I ordered from them on Dec 7th. All they did on Dec 9th was complete a label for it! This company is DEFINITELY FISHY! I will track their asses down for my money, and to file a lawsuit against their asses!
I live on a Caribbean Island and have ordered in the past with no issues. This time after Cyber Monday, I get an email on Dec 11 saying order confirmed (after placing it on Nov 28), followed by a next email saying security flagged my order (yet payment was posted on Nov 29th according to my bank, so they took the money long before). The second email that came Dec 11th said I have to send a picture of myself and my ID so they can verify. I promptly called my bank who informed me that is a common scamming technique. They said not to send a picture with ID and added a second billing address. I sent Fashionnova the number for their "Security" to call and verify the billing address as it is the Master Card call center in the USA who can verify. I told Fashionnova if I don't receive an answer within 48 hours on my shipment being sent out then my bank will file a dispute with the company and fraudulent claims. They said in an email hours later (amazingly since they take 2 days to respond to anything), that they will 'cooperate with dispute' and nothing further. Yet I still cannot get a phone call or anything from them after multiple attempts asking for one. Not one ounce of customer service have I received and am utterly disgusted. Then this bot "kat" responds to everyone's complaints with the same generic message... I made sure to include that fake email address in my complaints and attempts at resolving the issue. But alas no reply there yet either. Please call your banks and ask them their opinion on you emailing your picture next to your ID... i assure they will tell you NOT to do that. So why is Fashionnova encouraging this practice? I have taken the extra step to add a US billing address instead of the international one (as this is the problem) and they will not take Master Card's word! IF that isn't suspicious then what is?

I have ordered from fashion nova at the least six times. They never let me down. I have had to send a few thing back because of fit and one piece that was damaged but they always contacted me on my shipments and always receive my credits in a timely matter. I did order a black friday package and have not received it but they have kept in contact the whole time with the delay. I love fashion nova.
Honestly everyone that's saying is great shipping is saying true but at the same time they probably shopped in days there not busy or paid more for one day shipping. The horrible thing about them is CUSTOMER SERVICE it really sucks everyone that's stating the emails and how they don't respond is very true and there "2day shipping" false advertising! Best advice from me who has been shopping with them is do it but don't order things on holidays nor on busy days like Sunday and Monday! Best time to order is Thursday! Also make sure you are on topping things after shipping in my opinion uups is horrible I would pay the extra money and get FEX shipping with them there great! When I pay one day shipping I always get my things on time! If you do free 2 day shipping that's when you have problems! In Other words I would shop with them JUST be careful. Everyone is different
Avoid ordering during their holiday sales. You will not recieve your items on time at all. 1st and last time I will ever make that mistake again. Customer service during that time was extremely bad! They did not respond to calls, emails or dm's in regards to your items. Majority of the items you order are going to be missing and they'll quickly give you a store refund instead of cash. The company was not equipped to handle that kind of sale. Everything was handled poorly.

Its my first time ordering from fashion nova. I order online before black friday and received my items after 2 days. I appreciate their prompt shipping. However, I found out the sweater that I was looking forward too was not included. Instead, they gave me a slip apologizing for their inventory error and they will send me a store credit via email to use it on their website but I didnt receive any email from fashion nova containing a store credit and i didnt like the items I ordered as well. I would have been okay with just returning the orders i didnt like but getting a store credit because of their inventory failure is not acceptable. I emailed them requesting for a refund a week ago and they asked me to send a photo of the packing slip thats included in my order. I'm aghast they dont have a copy in their system of what goes out from their store. Anyway, i complied to their request and since then I didnt receive anything from them. I have emailed them three times since the last three days and contacted them over the phone but to no avail. In My last email, I requested for a full refund of my order because I don't want to deal with them anymore. I hope i can still hear a response from them or I'm going to have to call my bank to dispute it. I'm extremely disappointed fashion nova.

First time shopping online with them and paid for my item nov 20. I still don't have it three weeks later and it was only a giftcard. Does not respond to emails. Stopping my payment with my bank. Their online business needs to be shut down!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
