This company has great marketing strategies. I saw some of their ads on FB, but what drew me in was their Instagram accounts. They have both a Fashion Nova Curve account and a Fashion Nova account. I saw them on the popular page over and over, and now all my friends have at least two-three pairs of clothing with them. I checked out the site, found a bunch of cute clothes and my shipment came in about 3 days. The bags were pink (love pink anything). I was really happy with everything.

So I saw the hype and all about Fashion nova, clothes were not that expensive so I decided to try and order. I spend a good amount of money but the shipping took like 2 or 3 weeks if i remember correctly. It took forever to get here, their 2 day shipping does not work for everybody. Some people get it faster, some people get it in weeks, some in months and for some they NEVER receive their package. I was scared about mine cuts I did not want to lose my money. I saw in the tracking number that USPS KEPT RETURNING THE PACKAGE TO FASHION NOVA, then i went to find out why and it was bacause fashion nova did not pay the proper amount of shipping so USPS wasn't gonna make ME pay for FN mistake so they kept returning. I called FN like 50 times literally, until they finally picked up. Emails don't even get responded so don't bother. I told the lady about the package being returned twice, she contacted the shipping department, they fixed the mistake, and she made sure my package was delivered by FEDEX instead. She was very nice and helpful. After all the trouble i got my package the next day! Everything was in the box, quality is cheap, you are better off going to the mall. SAVE YOURSELF THR TROUBLE

Okay so this is my 3rd time ordering from fashion nova and the first time I ordered pants and the color wasn't what it looked like online, second time everything was perfect! Now the third time. The pants aren't how they looked, AGAIN! I ordered a ripped pair and the online pair looked nice but when I got them in person their is way more rips then how it is online! I'm so mad. I can't return either because I need jeans for a special kind of shoes I got and these jeans are the best for it. Fashion Nova please make your pants look how they do online look the same in person.

They are thieves and steal cash i shopped 110$ and they keep sending me gift vouchers. My gift voucher is 55$ they have already stolen 50$. They will first send you email saying your parcel has been shipped out then later they send you a $#*!ing gift voucher with less money... DONT SHOP With fashionova you better donate that money to charity#*! They won't tell you when stuff Is sold out and will send you a coupon saying oops that doesn't even compare to how much money you spent.

BEWARE before you buy. I ordered online and not only does it take way longer than the promised two day shipping, but I returned the items I did not like over 10 weeks ago and have yet to receive any store credit! Oh and they didn't send me one of my items and just sent me a 10 percent off oops coupon instead of refunding my money. I have contacted them via email multiple times and reached out via social media as well and have yet to receive a response as to what is going on with my order. Super shady and untrustworthy.

I've used Fashion Nova a few times so far. Honestly, I've had great experiences so far. Love the stuff-- is it the best quality out there? Hell no, but it's on par with what you pay. I order from Canada, and I always get my stuff in decent time. The one time they accidentally ran out of something I ordered they reimbursed with an online gift card. The fit is great, too. I'm a little on the curvier side and thus wary of online shopping but this has been the bomb so far.
