Why do you lie to the customers to call and email when you damn well know, no one will respond. I have been getting nothing but automated replies. I ordered clothes to wear for Christmas and News Years, and was charged on November 26,2016. I never got anything. It is now December 28th, 2016. I have been chasing this company down to resolve this matter and it's nothing but a headache and so far a loss for me, that I couldn't afford.
I always heard about this site, because media outlets advertise them like crazy, so I finally deiced to check them out and I will say they have cute clothes and stuff. HOWEVER, once I did decide to order something online, it took a while to come, it came and it was too small, the material was cheap. I took it to a store to return it and in the store I didnt see anything I liked so the manager told me to pick out some shoes and tell her my size. So I settled for the Kingdom peep to boots and I told her my size. She came back with the box and rang it up. Once I got home and opened the shoe box, the shoes inside were the incorrect size! The box said 7 (like I told her) but the shoes were a 6. So then I had to ship them to the return warehouse and I still have not received my refund... and this was at the beginning of the month!. Just to many problems with them. I would suggest only get things from the store that you try on and make sure are the right size.

I ordered My items on Dec 16th and now its the 28th! Still havent recieved my things! Im pissed! I emailed them... no response... i dont even think i can get my money back because their not even communicating with me! Never again will i order from here again!

Horrible customer service. Do not shop here. I bought a two piece outfit online and only the top was sent. When I tried returning it in store they did not take it back although in their return policy they are required to. They didn't send me a return label or anything. This is the worst customer support I've seen. Not shopping here again.

I'm starting to think anything other than a one star review is a hoax. They charged me for an item I never received with an oops card so I didn't think anything of it. It said I would be getting an email with store credit so I didn't think to keep the package. Now they email saying I had to show the slip. First why don't they have this in their system and second why the hell was I even charged if they didn't send it. I don't care if it was only 20 dollars they're scamming too many people I will be taking legal action

They promised my order would get to me before Christmas if I order by the 21st. I ordered before the 21st and haven't received my package. I emailed them to see why it was taking so long and they answered back with a list of their FAQ. Horrible shipping and service not shopping here anymore.

On December 5,2016, I ordered a few outfits to celebrate the upcoming holiday season. WELL, it is now Christmas Eve and I do not have my clothes, a far cry from the advertised 2 day shipping. Its difficult to reach customer service and they send generic emails asking customers to allow them more time to ship. Ladies I rather pay more and deal with a reputible company. Excuse me, while I call up my credit card company and report this ghetto company for fraud.

First off I ordered my first dress (to wear on Christmas) on 12/8/16 I received an email saying it shipped but when tracked it was still in L. A 4 days later I received an email that the dress was on backorder so I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. I order another dress on 12/20 the site advised as long as ordered by 12/21 all items will be received by Christmas my order just shipped yesterday 12/23 and I wont have it until 12/28. I've shopped with this company too many times for this to happen... I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Horrible customer service! Ordered 4 times from this company and every single time was a disaster, the packages were never shipped or delivered on time. Always expect to get your package at least 10 days after their estimated date. Then my last and final order from them was their Christmas Guarantee! Order by the 19th and receive your package by xmas eve... guaranteed! Well guess what? I ordered on the 16th and my package will not be arriving till the 28th. When I talked to their "help desk" they basically blamed the Post Office which is complete BS because as of the 23rd the package was still in CA (which is their home base) Their only offer to "fix it" was to return it when the items arrive for a refund. When I suggested overnighting me the items, the rep replied with "We can't do that". I'm done with this company and their horrible customer service.

Will never order from here again. I ordered from them and was sent the wrong item, I sent the item back and didn't even get all my money back in store credit. Plus the item wasn't in stock. I spent 20 dollars sending it back. I emailed them at least a 3 times and have not gotten a response. They never answer the phone. I used my store credit and was told I would receive my package before Christmas Eve. But unfourtnley it will not arrived till two days after. I will never order from them again
Fashion Nova lies with their shipping policy. I originally ordered something in October for an event spending over $75 for their "Free 2 Day Shipping." They delivered it late and I had to fly out of town without my package only to have to BUY clothes for the event. I ended up returning the clothes and they issued me a store credit. Honestly with the service and email correspondence with reps I didn't want to shop here again.
Fast forward, I didn't want to waste money so I used my credit to buy something for NYE on December 19. It's now December 23 and I don't have what I ordered. My tracking says it won't be in Dallas, TX until December 27. I leave for GA tonight! So I'm back in my original dilemma. When you contact them it states in their response "If ordered before December 21 you will receive it before Christmas". This is a lie and I'm so over Fashion Nova and their poor customer service.
NEVER trust a store that will not give you a refund and only offer store credit... That should be a red flag. UNACCEPTABLE!

I've spent a lot of money on this site and to be honest only thing I like from here were their jeans. Everything else felt cheap or didn't fit. But I hate their refund policy which I took a chance on because I hardly ever buy from a business I can't get my money back from only store credit.
So here I go ordering more jeans to wear that I needed for Christmas that I ordered on 12/19/16 to find out it won't get to me until 12/27/16 when I actually paid for the 2 day shipping. My order just sat for 2 days. Those are the days it should have been getting to my door. I wrote a negative review on their website and it magically disappeared. Which brings me to believe they just delete bad reviews and keep the good. My package shouldn't be taking a week to get to me. This was my last and final time shopping here

I bought three items and only Two got shipped. I bought really nice jeans to wear for a special occasion and it never came because it was apparently out of stock. I get an oops card and behind it was the anount of money I spent, now it was the same. When I check my bank account they never took out the money from the jeans I never got. I called and they told me I was not going to get a refund! Plus the service was terrible. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will NEVER buy from here ever again.

Placed an order on the 8th, got an email saying it was shipped on the 10th to USPS, and then on the 15th to UPS. To clarify, it says 5-7 business days to ship to Canada on their website, so that would mean anytime from the 15th to the 19th. So far it hasn't changed its status since the 15th and I just called customer service and they told me it could be delayed because of customs of up to 30 business days. THIRTY. Don't buy online from Fashion Nova.

My mom loves wearing my clothes that I get from Fashion Nova. Whenever I want to wear one of my jeans or tops I always have to look in hercloset to see if it's there first. So for Christmas I'm going to ball out and get her some of her own Fashion Nova clothes.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
