I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of jeans. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirt, emailed the company before they shipped out. They emailed me back and pretty much told me I would have to pay to send it back and get store credit... Very upset. The pair of jeans I ordered did not fit! IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE, GO A SIZE UP! Their return policy is atrocious, you can not return body suits or bathing suits and can not return items that end in. 96,. 97, or. 98. Why? They say they are in high demand, they shouldn't of had Kylie Jenner advertise them on her Instagram if they were not ready for alot of orders! All in all, the clothes are cute, but if you have to return ANYTHING, or speak to someone that works for the company, GOOD LUCK!

I received one item in the incorrect size and in order to get the right size, I have to pay the return shipping. IT WAS THEIR EMPLOYEES FAULT AND I'M GETTING CHARGED!
Another item came with multiple holes in it, and guess what? I AM EXPECTED TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK TO THE STORE.

The jeans are so great they fit me perfectly and they have some stretch I will be buying more jeans from fashionnova again they are true to size i got a 15 and they fit like a glove love them they give me a lovely shape I also purchased these in black love them you can get your regular size that you wear like I usually wear a 13 but I thought that was going to be to tight so I went with the 15 and they fit perfectly and they got here in 2 days without hassle.

This was the very first time that I ever ordered an article of clothing online... and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the clothes was amazing, and since I always have issues finding stuff that fits me this fit perfectly as if it was custom made for my body... and the $6 two day shipping makes it all worthwhile... I wore this for my birthday and everyone was asking me where I bought it!

Everything was exactly like the photo. The fabric was soft and in general great quality. The fit was on point also, very true to size.
I bought their jeans in a size 7, which I was skeptical of because i have thicker thighs but a smaller waist and a regular 7 is skintight on me. But I figured 9 would be too big. I'm so glad I got the 7 because these jeans stretch and fit me perfectly! The material is very soft and I received them in 2 days with out hassle. I plan on wearing these on my birthday next Thursday and I cant wait!
I believe the clothing (or atleast the dresses) on this site was specifically made for short and petite girls. The only reason I've figured this out is because only girls that are 5'4 and under were leaving reviews about how the dresses fit like a glove. While there's nothing wrong with that, I wish the company would make a disclaimer somewhere that it's PETITE sized. I ordered over 5 dresses, varying in size small and medium (my typical sizes)... Absolutely none of them fit right (I'm 5'7/110lbs & small framed). All of them were tight and short. Of course I had to return and not only pay for shipping but be refunded in store credit (which took them 3.5 weeks, they said 4-5 days). Their product reviews do not seem authentic and have to go through an approval first, you can't review something without leaving 5 stars or else it won't show up. BEWARE!

This store is real dumb... The only reason I gave it two stars is because the clothes are actually cute. But first off when u buy from them make sure you go a size up. Secondly they are always out of stock. Third I bought shoes and it was really cute but the way it was made my feet was rubbing on the thread on sole on the bottom of my feet smt. Anyway when it comes to returning they make it VERY inconvenient for you. When it comes to anything it is entirely only up to you. Then they force you to buy from the store with The store credit. I'm so over this store! Never again

I have been wanting to order from this company for a while after following them on social media for so long and I finally did. I ordered something cheap, which was a $15 long sleeve "Galaxy" top just in case I didn't like it. And I didn't. I got it in the mail after almost a week since I ordered it. At first I did like the quality of the shirt and didn't think it felt as cheap as some people said. Then I saw the length. They say every model they use wears a XS or a S and that the model shown wearing the shirt I ordered was wearing a small, so I ordered a small. I tried it on and the front was WAY shorter than the back and it is so short it wouldn't have even covered my belt if I wore one which I usually do. I then read that they only give store credit and take a 50% restock fee AND you have to pay to ship it back! What bull$#*!! The thing that pissed me off the most is I commented on their Instagram post saying how disappointed I was and how I will not be buying from them again and they deleted my comment. You will never find one negative comment on any of their social media sites because they delete them to keep up their sales and make it look like they are such a great company. I'm glad I didn't spend more than $20 on them which I almost bought a bunch of summer stuff for my trip. They suck and I wouldn't give them a 2nd chance.

I ordered 3 items from Fashion Nova, and received an e-mail that ALL items had been shipped. When I opened my package yesterday one of the dresses was missing with an "oops" coupon to make up for it.
This is unacceptable. Now if I order a new item to replace it I'll have to pay shipping cost to Canada again! Why should I be out of pocket for your own Company's inventory error? That is NOT fair and unethical for any business.
Also - the dress is still in stock online so I don't even understand why it was never sent?
You cant make customers pay extra for your mistakes other wise it is a scam. If I am not offered a solution I will be contacting the BBB.

I order $232 worth of clothing. I returned them all because they were the wrong size and paid $20 in shipping. They gave $30 in store credit. What a joke! Avoid avoid avoid this scam artist!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
