First and foremost, I initially love Fashion Nova in terms of clothes and looks. HOWEVER, their customer service is disgusting. I live in Toronto, Canada and I am travelling soon to a hot destination so I've been ordering at least two items a week this November. I know it's probably much cheaper to buy it all at once, but I just started purchasing from Fashion Nova. I wanted to make sure that I actually receive my items instead of doing a big order and it being messed up. I recently ordered on November 8th 2016. I tracked the package and it reached Toronto on the 16th. Canada post sent it back due to incorrect address and I emailed Fashion Nova immediately. I told Fashion Nova I would pay an extra shipping cost for them to send the package directly back because I needed ASAP. Dominique responded and explained that they would reimburse me my money once they received the package and I'd have to re-order the items again or buy something else. (Please explain to me how that makes sense?) I need the items I don't want my money back. Plus i'm willing to pay a second shipping to get the exact same package that was nearly delivered. All they have to do is correct the postal code. She didn't respond to my second email for like a good 12 hours and so I sent a third one reminding her I'm awaiting her response. Then she emails me saying she can't reimburse the shipping cost?! I NEVER asked for any type of reimbursement. I asked for my package so clearly she's not even reading my emails. I told her that I was frustrated and that she's clearly not taking me seriously. Then she responded a minute later saying I'd have to re-order it again. It's frustrating that Fashion Nova customer service line is never answered. You have international buyers yet if an inconvenience happens they don't even care to address it properly. I guess us Canadians are better off going to the store itself because if their are any issues it will be resolved correctly. If your in the states I feel like Fashion Nova is great. International buyers beware!
I would suggest everyone dispute it with your bank, Like Im going to do. They sell you items that never come and the same company person email you. I don't even think she is a real person. I would also say go on The BBB and write a complaint. They will help you get your money back. This place have to be stopped and hold accountable for there actions.

I have ordered off fashion nova multiple times, this time has been an ABSOLUTE disaster. I ordered 14 items - I was immediately informed by email after confirming my order that 1 item was out of stock and was sent an e-gift card for ~25$ (standard, no problem).
2 days ago my package arrived, with only 5 items inside. Thus, I was missing 8 of the things i had ordered & paid for. I think the person packing my package literally missed one side of the packing list because the last 5 items included were on one side of the sheet, but none of those on the other side of the sheet made it into the package. Though a big mistake - this could've been easily fixed if they would just answer me.
Of course at this point I was very concerned. I called them probably 100 times, always went to voicemail. Sent them 10+ emails including photos of the package, items, packing list and even went so far as to comment multiple times on their instagram BEGGING for them to answer me. The response? They BLOCKED me on their instagram, and the only response I got by email was someone who resent me the same code for the original missing dress (25$ value) - totally ignoring the content of all my emails and the actual issue of missing nearly 200$ in merchandise.
Do you have any idea how insanely frustrating and upsetting it is when you are a loyal customer, and you are ripped off hundreds of dollars in merchandise and no one will even answer you or acknowledge it?
I have no idea what to do... At this point I just want a refund for my order and to move on and never order from them again but I cant even get that. It is the most upsetting customer service experience I have ever had.
Please if anyone is reading this from fashion nova just help me get a refund I am begging you. Order #*******

Customer service has always been a good to me and they have extra small! Their clothes are usually good quality, and this is where I get most. Of my shoes. Shipping used to be really fast 3 days but I see that it now takes a little longer. They have good promotions sometimes free shipping when you spend $75, no one else can compete with their promotions.
I'm kind of confused on why the reviews are so horrible. First off, the price and the quality of Fashion Nova's clothing is pretty good! I ordered on a Monday and the next day I got a shipping confirmation. I'm very happy with my purchase. I already shop from here just letting you guys know that they are worth a try!

I order from them all the time, and even with a bad experience i probably would still order from them because no one has jeans like them, i live in WV and always get my things within a couple days maybe a few at the latest. This time i ordered jeans and my paypal used the wrong address. Well i knew from there nothing could be done they clearly state nothing can interrupt the process in shipping so they cant change anything which is dumb but at least they tell you on their website! I Emailed CS anyway and she suggested package interception with the actual carrier, so i did and they attempted but wasn't successful and my package got redelivered back to Fashion nova, i called and someone took my call and address and said it would be done, well it want she clearly lied over two weeks still didnt have my jeans so... i emailed the same person i initially dealt with told her what was going on she offered credit or reship and she reshipped it for me i got confirmation two seconds later, ended very happy
I order some jeans on the 10/31 and it 11/11 and I have yet received my item. I called in and they tried to blame the usps but the postal service didn't receive the item from nova yet. I wanted the jeans for last week ending and now I'm mad cuz I have no use for them. Never shopping on this site again. Guarantee 2 to 3 day shipping my $#*!.

This would be my second (and last time) ordering from fashion nova. My first experience was great everything fit well quality was great... second order I purchased over $100 which made me eligible for two day shipping. I Placed my order on 10/30 received it on 11/4. I measured myself for the jeans and ordered accordingly and it was not true to size. They do not give you refunds nor exchanges. I ordered when they had 25% off sale since they don't do exchanges I asked if they could honor it for what I do decide to purchase with my store credit and they said no. They do not put the customer first they do not make things easy you pay for shipping back if you need to return. They do not put customers first. Quality on all items aren't the best

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.
