Everything I have ordered so far is true to size and of good quality. The delivery service is also good as I live in the UK and it arrives within the 10 day time period.
Fashionova recently had a promo going on where if you spent more than 75 dollars you get free 2 day shipping. Not only is it not free, its also not two business days. Its been a week and half and I'm just now receiving my items. Also the people at this company didn't put a enough postage on the package so when it was delivered, I had to pay my mail carrier $9.75. This is ridiculous.

I placed an order online, i received a package and EVERYTHING IN THE BOX WAS WRONG.
I emailed got a response from * who asked me to send him pics and invoices. After he confirmed everything was wrong... he tells me i need to pay for a package label.
Then when i ask if he can just send me a prepaid label he said thats not their policy! I will not be sending anything back until i know for sure i will be getting my cash back!

I've been shopping at fashion nova for about a year now, and I think they have really cute clothing for a very inexpensive price (obviously not anything high quality, forever 21 type clothing or cheaper)... I've always been generally pleased with the items. However their customer service is a joke... Don't run into any problems with your order because they will not fix it. They are apparently not allowed to "modify, change, cancel, or edit an order once it has been placed even it has not shipped out..." Oh and, if they literally send you the completely wrong item, don't expect to be reimbursed... also expect to have to pay return shipping on the item... Yes, I literally was sent the wrong item and had to pay to have it sent back to them because it is their "fashion nova policy" that they do not reimburse for "returning an item" even if the item was sent to you in error on their end... Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They obviously are more worried about offing their cheap china factory clothing than actually making their customers happy... Total joke. I loved shopping here until I ran into issues that they had joy in telling me they could not help with.
My absolute favorite store. My friends and I all shop here cause of the quality. I love how soft most of their clothes look and feel.

I am here to say that everything that you read on this site about fashion nova is true. They will charge you for items they do not have in stock. Also they ONLY issue E-Giftcard for any items you do not want even within 30 days. They do not have a return or exchange policy. I don't know who came up with that idea. Fashion Nova is a scam. They scam people out of their money. They charge for restocking fee and also leave you to dry.
Please beware of this company. I won't be ordering anything from them again. All I see is celebrities promoting there clothes and people are being pressured to but their clothes. Don't fall it..

If you need some help with your outfits, they are the go to store! Such fashionable products. The models always help me put an outfit together using their ideas. Love them!

Fashion Nova is the store for all females. They have plenty of clothes to choose from a low price. My favorite part about them is that they have sales every month. It is so hard not to shop here.
I have been on hold for about two hours due to the fact that I paid for two day shipping and my package did not arrive on time and still hasn't shown up (its been three days). I have tried to call customer service and no one is any help. This store is only for celebrities. Fashion nova is literally the biggest piece of $#*! website. PLEASE do not order from them. I am begging you, you will regret it. There clothes are $#*! quality and on top of that there customer service is basically run by toddlers, and there return policy is $#*!ing dumb. You WILL lose money ordering from them so just don't do it.
