I order a dress on Black Friday and when I reserve it it was the wrong dress. I reorder the dress with in a week, my event pass and had to wear the dress that i didnt order. To me it seens that they dont care of what they send to people. So disappointed, it was my favorite online store. I will never order from fashion nova again. And plus my sister order a dress she reseave a diffrent color dress. Heart broken

First off let me say I loved fashion nova! I told everyone about them! I've spent about $600 with them. I love their selection, and quality of clothes and shoes but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
It's black Friday it's 30% off sale I'm extremely happy. I get 3 pairs of jeans, all $19.99 I'm ordering at like 3am as well. I get charged for all of them and then the $6 for shipping. Cool, I'm happy with everything it's the holidays so I knew it would be about 4 days. It came and only 2 pair of jeans are in there. I start to panic I look for the shipping invoice and it says one item was on back order and that I had a e gift card. I checked my e mail no gift card. I called no answer! I e mailed and they didn't even know the order# or issue. I was told to send a picture of the invoice so I can get the e gift card. They dead $#*! ( sorry for the language) sent me $13.99! $13.99 smh. At this point I'm going to just go to my bank with this issue. Not only have they taken my money and not given me the product they weren't even going to give me the tax or free shipping.

I ordered a dress and a jumpsuit for a date. It was ordered on a Sunday. I assumed that it would be enough time. I selected 2 day shipping. I didn't get a notification that my item had shipped until WEDNESDAY! The tracking JUST updated tonight (Saturday) saying my order is on the way. It won't arrive until Monday. It has been sitting there this whole time. Very pissed. My first and last time ordering

I love all of the items I have purchased from Fashion Nova especially their jeans. They are all soft, light weight and hug my figure perfectly. Everything I have purchased in the past year is still being warn and in good condition. These clothes are well made and wonderful.
I ordered with this company recently and made sure I spent over 75 dollars to get the free two day shipping. Well it took a week to get my order and one of my items wasn't in the Box with a note saying it was out of stock so they would be issuing me store credit. Why would you charge me for something you don't have? How about an immediate refund? Also the sizing was off and the quality of one of the dresses was super cheap. I'm so frustrated I never write reviews but I had to on this one. Not worth it! Clearly they don't value their customers.

I ordered a new little black dress and a pair of strappy pumps. No issue at all with the shoes or shipping, I wouldn't order if you need it for a specific occasion coming up, but I didn't so I was ok with waiting a bit. The only issue was the sizing. I'm normally a xs-sm, so I ordered the dress in a small. It was TIGHT. My roommate was able to help me wiggle into it, and I didn't have any issues once it was actually on. I would just advise double checking the size chart or ordering a size up for their clothes.
I will never do business with this company ever again. My girlfriend ordered a dress from here and selected 2 day shipping because we needed it for a specific event on a certain day. Low and behold, it took 3 days for them just to create the shipping label and the postal service still did not have the package in their possession at that time. And now it is a hassle just to get them to refund my girlfriend the total amount for the dress and shipping. I would not recommend anyone using this site for clothing. They have a customer service phone number that is just a hack because no one ever answers and a recording that says they are too busy to check voicemails and all you can do is email them and they take forever to respond back and give you the answers you need!

I order a lot from here. I haven't had any major issues until it's time to receive a store credit. Clearly they're overwhelmed during the holiday season and cannot keep up with the demand. I suppose that's a double edged sword with their success. But they really need to step up the customer service. Send out a mass email to email subscribers that their phones are down right now. Had I not searched through IG I wouldn't have known. I've been trying to fix a refund issue all week through emails and it's been cumbersome for no reason at all. This could have been solved by simply looking at my order number and seeing that the item wasn't shipped. But nope, still trying to get my refund. Anywho, still will order from them... just not during the holidays. And be prepared for store credit if you do need a return.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
