Ordered more than ten items on Black Friday, waited three weeks to get my order and it wasn't until I opened the package did I realize I had items missing. I had to go out of my way to get the store credit I was owed, and since I purchased the items during a sale the amount I was refunded was not even enough to repurchase the items I was missing. I recently decided to use my gift card from my refund and after placing in order for items that were in stock, I get an email the next day saying the item is no longer in stock and was refunded again. The clothes are cute enough but between the subpar customer service and issues with missing items it is not worth the trouble at all. The only reason I keep ordering is because that's the only way I'll get my money back.
I purchased two dresses. It was my first time buying clothes from this site and I am so impressed. They were reasonably priced, they were true to size and were exactly what I had been looking for.

The problem with these "pop-up insta boutiques" is that they do not re-invest the money they make into their business. Fashion Nova lacks the basic business skills needed to run an online store. If an item is out of stock it only takes a minute to email a customer and let them know. If your policy is to issue a store credit. It is not the customer's job to follow-up to have the credit issued(then disabled). I have never experienced such horrible service. Thank goodness I used a credit card and can dispute the charge. STAY AWAY!

I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time almost a month ago and I'm little bit frustrated with how things are being handled. First off, I ordered some clothes I was interested in on the website for a vacation. The order went through perfectly fine however the day I received the package 2 items were not in the package due to some "stock error." Then I was suppose to get store credit for both of the items. I was pretty upset about the whole thing because I did not have enough time to order more clothes from the site nor did I even want to. So here I am trying to give Fashion Nova a second chance because the clothes I received were very cute but I'm running into a problem yet again. I'm trying to use one of the gift cards I received as store credit and it is "disabled." It's safe to say I am quite unsatisfied with the service I have received.

I ordered a body suit, received a dress. I emailed twice asking to replace the order with what was actually requested. Got automated response and their customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM this COMPANY

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
