I came across Fashion Nova while on a hunt for a birthday dress. I couldn't be happier with my order. I got a super sexy dress that screamed 21 though I was turning 30. The prices were amazing and exactly what I was willing to spend. I wanted something that would turn heads and these clothes made me feel pretty confident about that.
So far I've had 3 transaction with Fashion Nova. Everything I got from this website are absolutely lovely and of great quality. Thinking of what to order next.
This company has to absolutely have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My order was supposed to have two day shipping; however, I did not receive my package until 2 weeks later and when I did finally get it, it was missing items that I payed for. They tried to blame their slow shipping on USPS but I spoke with a USPS agent and was told that Fashion Nova simply went online and created a tracking label but didn't actually prepare the package or give it to USPS until days/weeks later. They NEVER answer the phone and you can't leave voicemails and they don't respond to emails.
Just to give a background story... I have ordered from fashion nova previously before and didnt encounter any issues. My first order, I was very happy to have received it so quickly. Judging off of that experience i decided i would order from them again. I have shopped at their store in person and i thought their styles were super cute therefore making me want to shop there even more. I knew my friends/family would enjoy their clothes too so i bought a few items thinking they would make good christmas presents. I ordered over 300 dollars worth of clothes on November 22. BEFORE black friday and cyber monday. I still havent received a thing. My tracking # they sent me has not had any progress. I have emailed them multiple times only to get a generic message saying there was a delay due to the holidays with a code for cyber monday and after that no more responses. I have emailed them almost everyday. NO response. I called their toll free number probably just as much as i have emailed them and each time got nothing but a automated recording. I called USPS, they said according to their records the package had not left their store. I have never ever ever waited so long for a freakin package. I doubt i will ever order from them again. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I have ordered gifts through other sites on black friday and i've pretty much received everything i've ordered except Fashion Novas. I'm pretty pissed. I am hoping to recieve it soon but honestly, I am not super hopeful. Their customer service freakin sucks. They need a better system. As of my experience, I give them no stars. Can't even make up for the delay with good customer service. What a waste of time and $$

I am a first time customer. It's been 5 days and my tracking still says "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item" I've never waited this long in my life ordering clothes online. They send you an email stating "due to cyber monday blah blah we're backed up blah blah, here's a coupon" WTF kind of excuse is that? Cyber monday was busy for A LOT of companies and they are able to ship people's orders out on time but you can't? Never ordering from this site again.

So, I made my order for 4 items. Keep in mind, this was my first time ordering from them and I have to say that It was pretty upsetting. First of all, they sent an apology email out stating that basically the shipments were backed up and then when I finally received it, one of my high waisted jeans has two areas on the left pant leg with dark blue thread intertwined with the original medium blue thread!? Sucks that you have to send it back and pay for the shipping yourself. They should include shipping on the store credit!

Seems like all orders that were made between the 1st and 5th of december are not going to be shipped or lets just say we were robbed indirectly. I made my order on the 3rd and uptodate i have not received a thing, they don't reply emails and neither do they pick calls, never had an issue with FN but this has been really terrible.

So i recieved a shirt from Fashion Nova today December 9, i ordered on the 26th, i ordered other shirts which were fine but my "Last one standing shirt" has a ripped whole where there is stitching on the sleeve, before I even opened my package, it looked like it already had been torn into and it it was closed in a bag by TAPE. I am very disappointed I was so excited for this shirt but now im highly upset. Fashion Nova you had ONE JOB! And you messed it up. Im going to try and get it took back and recieve another one in good condition.

I placed my order on December 2nd and got a wack as email saying my order was shipped yet it's December 9th and I still haven't received anything. They have the nerves to not even pick up the phone or answer emails. However they immediately took the money from my bank account. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! Got my order quickly and everything was there. Everything else was in the condition I expected!
I purchased 4 dresses from Fashion Nova! 2 were sequin and 2 were bandage. I got free shipping and in 3 days I got my package! My dresses were made out of great quality. Super pleased with this and will come back to purchase more items!

You guys still can't get your $#*! together after all this time huh? Last black Friday I ordered and had a horrible experience with customer service and over 3 weeks until I got my order... I thought by now you would have fixed your kinks but clearly thats not the case. Almost 3 weeks with no response from any of your team out there. Your company may be growing but it will be short lived, if you can't treat your customers right everyone will learn and stop ordering. Just wait and see! Placed my order on 11/27/16. Received confirmation that a shipping label was created 11/29/16. Since then, nothing has happened. There has been no progress on my order and I spent over $200. I received a 30% off coupon but how can you expect me to place another order when I haven't even received my original order?

After reading so many negative reviews, I was stressing about having the same kind of experience. Fortunately for me, my package arrived today with all 6 dresses, a top, and booties that I ordered on Black Friday. I live in Canada and paid only $6 flat rate shipping. My order was placed on Black Friday. On Monday Nov 28th I received shipping notification with tracking numbers. By the 3rd day, I still wasn't able to track it so I emailed fashion nova and the next day I received a response with another tracking number from UPS, where it would be sent for international shipping. I was able to track it yesterday (Dec. 7) as it arrived in Canada and I received it today (Dec. 8). I love everything! I'm very satisfied with my experience and relieved that everything fit, as I hoped, since it was my first time ordering.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
