My friend told me about Fashion Nova a month ago and I've already bought so many things from here. Everything is made well and beautiful. I seriously love this website. I also saw where Kylie J is also a shopper here and a lot of other celebrities... their jeans are amazing and my new favorite pair because they are so soft and feel so good. Love this store!
At first I was very skeptical of ordering from here because of all the bad reviews they have. But they have such cute clothes, I wanted to try it out for myself. I was very nervous at first but I still had some hope. I made two separate orders, one with a little bit more items than the other. A shipping label was created for both not even 12 hours after placing both orders. They were both in transit about 1 day later and the next day they both arrived at my location. Everything fit me pretty well and to my liking so that was great. Both packages arrived super quickly also. I can say I am very happy to have ordered from fashion nova, the quality of clothing is good, shipping is fast, and I look great in my new clothes!;)
The reason for me making two separate orders was because I wanted to try out two different sizes in jeans and I didn't realize I should've done that the first time around!
But that wasn't a problem at all.
I live about an hour or two from L. A where they are shipping stuff from so maybe that's why I didn't have a problem with shipping. I had a great experience and I think people should try it out for themselves before going based off of reviews. You never know.

I went inside Fashion Nova today with a online exchange. My order arrived late. Feeling a bit annoyed already I was given good customer service. Not only did the young lady help me find something else. She gave me plenty of options to choose from and was very friendly. I came in annoyed and left satisfied with my purchase. Thank you

Fashion nova sells quality clothes, when they are delivered to you they are true to size and mirror the exact image as on the website. The problem however, is as far as shipping details. They promise free 2 day shipping and I get it each time, you would think it would be there fair 2 days, unfortunately it can take up to 5 days but that's not so bad. The other problem is that some items are not in stock and they only let you know in an email with a gift card. The problem with the gift card is that they are the exact cost of the item, we should atleast get shipping paid for because we were falsely led on that items are in stock. Furthermore, the team works with you through all issues and it is a pretty good website

Three days ago I ordered a pair of glistening jeans and already they came in!
