My package never came and they won't issue me a refund or resend my items. I've called and email. The only response I'm getting is that I have to file a claim because they can't file a claim. They can't even tell me who's the addressee of the package. Fraud! Do not order!
Stuff that was ordered more than a week ago hasnt shipped yet and judging by other peoples reviews, Im not even close to getting my stuff. I Emailed customer service to find out whats going on and more than 24 hours later received a response that they dont know when theyll be able to ship my order, nor will they do anything about unfulfilled order and the delay. I cant even cancel my order, and even if I could the money can only come back as the store credit. This stuff is outrageous, I dont get it how they still exist and dont get in trouble for spamming people!
Don't be buy from these scam artists. Clothes are cheaply made. Not worth the price. If your change your mind on the clothes you bought they only offer a store credit.

I only received 1 out of 3 things in my order. The shipping confirmation shows it was all shipped together & still charged me for two jeans i never received. I have called and emailed them many many time's but no answer. Every order you place with them is a risk taken. They only care to take your money.

I thought their items were going to be expensive being how popular they are, but there are a ton of iems which aren't. I buy for my sister and I on the regular and love all my pieces always. I do recommend because there really isnt any hassle when ordering
A good solid online store. Home section is really an eye catcher. They have a great variety at a great price. I bought a pair of jeans that I wear out a lot and are really comfortable. It's a good go to place if you want your basics

Ordered a pair of boots. I received them and opened the package and they were shoes! I called fashion nova and sent them a photo of the shoes. I asked if they could give me a return shipping label so I could send the wrong item back. They told me they were unable to do that and that I should send the shoes back with a tracking number and they would reimburse me. Once they received the shoes I got an email with my store credit. They gave me the money back for the shoes but they didn't include the $6.00 shipping charge I originally paid to have the shoes sent to me or the $12.28 I had to pay to return the shoes. I called and all I receive is a voice recording. When I emailed and they took me they can only give me a $10.00 store credit for all the shipping charges! I am beyond livid. I spent $18.28 in shipping all together, $12.28 of which was because of their mistake. I don't want store creditu want my money back. Don't shop here!

I made a recent purchase totalling over $300
Before I made the purchase i review the size chart and also contacted fashion nova customer service and the size comparing it to gap and Levi's size chart I was told to look at the chart because it's true to size but it wasn't and I fine out when I got the product. You can't do an exchange and the material of the jeans are not jeans material they are spandex material. The worst thing is that they sick you with store credit, NO EXCHANGE, and a return rate of $25. This is outrageous!

Hi. I bought wrong size jeans. I contacted fashoon. Nova to cjange the size before it is shipped cause I am abroad and the time limit 30 days would be passed before I return the items with them. The USA made jeans are great in their website. I have no problem before with them so I was shocked that they refused to help me this time only. Here is there snswer so you can judge by yourself:

I ordered a pair of 6 inch nude party heels on this website and when i recieved it, somehow the label on the box was correct but the product was completely different from the photo. The thing i recieved had a nasty smell, it wasnt nude but it was metallic gold and for some reason the heel was only 3 inches. This is a fake website. Dont reccomend at all.

Im from Canada, i recently order for 250$ from fashion nova amd wow i was so disapointed. The clothes are so cheap and what you see on the website isn't what you get. There is a lot of photoshop on the website. Most of those celebrities that claims that fashion nova is a great brand are being paid to say such a lie. I wouldnt recommend it to nobody!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
