I've ordered a dress from them one time and it fot good! But recently I placed a order for my birthday outfit, I ordered two rompers and ONLY ONE came! I was pisssed! Fashion nova emailed me a day before my package came telling me "oops the item is no longer in stock". NO I want my money back not store credit! That mistake is on their end not mine... I ended up using the store credit anyways because I need a birthday outfit so hopefully this outfit actually gets delivered
Purple dress looked beutiful on the site but looks so cheap in person. Be careful on the neck choker tops it can't even fit over a head. Too over priced for cheap quality clothes. You can shop at other places!

Placed my order on Sunday, Jan 29th and received my clothes Thursday night. I got a email right away that all my items have shipped and it was soexciting. I tried on my clothes the night of and impressed with how everything fit. I usually have no problem taking items back because my body can sometimes be weird, but luckily! Everything was perfect. I ordered a dress but when I opened my package there was a tiny hole on the side. I didn't know if it happened when my item was going through shipment, so I emailed customer service. I actually didn't think they would accept my exchange since the hole wasn't that big, but said they were more than happy to issue me a new dress. I could have taken it to get it tailored to be quite honest, but thankfully they shipped me a new dress once I returned the original. I always do love companies who have the mentality that the customer is always right!

My experience with Fashion Nova has been so so and much like many of the other writers here. Recently I was on the unhappy side as they sent me the wrong size item and only offered me a $10.00 store credit to return and reorder a sold out item. I was furious! I would still be spending money AND would end up with nothing! All I wanted was what I paid for. Similar things have happened to me with Forever 21 and Amazon but they both handled it 1000x better than FN. Never has a company ever made me feel like a liar and THEIR error was my fault. It was fine that they wanted pictures but this should have been something they could find out within their own system.
Also, be careful with some of their fabric. I ordered a dress and upon putting it on, I noticed it was unraveling in the very front. The worst part is that their return policy does not accept returns with prices ending in. 96.97 or. 98 cents so there was money down the drain! Bottom line: Fashion Nova has cute clothes for sale but I would strongly reconsider shopping with them again. They should really work on being better with complaints/customer satisfaction because sometimes it truly is not the customers fault. I guess they have never heard the saying customer is King.

Im trying to get an update on my order as well. It has been over a week and no shipping information yet, even if I sent numerous emails and calls (which go straight to voicemail and no one never answers). Honestly in all my years of online shopping this is the worst experience I have ever came across. Severely disappointed.

Im sick of this. I recieve items that arent properly packaged! Then they will later inform that the item you SPENT your hard earned money on is out of stock and issue u a STORE CREDIT! NO! REFUND IT BACK TO MY CARD. A pair of jeans I recieved stunk my house up sooo bad. Smelt like fire, burned rubber and old nastiness. Do not spend money here. As soon as I use up my store credit then I am done. Smh

I am a first time buyer at Fashion Nova. I ordered 6 pairs of jeans and a cardigan. I am missing two pairs of jeans. Online the site states that I received all items but on the receipt 2 items are crossed out.The items are now sold-out and I was never informed. I am highly dissapointed being that I'm being asked to submit receipts and information that customer service should have. I have submitted these things and still no refund. I oder clothes all the time from other sites. Never has anything like this happened. Buy with caution.

Theyre known for their jeans! All the hype literally is real. I have purchased so many pants/jeans from their site and I am beyond happy. They fit true to size and have many to choose from!
You guys have such a helpful team! Thanks to a couple of the girls, I was updated on my shipment. They also helped me with any questions I had on different clothing. I asked so many questions, thankful they didn't get annoyed of me haha.
Fashion Nova f**ked up my order and they want me to spend my money and time to ship back an item I didn't ask for. Then they want me to repurchase the correct item with a store credit. To make matters worse, I can only be reimbursed $10 US for shipping costs! I live in Canada so I would still have to pay for shipping for the item I already ordered.
As a customer, I would expect the item sent to me without having to jump through hoops for it (as this was not my error). I rather not risk loosing money on this one purchase (as it will be more than $10.00 US to go through the process of shipping back an item I did not order and wasting my gas, money and time on a pair of jeans).
Also - I don't understand why I would have to repurchase an item I already ordered but have not received.

Order 2 items from them and when i receive my package only one item a $#*!ty card saying opss your item been sold out with a 10% off coupon, what the hell am i soppose to do with that. They didnt even bother calling me or sending me and email telking me my item been sold out and sending my money back instead wreks later after no reply they tell me they going to send me a gift card. Stupid enough i re order again the dress was nothing alike look like a cheap 10$ summer dress instead of a party gown dress and one item missing. Shipng is always so quick for my daughter and I! I am always so pleased with every item I order as it fits our body types. They ship your heels little cute pink bags and always offer you some sort of discount for your next purchase. Thumbs up for them
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
