Fashion Nova was recommended to me by a friend. I ordered a dress and a jacket on December 27th for 58$. I received an email the following day that a shipping label was created and a tracking label was generated. UPS is STILL awaiting for this "package". NEVER has UPS received my damn package. I checked the tracking number given to me each day just to be disappointed. I have written emails, no response. I have called several times to speak with someone just to hear that annoying recording. This seller is a big rip off. At this point I want my f@%&ing money back, it's already January 12th. I will never purchase another item from this fraudulent seller.

Buyers beware. I was a very very loyal customer, but if you need ANY type of assistance, their customer service either ignores you or gets extremely rude. I ordered 4 days ago(with their supposed two day shipping), and inquired very kindly about why my tracking number that I received 3 days ago still wasn't working. This is what I received back "As you can imagine we have been flooded with questions, but please, please hold-off with your questions to us, your package or store credit will be on delivered very soon! Our TWO DAY shipping policy is still in effect.". I had only asked once, but this is how they always talk to you. Tonight makes it 5 days, but I can't ask you a question? Horrible customer service Fashion Nova. You have lost a faithful customer.

You can't go wrong with Fashion Nova. They provide a beautiful size chart and shipping policy. They definitely know what their doing and can be trusted for those of you who are international customers. So save up some cash and start buying! They're worth your money.

I placed an order for 2 day shipping on Monday the 9th. You people placed a label on the damned item for shipping on the 11th and my order STILL has not LEFT YOUR WAREHOUSES and it's the 13th!. THE POST OFFICE HASNT EVEN RECEIVED THE ITEM YET AND THE ENGAGEMENT THAT I HAVE TO ATTEND TO WEAR THE ITEM IS TOMORROW THE 14TH. I HAVE EMAILED YOUR REPRESENTATIVES REPEATEDLY FOR A REFUND AND A SUPERVISOR, BUT I'M BEING IGNORED AT THIS POINT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB.

This is THE WORST company I have done online shopping with EVER!

I ordered a dress for the holidays on Dec 2,2016. It is now Jan 11,2017 & I still have not received the dress. I have sent over 20 emails, tried calling but it's just a recording & tried messaging them thru instagram all to no avail. I am currently in disputes with them thru Paypal trying to get my money back. They refuse to send my item or issue me a refund. Complete nightmare! I just want my $40+ that they stole. Avoid fashionnova.com unless you want to be ripped off!

I ordered a gift for my sister on this site 12/15, online it says it takes 2 business days for me to relieve the package but in actuality I waited 8 days. When I receive the package the item didn't fit my sister so I shipped it back next day for a return for a bigger size. They told me I could only receive store credit so I agreed. I never gotten the store credit till about 3 weeks after of me sending emails after emails. I was expecting my full amount back that I had paid for but instead gotten half of my money back smh I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Very frustrating that they deduct money from what you paid for without acknowledging it, from the get go so you could know. Something that they should add on there store policy but doesn't.

I placed an orden on fashionnova.com on dec/27 and I was immediately $58. There policy says that it takes 24-48 hrs to ship the package from the warehouse to the post office. Well my package was never shipped. It never left the warehouse. I tried emails, instagram and even the phone number that Fashion Nova provides and never got an answer. So I called my bank and I also did a claim in BBB. After two days of my claims they finale got in touch with me asking me to take back my claim so they could ship my items. I told them no because i want my money back. They said that they could give me a store credit but no one has given me my $58 back. They still have it. Also it was part of their conditions, stop the claim and then you get your package? Who can assure me that will happen? Worst company ever, horrible service. Never order from them.
