I've always ordered from them for a few steady months now. The most recent order was never received and now we can't get any kind of help from fashion nova. We got a generic response saying there not responsible for a lost package. So when contacting the post office they say fashion nova is the one that has to handle it with them since they are the shipper. So now where does that leave us the customer? After sending emails and phone calls still no real response or help.
Staff are unwilling to help. No desire to assist a customer. I am referred to a tracking number that doesn't update and still they don't care to assist. It's been 3 weeks where two of the weeks no update. I'm shocked at the service. Disgusted. Never again. No systems in place to even tell me where my parcel is so I can fetch it.

I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them because I saw a lot of celebs and women wearing it via their Instagram but they must be putting on different outfits. I am usually a size small so I ordered a size medium in pants. These pants did not fit up past my ankles they were so tight. I also received a body suit with deodorant stains on it.
The quality of the clothes is a bit unappealing and the clothes don't come with washing instructions. I don't know who is the orchestrator behind fashion nova but he/she must be tied to Hollywood. I don't know why popular people are pushing this brand like fit tea
It's interesting because when you go on their website there is nothing but 5 or rarely 4 star reviews. I think this is sooooo fake now. I'm warning my friends to never shop there ever go to a boutique you know Forever 21, H&M, Papaya...
And fashion nova please don't reply to this with your generic copy and paste response to email whoever. You're upset that customers have a true platform to express their issues. It's also interesting how people are writing good reviews. Even at five star restaurants people don't take the time to write good reviews as much as they do on your site they write more bad ones. I think the marketing team needs to go back and formulate new ideas.

Ordered $78 worth of clothing for which I paid $6 standard shipping. A week later I get a notification from the Post Offhce to pick up package and charging me an additional $12.85, because Fashion Nova sent the package in a large Priority Box. I refused it and sent the package back. I paid for standard shipping, not priority. Try calling the BS 888 number because they never answer they have an automated service instructing you to email them. I send an email and explain why I refused the packages and instead of resending the package, they reply to my email and stated they were going to refund my money, but they never refund your money they gave me store credit. Since I have no choice, re-ordered two pairs jeans, because now the items I originally ordered are out of stock! Placed my order of course paid shipping again, only received one of the jeans and an Oops the item you ordered is out of stock with 20% coupon but no credit for the jeans. Had to send another email, where they requested a picture of the packing slip showing that the out of stock item was highlighted and never delivered. Now I get a credit back for the jeans minus a $1. I'm going to use the credit obviously I have no other choice, but I WIIL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! Very poor customer service and delivery service.

They sent me a jacket with a minor stain on the back but want me to send it back to receive store credit? I shouldn't have to pay for their error, so the next day someone sends a new one without asking me and now I have to send it back. I was able to talk to Nataly who I thought would just give me store credit to make up for it, but nope all she did was say she would send me a prepaid label (it's been a hour and I have yet to receive it) so I wouldn't have to pay to send it back. After all the money I spent here, this is the service I get? That definitely need to get more professional because their service is lack luster for the price they charge for the hit and miss clothing.

They blocked me from their Instagram page for complaining in the comments. I spent $149 on several pairs of jeans and it's been a week with no package and the tracking number they gave is fake. USPS hasn't even received my package but fashion nova lied like they shipped it. I'm so upset because I worked hard for that money and $#*!s like them just take it and steal it. I don't recommend ordering from them. Save yourself the misery.

I was looking for a dress for my birthday and bumped into Fashion Nova's Instagram and I couldn't stop! I only needed 1 dress, but end up ordering 3! I couldn't resist!
For someone who is petite, Fashion Nova jeans hug my invisible curves! I won't buy jeans from anywhere else!
First, I spent the $75 minimum on their website JUST so I could recieve the 2-day shipping they offered. Five days later I recieve my package, they didn't care at all, and eventually stopped replying to my emails, saying "Ma'am your package is on the way", I didnt care that it was on the way, why lie and offer 2day ship when its not really 2day shipping? They deleted my comments off IG. They don't do refunds, everything is cheaply made. Got the wrong size jeans, paid $6 to ship them back, and NEVER GOT A REFUND. Such bull$#*!. Will never order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE first I was suppose to get free two day shipping and the clothes came four days later then they sent me the wrong size jeans when my shipping label clearly had the correct size on it. They responded to me telling me I would have to pay for to ship the jeans back and they do not issue refunds even if it's their fault I'm highly upset please beware!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
