I would definitely order from here again! They're stuff is so cute and nicely priced but i ordered an item for an event I was hosting and so I selected two day delivery (a week and a half before he event. My stuff came three days AFTER the event. They'd get a 5 if their stuff was ever on time.
My grandmother's funeral is this Friday 12/16. My roommate ordered a dress for me last Wednesday to wear to the funeral and it still has not come and won't come until probably after the funeral. There was also no shipping information. Very disappointed. I'm just going to tell her to return the dress since there's no point in having it now
I ordered ONE item that I needed for an upcoming event that will be held on Dec. 17th. I ordered on Dec. 9th (2 day shipping) and still have NO TRACKING OF MY PACAKAGE! It's a shame... how do you expect to run a successful "Online" business and you just TAKE people money. I have NEVER experience this type of service in my life. WE the customers don't owe you DAMN thing... cause the way you're just TAKING OUR MONEY... you would think FASHIONNEVER was doing US a favor. I WANT MY PACKAGE LIKE... YESTERDAY smh #onlinejoke

I ordered 78$ worth of clothing on December 9thso i qualified for 2-3 day shipping. It's been almost a week now and my package has not even reached the postal company(USPS) for delivery. I assumed since my package hasn't even shipped yet that I could change my address, because the shipping company i chose won't bring it in time, only to find out they won't do that nor will they tell me an exact approximate date for my package to reach USPS let alone my delivery! I mean come on, 5 days just for a package to ship?!? It's ridiculous! I wanted to have my package before Christmas but now it seems like I won't be getting my items until January. My first and last time shopping at fashionnova.

There is no guarantee you'll get what you want. Instead, you'll receive an "oops" card stating the item you ordered is out of stock. They lie about their 2 day shipping and also have been banned for writing fake reviews so any good reviews you see are a lie. The CEO has his workers write reviews to trick their poor customers. My last items also came damaged and customer care did nothing. LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BC THEY ARE THE TRUTH
