The 2 day shipping thing is a scam to get you to buy more to obtain the free two day shipping. While shopping and it said if I spent $75 I would get it before Christmas so I did it but it's two day shipping from the time the shipment is sent so my order took over a week to process and it did not come by Christmas! They also don't offer any extended grace period for returning things so I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit. They also didn't have what I ordered in stock so they sent me half my order without refunding my money on the other items but gave me in store credit that I ended up using to pay for shipping on the next order... they really don't care about customers. They just want your money.
Update: I wrote a one star review for my experience to which they emailed saying they wanted to reconcile the situation. I told them I'd be happy to edit my review if they wanted to refund my money but it would still be an honest review of what took place since people have the right to know about their customer service. This was their response, "We understand your frustration and apologize for the experience".
Good customer service wouldn't have stopped at a meaningless apology. This site should be shut down. They fully earn their one star reviews. Such a scam.
Happened to come across this site after after losing the baby weight. I was skeptical because everything looked great on the model and I had no idea how it would look on me. I placed my order and i must say everything looked amazing! Had to place another order shortly after. I'm glad I found Fashion Nova, couldnt have picked a better place to shop to debut my new body!
I'm 5'1 130lbs 36 C and this dress literally melted on my body! I ordered a small and it was the perfect fit. Fashion Nova Never fails me! I would've gotten this in an Medium cuz I didn't think the small would fit. Overall loved this dress!

I ordered 5 items from fashion Nova before Christmas, understandable it is a busy time of year so there was quite a delay on receiving my order. When I did receive my items I only received 3 of the 5 that I ordered. I emailed them immediately and it took over 2 weeks to get them to acknowledge my emails and once they did they dragged the issue on for another week. The issues did get resolved so I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered from them more then 2 weeks ago now, I placed my order and then the next day they told me that an item I ordered wasn't in stock and instead of a refund they gave me a store credit. So I had to pay for shipping a second time. To top it off its been 2 weeks I received the tracking numbers but there is no tracking for the shipments. I have emailed them 3 times now and continue to receive a generic response. Apologizing for the delays due to the holidays. We are now almost in February that is an absolute joke if they are still behind from Christmas. They have totally ruined my experience with online shopping and I will never order from them again. They have the worst customer service and are completely unprofessional! Get your $#*! together Fashion Nova!

This is the 3rd time I order from fashion nova and spend over $75 for the free 2 day shipping but all 3 times ive ordered I have not recieved my shipment the day I should. It takes them about 3 or 4 days to process everything then ship the items out then on top of that it took 6 to 7 days for all 3 of the shipments to arrive! I also randomly got a e mail with a "order refund gift card" for $19 for a jacket I had bought with no explanation as to why I was getting a gift card refund, when I went to the website it said the jacket was still in stock so I have no idea why i got a gift card refund. If an item is out of stock I should have gotten the money back on my debit card not a $19 gift card. Now they expect me to buy more items with my gift card refund and have to pay shipping too!

Every time I buy form them it's a horrible experience don't tell me you have something in stock and I buy it then a couple days later say oh it's out of stock and give me store credit! Like that's any good to me I want. Refund and then they sent me stuff that was supposedly in stock but was missing multiple items I emailed and called them and no response I don't want your stupid store credit for your fault I want a refund and plus most of the items I receive look cheap and horrible material I hate shopping here and never will shop here again when I keep getting horrible experiences

Fashion Nova is a fraud. I ordered this dress on Friday January 13,2017 at 9:20am EST, per their website all orders have a two day shipment promise (lies) but I still haven't received a tracking number. When using their "order status" option the order number was invalid. I tried unsuccessfully to call only for an automated message to come on then hang up. Their emailing system is asinine because I am only receiving the run around. One email said I will receive a store credit now why in the heck would I want to purchase anything else from this shame of a place. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. STAY AWAY FROM FASHION NOVA.

I have ordered from these people before and always did it not actually needing them for a specific time, but this time I did, and I always have an issue with them. I always order 200.00 and up so I can get the "2day shipping" which is total bull. It literally comes like 10 days later. And their scam is that if I order a couple things they purposely miss something so I can reorder in hopes to pay shipping again or go over the 75 bucks. They suck big time. I actually emailed them complaining after FIVE DAYS had passed and that's when they decided to ship my stuff out after I specifically told them I no longer wanted it and that's when they shipped it and I would still have to wait for after the weekend and my birthday to receive it. Don't waste your time there's stores in NY pitkin that actually carry the exact clothes that sell at a cheaper price. All the negative reviews I read were 100% correct. I'll make sure I post this frequently.

They only do store credit, even if they say it's in stock and four days later, they send you an email telling you the item was not in stock. ( like it was my fault) I place a order on Friday and it came in Thursday! The shirts and pants are smaller sizes, cheap material ( it looks like from China)( it's cheaper if you buy them from the app from Wish)

I ordered 3 tops. I got everything that I ordered. I liked the quality of 2 of the shirts. The material was too thin on the last shirt, but not worth returning because they do charge a restocking fee. Not a big deal. Smooth transaction. Would shop here again!
This is the second time that I placed a shoe order and haven't received anything! I placed a order on 1/10/17. On your site it says that my order was unfulfilled and my money was refunded on 1/16/17 which it was not! I also received a tracking number from UPS that states that my order was shipped and is in CA! I'm going to need the money refunded or the shoes or I will be contacting the better business bureau! I received my package today. Yesterday I received an online credit due to the fact that my boots were out of stock. Today I received my page with an item of clothing missing. I have submitted all my documents and pictures asked from you guys. I tell someone the problem about my missing jacket and they proceed to give me the same gift card code as the code on the boots. One you guys are trying to send me one credit for two missing items and two I tried to use my gift card today and it was totally disabled even though I didn't make a purchase. I ordered a few items from the Cyber Monday Sale it took 2 weeks to get my order and I was missing jeans from my purchase. I sent many emails regarding the issue and they finally got back to me a week later saying that if I didn't have the shipping paper that came with my package then there's nothing they could do about it and to get ahold of USPS to file a claim... False advertising on shipping. 5 days not 2. But the clothes are as pictured and true to the size guide provided on the site. Emailed customer service in regard to a question I had but I never received a response.

I'm a loyal Fashion Nova customer. I usually never have a problem with them. HOWEVER recently I made a purchase and was told from one representative if I was to return the package to the sender and not tamper with the product I would receive a full refund but that was not the case. I called to make sure my package got back to their warehouse which it did but never got the refund I was told I would get, I only received a store credit. This has made me second guess with ordering with Fashion Nova again.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
