My first time ordering with them and I purchased 4 jeans in a size 11. All of them fit wonderfully. So, a month later I decided to order more jeans. Ordered two pairs and this time the same size 11 ran like a size 7! I could barely pull them up over my thighs and I'm the same weight. Went to ship them back and shipping was $16! Total ripoff. Complained and asked them to reimburse me for shipping because clearly the jeans were not sized correctly and all I was got were emails stating they're refund policy. Will NEVER buy from the again.
I have ordered from this website for times and I'm obsessed. I got five pairs of jeans and all of them fit amazingly except for one that was a little tight but I will exchange it. I can't Ravon off about this website I think it's amazing

I've emailed them twice asking if I could get a refund on returns instead of store credit (what actual credible company doesn't offer refunds?) and haven't gotten ANY response other than an automated one apologizing that they've been "flooded with questions". It's been a whole week and no response. To make it worse, one of the items in my order was out-of-stock so instead of refunding me for it, they just gave me store credit. No thank you! I don't want anything from your site anymore, I want my money back!

They are horrible. I reported them to the BBB today. I'm so over them giving me the runaround. I ordered on 12/15/2016 and i have not received my order yet. They finally responded after writing a review on here but today I asked for an update and Cynthia sent me a message to call the carrier! Very bad customer service

I have shopped with fashion nova multiple times. I've never had an issue with their shipping. However, I placed an order on December 27, because they promised it would be here by NYE. I got an email stating it was shipped on the 28th. I checked my tracking, after 2 days of waiting for it to even update, just to be told it won't be delivered until JANUARY 3! WTF amy I supposed to do with an outfit that was supposed to be for NYE coming after I actually need it?!? Then, when you call them out under their posts, they delete your comments. And to top it all off, we spend our money on these products, just for them to issue a damn store credit- minus the shipping cost. We don't want to shop with you again! I'm sooooo over them. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience with a compaNY. Get your $#*! together Fashion Nova, and stop lying to your customers. And for goodness sake, get a better return policy for YOUR mess ups!

I ordered a dress from this company for New Year's Eve only because they PROMISED two day shipping, and that it was guaranteed to be delivered before New Year's Eve. Now they informed me that I won't be getting my dress until January 3rd! Now I have nothing to wear and just feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. First and last time I will purchase from FashionNova. I ordered two pair of jeans $19.99 each, paid via PayPal, everything was perfect. My items shipped and were delivered. Low & behold, I'm missing a pair of pants.
After e-mailing them about the issue, they issued me a store credit. I'm like okay... cool... I'll buy another pair for the same price... no biggie. Psshhhh I THOUGHT... They were going to make me pay shipping twice for their mistake & I e-mailed Natalie (FashionNova rep) and asked her "Why am I paying shipping twice for your mistake... she sends me a free shipping code. && I still ended up paying ~$4 (taxes) out of pocket when I should not have paid anything. If you do the math, I ended up paying taxes twice FOR THEIR MISTAKE and I understand $4 isn't that big of a deal... but if these people do that for 100 people... realize they can profit $400 just by their business practice.
It's shady that they don't even refund you your money instead they issue you a store credit. Like NO! If an item says in stock on your website, and you later find out it's not, that on YOU! Don't give me a store credit, give me my money back!

Ordered my NYE romper on 12/25/16 (Christmas Day). Of course I know that shipping & processing wouldn't start until 12/26 or 12/27 because of the holiday. So with the "2 day shipping" I figured it would at least be here by Thursday or Friday (12/29 or 12/30) initially I got an email that a shipping label has been created on Tuesday 12/27. I didn't get an update abt tracking until today 12/29 that my package was in transit until today & it won't be here until Tuesday January 3rd... WHAT THE HELL?! They are a joke and are false advertisement. Now I do not have an outfit for NYE which they advertised if you ordered by a certain day you would get it by 12/31. Never again

I ordered two dresses and a choker from them with the spend $75 and free two day shipping, they send an email that my items have been shipped. The next day I get an email for a store credit. One- the item should not be able to be ordered if you don't have it in stock. I emailed, I called, no response! I called one of their stores and they hung up! Worst customer service and they definitely lied about the two day shipping! NEVER AGAIN! STOLE MY MONEY! A PIECE OF $#*! PLACE LIKE THIS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

This is my second time shopping with this company the first time I had an issue where my items arrived and one of the items I ordered was missing and in the box a 10% discount code it stated " oops one of your items is out of stock" I had so many irrelevant conversations with people within this company to fix this issue until I decided to write a review so finally I wrote a terrible review and two days later I received a call from a lady name Callie she was extremely nice and eager to help(which she did) and her great customer service convinced me to give Fashion Nova another chance. So I just order something again last week and it arrived today and I have the same problem all over again an that I ordered is out of stock. My thoughts are why would the transactions be allowed to go through when one of your items is out of stock. I'm convinced people within this company are stealing people's merchandise because on many occasions I've tried to add things to my cart and if it was out of stock it wouldn't allow me to. But on somethings it allows you to pay for the item and everything then your shipment arrives with a cover up 10% off discount "oops" code to shop with them again knowing damn well nobody would ever do so after encountering all these issues. This company has been around too long to still have this faulty system and I am not a pleased customer

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
