They will say 2-day shipping for orders over $75.00 and that is not true. I just ordered my wife over 80.00 worth of things for Christmas on Dec. 08,2016 hoping to receive it in two days before she comes home from AIT on Dec. 16th 2016. I went to track my items and it just shipped today and says I won't receive it until Dec. 17th 2016 which is too late. Don't order unless you don't mind waiting, and don't believe the 2-day shipping B/S.

I wish I checked the reviews on here first before I ordered from them. I ordered items that were in Stock and that are still currently in Stock and when I recieved my package I was missing items! And they emailed me a store credit with less the amount of the item. I was issued a 9 dollar store credit for 3 missing items that are far more then 9 dollars. And when you try to email them they don't reply back! They took so long to send out my package. Please don't order from them

So I ordered 3dresses that were clearly in stock finally when I receive my order, one of the dresses is missing. "Inventory error." They said to have sent me an email with online store credit? Like wtf! If the item was not in stock why charge me for it and say I can't get a refund! On top of that gave me a 10% discount code like wtf... oh and on top of that I never received that email. I want my money back emailed them still no response. First and last time I will shop with fashion nova.

I had placed an order on Monday November 28th and paid for 2 day shipping, I got a notification that my package had shipped 2 days later. After no update on my package for 5 days I reached out to Fashion Nova calling 8 times and emailing 4 times. Finally I heard back from a representative saying my package has left their warehouse and is in the hands of USPS. Then on December 9th I got a notification that the item I had ordered is out of stock and I will receive a refund when this item is still available online. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and follow up I have received with this company

This company is a scam a fraud! I ordered two dresses for my birthday. I knew it was the holidays so I made sure to order a week over even when I was promised two day shipping. I placed my Order December 6 and here it is today and still no items. I called USPS and they haven't even recieved my package all they have done is created a stupid tracking number, but have not sent a damn thing. They sent out a email yesterday saying that everything would be sent as of yesterday, and today they still haven't sent $#*!! You cannot get a hold of a real person they send out these mass forward emails full of bull$#*!. Terrible Experience, Terrible Customer Service. Most of these positive reviews are FAKE! I have filled a complaint with BBB and I will be filing with my bank to get my money back and I will never order from this company again.
