I made three orders at Fashion Nova in the same week and I had to wait for about three weeks just to get two of them (I'm still waiting for the third one). Their cloths is very nice, but their costumer service and their shipping is horrible. I tried to email them regarding my concern, but they only replied to me with a massive emailed that didn't even had the answered to what I emailed them for... I wouldn't recommend this online store to no one.

I saw they had 2 day shipping so thought I would get it before that because I ordered in enough time. 2 days turned into 2 1/2 weeks. All I want for Christmas is more Fashion Nova clothes! I sent a long list of links to my mom of clothes that I want from their site. Let's see how many of them I actually get.
Waited a long time for my jogger and hoodie, finally got my package and opened it and they gave me TWO hoodies no jogger. They said they'll give me store credit but I would have to pay for return shipping. Thing is, other stores give FULL store credit back including the taxes you paid and shipping process. However FASHION NOVA just gives you the amount cost of the item back example the item was 25.95 including shipping and taxes, they only wanna give back 17.99 meaning I would have to pay more to get the original item I want when THEYRE THE ONE AT FAULT. Don't trust this place please

I ordered two orders form Fashion Nova on November 24 and November 25. I received my first order on December 1 which was awesome. Once my package arrived i noticed that i was missing two items and i had no packing slip or return slip. I then received my next order a week later which had all the correct items but one of my bodysuits was damaged.
I would never recommend buying from this website or be very careful since its a scam. The customer service is awful (i sent them an email regarding my concerns and all i got back was a mass email that talked about delays... not even what i emailed them about) and they never reply. Do lots of research before you buy ANYTHING from here since it is definitely not worth it.
