I ordered my wife some items for Xmas and she loves them... they fit perfectly she didn't have 1 complaint which surprised me because she is super picky. Their customer service sucks, as well as return policy. After paying myself to send back the package, they do not do refund, only store credit. They say it takes up to 5-7 business days to process. There's no way you could possibly contact them through the phone. And email, they don't bother, I've been sending 5 emails so far, getting back the same automatic apology message. A joke!
I sent the order back because it didn't fit, I paid $14 to send it back. Since November 28, I'm still waiting for my store credit. And every email I sent was answered with an automatic message. Today is December 16th and still no sign of store credit. How on earth they hold my money but they are still sending me emails to purchase stuff. I'm so never going to order from them again. I found couple stores that send the same merchandise for cheaper. Fashion Nova, Rest In Peace! You are ridiculous and I'm beyond disappointed.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."

Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
