First time ordering for them and i had horrible experience. 2 day free shipping is a nice way to get you to order. USPS is worst carrier. I waited almost 3 weeks to receive my order of $350. When it items came the material was so cheap. Jeans are over hyped. Cheap material, gets fuzzy easily. The size 7 is like a 9. So big. Now I want my money back (I am aware of store credit) I still haven't received my refund it's been 2 weeks now. The phone number is a scam no one picks up just machine telling you to email them. Which they never responded. Save your time and money. Ignore YouTube videos praising them.
Honestly was very excited to order from this company due to all their cute clothes, but was skeptical due to their reviews. My overall impression now is do not buy if youre expecting to receive our order on time or for an event. If you dont mind waiting around for a month for some cheap clothes then by all means go ahead. Idk why this company has the audacity to offer 2 day shipping only for them to tell me my clothes are sitting in USPS for 10+ days (which is longer than the average shipping time I might add) and they arent going to do anything but sit on their asses and wait. Very annoyed with this company and the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping, over a week in advance, only to end up without a dress to wear to my event and no resolution from the company.

First things first usps is the $#*!ing worst courier to ship with. They do not deliver your packages on time. These people need to get their $#*! together seriously poor $#*!ing customer service never ordering from here again! I spent over 200 dollars on this $#*!ing site if i dont get my $#*! im coming for whoever celebrity that created this bum $#*! $#*!ing. Suck my $#*! u heard.

I've order for the first time with fashion nova and I'm very unsatisfied! Won't be ordering again! I've made a mistake and put the wrong billing address i sent them ten emails correcting it and they can't respond I've paid for the one day shipping so I could've got it on time because I leave the country tmr. It's still being processed and I won't be able to get it! Spent over $200 waste of my time and money.

Really upset I just got my order today and spent what I feel like was a good amount of money and when I finally received my shipment they had the wrong colored vest and I was missing a pair of my pants that I ordered and wanted to wear today I also tried to contact them on website and cannot find a way to email them which aggravates me and tried calling but just reached voice mail I really am upset I spent almost 30 on a pair o never received and can't find a way to contact would not recommend this place again and thanks for taking my money NEVER AGAIN

I placed an order & received a damaged item. I checked their website which has a contact number. I called them three times & never reached a person & in fact I called five times but two of those the line immediately went to voicemail. I left two messages & never received a return call. After one or two days I decided to email them. Once they emailed me back a day later I was outside of their policy. Apparently they have a policy that requires the consumer to contact them within two days to report damaged items which I attempted to do. I also asked another question on email & it took three more emails to get that question answered. Mind you the return emails are usually a day later. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Messy business.

I would give 0 stars if I could or give a negative review on their websites but they take it off once you do. I ordered 11 items over 100 dollars and they only send me one thing and not even the same material they showed. Out of the 11 things I ordered they send me one that looks like they bought off eBay from china for 2 dollars and charged me $155 for it. They do this to many people and if that is the case they should not have their website up and I will try my hardest to warn everybody everywhere. All the models and singers I know and work with. YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, everywhere. If they can't handle the business then they need to just shut their websites down. DO NOT waste your money there. Plenty of other boutiques and shops have better quality dresses and better customer service. Jluxlabel is more expensive but their clothes are photoshoot worthy and customer service is absolutely amazing. I've been asking some of their customers about them and apparently, they do this to many people. Then they blame it on USPS. They are liars and I am one angry customer. Fashionnova.com IS A SCAM! "Kat, Clarence, Cassandra, Natalie, Monique and Alma Chavez" are frauds. Their site is fraud. They use zendesk.com for their sham customer service. They NEVER EVER answer the phone line, which is a huge red flag! Incredible unprofessional!

I have ordered from fashion nova on quite a few occasions. My first two orders no problem. My other orders after that here comes all these problems and customer service was just not customer friendly. Then I wrote a review and got a message from Kim at Fashion nova. She was very nice and helpful so I gave them another chance. They still messed up my orders but since I had Kim's email I would let her know and she would quickly rectify the situation. But this time I don't believe the situation can be fixed! I placed another order and I ordered a sweater for myself and a friend of course when I received my order one sweater was missing so i quickly emailed them and let them know and they said they would send another out. Of course with no tracking so after a week I emailed them and let them know that I had still not received my order. Who ever in the email department emailed me back and said that there was nothing that they could do it was shipped! Mind you someone checked all this stuff of to make sure it was in the package supposedly. I'm done wasting my money on a company that does not care about the customers that support them. What you need to remember Fashion Nova is that no matter how many celebrity endorsements you get think you your customers that continually support you! Sad just sad!

The prices are pretty good, not dirt cheap but no outrageously expensive. They have numerous styles, and they've been expanding their sizes. I commend them for that.
They need to work on their website, and their customer service/return policy. Some of the things I order, I adore, and others are very poor quality. Sometimes the clothes I get DON'T match the model photo! And they won't even let you leave your review on their website! To grow as a company and become truly successful, they need more focus on quality and customers than rushing out poorly made product for $$$.

I literally had the hardest time w/ the sizing for my jeans, & their customer service Rep helped me find my size. Other places have me just look at the size guide but they actually helped me. RARE!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
