I always order from Fashion Nova and usually have no problems, until my recent order. I ordered on 11/29 and paid for the expedited shipping and still have not received my items. The shipping label is created but not shipped out. I have an event coming up this Friday and I needed the clothes to wear to that event. I am so disappointed that I haven't recieved my clothes and now I have to scramble to find a new outfit. This makes me not want to order from this company anymore. Yearly I spend over $5000 but this incident has made me want to never order again.
My first time ordering in this company and its the worse i ordered over $220 on cyber monday the 28th today is the 7th and the shipping information still says its been only preshipped i want my money back i meed the clothes for this thursday! Never ordering here again
I ordered from Fashion Nova December 1st, I did free 2 day shipping and it is now December 7th, and I still havent received my items. I have been charged! I have an event scheduled for Saturday with no dress insight and the tracking info they sent me is still saying a label is waiting to be created. I was very excited to order clothes from fashion nova. I ordered during black Friday and has yet to receive any items. I WANT MY MONEY AND NOT A CREDIT. Customer service is the absolute $#*!ing worst! I. I spent almost $1300 since November 20th and I'm yet to get any feedback on my order #*******. I also have another order #******* with a shipping label since December 2nd and usps is yet to receive the items. This company is dog $#*! when it comes to taking care of their customers... I ordered over 100 dollars in merchandise for Cyber Monday on 11/30/16. A label was created and a email saying my order was shipped on 12/1/16 was sent but They never even actually shipped my merchandise.! The first time was a mess but I gave them a second try and I must say my experience was excellent this time around!
I just recently order clothes on November 28th for their cyber monday sale, two pairs of jeans and a sweater... great. I paid $6, again no big deal. It is now December 6th and the only tracking information available is that my label was created AKA they never sent my package to USPS. I emailed them very upset, considering it was for an occasion, they got back to me with a generic, most likely automated message that DID NOT answer my question. I called USPS, they said they've been waiting for the package since the 1st of December. Please please PLEASE do not order from Fashion Nova, it is a waste of money and time, and not worth the headache I'm now enduring. I ordered there twice in the past, both parcels were late as well. They have a phone number that seems fake, I called it every 4 minutes for two hours and they never picked up? That doesn't seem right. Save your money, order from somewhere else that actually values their customers.

I loved fashion nova until I got my order with THREE items missing. I ordered a total of NINE. I paid for ALL NINE items. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I have never been so upset with an online order until this incident with Fashion Nova. Nobody ever answers to my emails. And nobody ever answers the customer service line. At this point I am furious. I basically wasted $100 dollars because that's the total of the items that were missing and supposedly out of stock. Fashion Nova needs to fix this. Very unsatisfied.

I order from fashion nova 2-3 A WEEK. I ordered on Black Friday and they sent me the wrong shirt. Not I mind you I got them outfit extra late. I was suppose to receive it on Friday & didn't receive it until Monday. I emailed them because they never answer, they hold me to send the shirt back that they sent wrong and they would give me a store credit to order the one that I originally ordered. I feel like that's not right that I would have to wait possibly 2 weeks to get the correct shirt that I ordered from the get go. They have yet to respond to my email. I purchased a black dress for new years eve: dress is so cute on the website but once I got my order, the dress didnt look exactly the same as the one on their website. Otherwise, it took 5-6 days of shipping (us to ca) and the other dress that I got is at least the same than the ond that appears online.

There is absolutely no customer service because you can never reach any one. No one ever answers, they claim to be too busy to answer emails and they do not respond to emails. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, the tracking number said they created the label but they never actually shipped the order. So I'm out of 286 dollars! They should not be able to get away with this.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
