Seriously could not order online because nothing ever fit right. Either other jeans I've purchased in the past fit big on the waist, and very tight towards the bottom, or the opposite. So comforting knowing I have a place to buy a pair of jeans that will fit so comfortably. Thanks guys! Recommend to everyone!
I ordered 23 pieces of cloth from fashion nova for my birthday this Saturday last week and u guys said processing time is 24-48 hour's now your processing is now 6day's the most annoying part is y'all don't never pick your call's nor reply email's cuz have sent u like a thousand of mail's just please refund my money or I will have to call my bank to dispute the charge
Im sure you all heard that theyre known for their jeans and it is so true! I got the Canopy Jeans' and im so in love. I have them in like 4 colors and wear them all the time that I now need to buy other pairs. My next purchase will be the Glistening jeans! The material is so stretchy and comfy! I love that they're high waist too.
I never wore rompers or jumpsuits because I never really found the right fit. I ordered a black jumpsuit for my little sister, but the funny thing is that I ended up keeping it cause I loved how it looked so much. I would first like to say don't take on more orders then you can handle. I placed two orders MLK holiday weekend. The first order I received a tracking number. The second order I received a tracking number for also. For whatever reason my first order was lost in transit and I haven't been able to speak to ANYONE regarding my refund. Second order received with no problems. This was a birthday outfit so I am very pissed that I never got it and will now have to figure something out with my birthday in a couple of weeks

I ordered a beautiful jumpsuit / romper / one piece,,, I am 5'8 so I know it's tricky finding one to fit. So I figured if I were to order a 1x I'd be straight. It looked exactly like the picture so I'm happy UNTIL I put it on. DID THEY RUN OUT OF FABRIC, BECAUSE WHERE AM I GOING TO FIT MY STOMACH, THERE'S PANTS, AND THE TOP THAT MY CHEST GOES IN, HOW... Second I get a shirt WITH 2 HOLES IN IT! I'm livid

I fell in love with a dress on the website. It wasn't In Stock when I first wanted it a couple of months ago so I clicked the Notify when back In Stock link. I put in my email and waited then the first of this month they emailed me and said it was back In Stock. So my boyfriend immediately bought the dress for me. They confirmed the payment and a week later I got a tracking number, saying that it shipped. So I kept checking it and it didn't say where it was or that it was in transit. So I thought I'll wait maybe they are busy with orders. Then like 2 days later I get an email from them. They tell me Oops our bad, the item you bought wasn't actually In Stock. Then they said that the money would be refunded back into my account and gave me a 10% discount for my next order. Even though the dress was lowered down to 12.47 I'm still pissed. I will never order from this place again. I can't believe beauty gurus on youtube and instagram models sponsor their $#*!. Fashion Nova rips off more people than they sell to. I'm waiting to see if they will actually refund the money.

Basically, I ordered my BIRTHDAY outfit a week ago from them after DMing the ig fashionnova page and questioning them, and then confirming how good of a buy it would be they explained that if I spent over 75 dollars I would get free two day shipping and all that good stuff and I went and did as told because I wanted a fast delievery, turns out after I ordered my items they emailed me 4 days later saying oops we didn't have that item in stock not only that I didn't receive my refund! They want to only give me money in gift card form for there store which I don't want, and still to this day I have yet to receive my shoes, I emailed them and I have yet to receive an email as well as I wrote a review on their page and they deleted me instead of acknowledging my presence and how upset I was besides being very unprofessinal they have no customer service and their rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone but from here unless it's 3 months in advance, but again I hope you guys have a better experience than myself! Have a blessed day.
