I was semi-wary of this site because all the reviews here were great, and the reviews posted to Sitejabber and other criticism websites were very negative. I did not engage with customer service, so I can't comment on their quality of service or promptness.
However, my dress was shipped very quickly and it fit like a freaking glove! My body is a little on the meatier side due to heavy weightlifting. I'm 5'6" and 155lbs, and a Medium fit me just perfectly so I didn't have to suck in my gut, nor did it flatten my butt. There was even a little extra room in the tummy area in case my hips were wider or if I accidentally gained a couple pounds!
The material itself was great considering how much I paid for the dress.

I placed an order on 11/10(delivered 11/16) for 7 items but had to return 4 of them because their sizing is all over the place. My dress was a large yet fits EXTREMELY tight but I can make it work, yet my coat was large and fit like a 1x! I paid $22 to ship the items back and they were delivered to their warehouse on 12/02. I have not yet received a credit and when I email to check the status I receive this generic email:
'Dear Nova Babe,

As you can imagine we have been flooded with questions, we are VERY SORRY, but please, please hold-off with your questions to us, your package or store credit will be on delivered very soon! We will be back in full customer service capacity shortly to answer your question in a more detailed manner.'

It's been over a month, I wasn't able to get something for Christmas or NYE, now I'm just hoping to get a credit at all. My friend and I that were so excited to order from them both agreed that because of their inconsistent sizing, horrible returns and lack of customer service, we will not be placing any further orders from Fashion Nova. This is very unfortunate because they seemed to have really cute items :(

So last year around the holiday fashion nova was horrible. I hated them., But I decided to give them another try. I took extra measures to protect myself but. They delivered my items. Not in two days. But they got delivered. I am returning some items just cause I didn't like them but im glad I gave them another try with out having to do a dispute. Im gonna order again hopefully I can give them five stars next.( edited) So I ordered for black Friday and guess what I have to dispute again. Fashion nova needed 7 days more processing which is fine, but the lack of communication had me having flashback from last year. They went over seven days. I asked for information on my package. Fashion nova emailed me vague messages not answering my question but stating how they were overwhelmed. I ordered a dress for a birthday party I am suppose to go to. The dress and the order is no longer needed so I dispute it. Fashion nova never wants to give u your money back. So I left a message and email that I disputed the transaction and then 12 hours later fashion nova sends out my package. They are trying to force me into returning the item so I would have to be part of the return policy, but since they shipped it out after they were informed about my dispute and that I no longer wanted the items. My credit card snatched my money right back. Guess what ya'll im not paying out of my pocket to return them items i told them not to ship. Soooooo

Attention, we're talking of a company that has NO authorizations for debiting a card. I NEVER ever ordered online or bought anything at Fashion Nova shops but on Dec. 25thy my account was charged with $ 273!
I'd to send 3 e-mails asking for my "order" or for any other authorization for debiting my card and the reply I've got from "Cassandra" was I have to contact my bank. REALLY? What should the bank do in the case a company debits anyone's account at Christmas times?

It's a case of impertinent FRAUD and I will make it public where ever I can and I will file a lawsuit against this company.
No wonder it's a californian company!
