I was hesitant to order from fashion nova after reading all of the bad reviews, but my experience with them was fantastic. I ordered 2 shirts and a t-shirt dress and they were all sooooo cute and fit perfectly! It got here in 3-4 days after I ordered. I just ordered a dress from there because everything was just so cute. Can't wait to get it!
My niece asked me to buy her a pair of jeans from here and at first I was like, wait a minute you ain't shopping from here! But aftergoing through the site I found a lot of things that were age appropriate for a 16 year old. I ordered a lil something for myself too but my niece doesn't know that we will be matching just yet!

I placed an order on cyber Monday. I knew that it would be busy and take a little bit longer than the two day guarantee they have on their website. I was expecting a week max, not three weeks. Other than a confirmation email I received zero communication telling me what was going on with my order. I actually started to believe this website was just another scam. When my clothes finally did come, one of the items was out of stock. That was okay but they decided instead of refunding me the money for their mistake of overselling an item to instead give me a store credit. The store credit they gave me doesn't include the $6 shipping fee you already paid for. I called, left a voicemail, left three emails, and have heard absolutely nothing from them. To get my refund for the item they never sent me, I had to call my credit card company and dispute the payment. To this day I have never heard anything from them and there is no way to get in contact with anyone from this company. The customer service number is just a recording apologizing for their mistakes with a discount code to buy more stuff you might not receive. The customer service email they tell you to use just send you a generic email saying "please don't send us emails we are very busy" followed by a list of FAQs. This company should be embarrassed of how they treat their customers. They have cute stuff but because of the uncertainty and sketchiness of the company I will never purchase anything from this shady place again!

This winter I was sporting mad issh from Fashion Novas! I only shop with em when they have sales and that helps out a lot! SO keep them

I made an order from fashionnova on the 17/1/2017 first of all 2 days after paying for my items they emailed me to say one of the items I ordered was out of stock and sent me a credit note! I don't want a credit note I want my money back. The other 2 items I ordered I still have NOT RECEIVED when I track my order it says "error retrieving details from vendor" I have no idea what this means... I emailed them and they basically emailed back a load of $#*! about if I made the order on a weekend or in holiday period which I never! It's not been 8 days and I still have not received my items VERY ANGRY will never recommend anyone to order from this site.

This company is a complete scam! They send clothes nowhere near true to size knowing you'd have to return them. Now here's the catch. They don't offer free returns so $10 was spent returning the items. Secondly, you don't get a refund or exchange just store credit. With that credit I was forced to buy their crappy quality items again. They claimed they sent all the items only for me to get another email saying out of stock on a number of items ( I checked the website everything was in fact in stock) another catch. They give you store credit again but don't give you back shipping costs leaving you to constantly buy over and over again while taking the shipping cost. This is the 3rd time they have done it to me and ignored all my emails. I wrote a true review ( the ones on their website are fake) on their Instagram and they blocked me. Just opened a PayPal claim. This company is AWFUL.
Very poor customer service. The customer service does not give answers. They just copy and paste from the website q&a lol If they don't have an item in stock they give you store credit what a joke. It should be refunded back to the original payment source. I don't want to be stuck with a gift card to buy more from a horrible company. The quality is OK. The shipping is not 2 days it's a week after the order is completed. It's only 2 days after they ship it out. They shipped it out after 4 days. I will not be a returning customer after I find something with the gift cards for the items that were not in stock. Never again bad company.

This is completely unsatisfactory! I noticed many negative reviews on your website as well as on the Better Business Bureau site. I saw literally dozens of negative complaints about shipping and untimely processing of orders. I bought an online gift card, and the money was deducted instantly. It has now been a week and I haven't received the email with instructions for redemption of the $250 value. How do you retain customers with this poor level of customer service? I feel scammed and I was genuinely skeptical about this company in the first place. When I call in, there is a automated messaged referring to "Cyber Monday" which was a month ago, and then a voice message system. When I email, which I have done at lest 4 times, I receive an automated response stating that two days is required for shipping, however, it's been MORE THAN TWO DAYS AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHIP! THIS IS AN ONLINE GIFT CARD! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE AS SOON AS IT WAS PAID FOR! How can you justify such poor customer service and non-transparancy?

I ordered a pair of the Super High Waist Skinnies in a size 1. I'm very very tiny so I thought these were going to be a lil baggy But over all

I kept seeing those fuzzy slides all over Instagram and really wanted some! I looked on Fashion Nova's site and saw that they actually carried them. I ordered the black ones and it's soo cute in person. I love everything about it.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
