and rarely do but once I have a handful of negative experience I HAVE to! I work in retail and customers can be terrible and complain about things that are out of my control, this was in their control yet they did absolutely nothing to handle it correct me but ask for shipping information that they should have already had. I am a busy person and I had to not only worry if something is going to get to my door but also worry that they will overlook my return.

I ordered some clothes a week before an event I was planning on going to, seeing as to how they offer 2 days shipping. I ordered on a Sunday night, didn't even receive my tracking information until Thursday! Still having my hopes up, I assumed my items would get here on Friday. Nope, not scheduled until Saturday. The day after the event. Some of the clothes are cute, I'll give Fashion Nova that, but completely unreliable with shipping. Fix this, or don't offer the advertised '2 day shipping'.

I recently ordered from Fashion Novas website a week ago for the first time I wanted to wear the clothes I purchased to an event that weekend and they offered 2 day shipping. I saw so many celebs and other people on my instagram wearing their clothes so I figured I would give them a try. Worst decisions I ever made, not only did my package take longer than 2 days for me to receive, when I tried calling their bogus phone number it went directly to voice mail and suggested I email them so I was already upset about that. I finally got my package and the clothes didnt even fit the material was thin and cheap and smaller than advertised I felt completely scammed I have purchased better quality clothes from target and other boutiques like love culture. I ended up having to ship the items I couldnt fit back to them and PAY for the shipping out of my own pocket. To top it all off, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with them they emailed me back with a rude response and basically said oh well you wont get a refund and they don't care about losing customers because they only issue store credits and never lose any money so this must be how this scam stays in business but luckily I am able to dispute the charges and never have to deal with this misleading company ever again who care more about keeping your money than losing you as a customer. NEVER AGAIN! And Fashion Nova please don't bother sending me a generated response I don't want to hear it save it for a sucker that doesn't know any better and likes to throw away money.

I received an OOPS note and a $#*!ing store credit! Are you $#*!ting me? Credit my card! Don't force me to order something I dont want just in order to not lose my money! Wtf! And pay shipping TWICE? I saw Joanne's hilarious video for Fashion Nova and placed my order shortly thereafter. They had fast shipping and the clothes were actually super cute! But I can't lie, Joanne's video definitely pushed me to place my order.
So I heard Fashion Nova had jeans in plus size now. And I must say I was hesitant, but ordered anyways. I tried their jeans on as soon as I got them and was shocked at the amount of stretch these jeans had! These have to be my most comfortable pair of jeans!
I'm 5'10, so finding jeans isn't the easiest. I had heard so much about Fashion Nova jeans and decided to get me a pair of their Glistening Jeans in Olive and I must say these jeans fit me so well! They have just the right amount of strtech in them. For now on I'm sticking with them for jeans.
The other day I decided to follow them on Snapchat and they just so happen to be showcasing clothes on different body types! I loved that because I always get a little scared that the clothes won't fit on my body type since i dont look like the models!
My daughter mentioned she wanted to do some online shopping at this place and I must say I was a bit skeptical at first because my daughter looks nothing like the models and the clothes are a little prerogative. But when they came in the mail, the clothes actually look really nice and fit her nicely! The shipping was decent and the price was fair!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
