Well I am kinda feeling skeptic due to the reviews I am seeing now but I ordered 4 items successful to be shipped to the US no problems then when I tried their international shipping I cant get a shipping update the shipping details are unavailable 6 days now, the phone lines are busy and there is no other way to make contact for a refund, I was really loving this site but if I cant make contact when issues arise then I cant continue with this store.

Bought four things from Fashion Nova, hated all the clothing, it looks and feels very cheap. I was just going to return them for a refund, until I read the sweet little note they include stating they do not do refunds only store credits. Warning number 1! Any company that does not offer refunds only store credits knows their product quality is terrible and do not want to lose money! Avoid this company, your money is better spent elsewhere! Major scam

When I got to learn about Fashion Nova, I fell in love with so many of their clothes and shoes, and figured that Fashion Nova would be the best place to buy an outfit for a wedding that I was going to. I placed an order for 4 different pairs of shoes before placing an order for a dress that I would go for, and I was promised that I would receive my parcel after 10 days. It has been 3 months now, and I am still waiting! I am very frustrated because nobody is even doing anything to help me! Poor customer service, poor service delivery!

I live in Russia. I buy in fashion nova 09. 09. 16 today is 30. 10. 16 almost 2 moth still dont receive my order I sent email to them but they say i must check my track number, the problem is in my track number dont show the localization only say: the package and is in the process of preparing to delivery. Where is my fu... order i want my clothes. In same day i buy missguided.uk i received after two week i dont know why fashion nova is so long and for internacional order must pay 15$ why so long 2 moth it's unbelievable

I placed an order for a Halloween costume on Sunday 10/23. With 2 day shipping, that is MORE than enough time to reach me by The party on Saturday. Fashion Nova sent me a email stating that my order has been shipped and I even received a USPS tracking number. On Thursday 10/27, I receive another email stating that they are sold out of my item and I will receive a refund within 7-10 business days. If you're sold out of an item, that's understandable but to tell me 4 days later is unacceptable! I emailed them back to express my dissatisfaction and they basically responded with an F you. I will never shop here again.

I placed an order. Wow. Everything was perfect. Everything fit perfectly - true to size. STOP. It was downhill from there. I placed an order. The material was cheap quality. The sizingvwas completely off. I returned it expecting avrefunf. Nope. They refused to give me my money back. They would only issue me a 'gift card'. I called them and called thrm but i csn only leave a message snd no kne calls me back. When I went to put my 'gift Gard number in, although it was in the appropriate spot, the computer system did not register it and it did not take it. I emailed ( they do not respond via the phone) and was told too bad. They cannot apply that to the order. I am done. This company bis a SCAM..

So this was my first time ordering. Seing all the 5 stars i was like omg their clothes must be on point. I only ordered two leggings because i saw YouTube reviews about how good their leggings are. So i ordered two. Okay they came on time material felt good but once i tried them on... Let me tell you. -.- you could see my whole underwear and this was in poor lighting! Imagine in natural light! Ok so i brushed it of i was like ok maybe i can double them up or something you know? But i was bending over to see how see through it was going to be when i bend over and i seen that there was a rip. I thought i had ripped it so i was a little pissed of how cheap the material was but then i looks at the other pair that i havnt tried on and that one had a rip aswell! Tried to get a full refund on both plus my shipping because it is not my fault that they sent me used legging but they emailed me back that they cant do nothing about it! C'mon atleast a FULL refund would be great so that i dont have to pay shipping twice! Then to make it worse i find out that they DONT post the bad reviews on their website! SHADDDDYYY! Neverrr buying from them again. And now im stuck with two ripped leggings. Thank god i didnt order more.
