You would think that being a brand as big a fashion nova is they would have their things together but nope. I wrote a complaint a year ago and unfortunately this updated complaint is no better. It is still nearly impossible to reach a customer service rep because your call is routed to a dial tone that leads to noone! Try calling the stores... best of luck! No store answers and it is the same situation as their 800 number. Spoke to supervisor Nassim M. Who advised that as a corporate and headquarter office they are not able to reach their own stores! Mark my words never doing business with this poor company again and will be spreading this review across all social medias and other outlets of complaints. For the record, it took 22 calls to the store which resulted in no answer and 11 calls to the 800 # with a total wait time of 1 hour to hear from a rep then a call back 1 hour after that from a supervisor who was not able to help in any way. Coming from working at a call center it would be a shame to work for this company and represent this company.

I ordered over $300 worth of items, had to wait for them to verify my payment info and 9 days later, I am still waiting for my order to be PROCESSED! Of course, they wasted no time taking their payment, but I can`t even get anyone on the phone. Never again!

I usually shop at the Burbank location and I always have a good experience. The staff are so nice. I tried their online store and what a great experience too! Customer service was a able to resolve a quick issue I had and my items arrived in a good time.

Last Tuesday I purchased 2 dresses! Fashion nova send me a confirmation email saying my items was on the way... one day before my items are supposed to come... they email me saying my item is no longer in stuck... n I get a $30 gift card! Really so they lied to me and said it was on the way took my money n gave me a gift card! No customer service number so basically I have nothing to wear to my ever tomorrow thanks fashion nova!

For Fashion Nova being so popular they should keep items in stock better. I have been dissapointed multiple times by this company. I went to buy a pair of jeans only to be told they were sold out in my shopping cart. I had a cart full of clothes that I abandoned because of the jeans always being sold out.

I'll admit I was hesitant to buy from Fashion Nova because of all the negative reviews, but I had to try it for myself. BEST CLOTHING PURCHASE! I ordered the never forget skinny jean in medium blue in size 11 (I'm 145lbs, 5'7,29'waist & 41' hips) and I received them. The shipping was fast and the jeans fit great, when in doubt order a size bigger. They're obviously skinny jeans so they're a little snug, I personally like them more snug. I will continue to purchase from fashion nova and recommend them to someone not looking to spend a lot of money for good quality jeans. In addition, I will continue to update my review as I order more. Just in case.
Not worth the money! I bought a few things and two of them I needed to return because they were too big. I sent out the return in Dec, priority mail. It is now March and I have yet to receive a credit or refund. I've emailed customer support numerous times and they keep giving me the run around and asking me to provide information I have already given them. So I paid for shipping and lost that money and also paid for those items and lost that money too. The clothes are cheaply made as well. Save your money!
First of all, the jeans were not exactly how they were shown in the pictures. In the picture the jeans had lighter variations & when i got them they were one color. I wear a size 9 in jeans almost always & I had to return them bc they were way too tight. The problem is you have to pay for shipping to get it back to them so you can get an E gift card because they don't do refunds and when you purchase whatever with the gift card you have to pay to get whatever shipped back to you. So I had to pay shipping to get it here then to there and back here to me again so i won't be ordering again because i don't know If the size I order will be right & I don't want to have to go through paying shipping 3x again. The jeans were cute but too tight which i wasn't expecting because everyone was saying they fit perfect or even order a size smaller.

I am Fed Up with Fashion Nova! Every time I shop with Fashion Nova I spend $100 or more. My items come and it is always a problem. The first time I did not receive one of my items and received a gift card for Fashion Nova saying I could use that instead to purchase something else. If I wanted something else I would have purchased something else but I purchased what I wanted Fashion Nova did not provide it and instead of putting my money back on my card Fashion Nova gave me a bs gift card. I didn't trip it was a small issue so I was fine with that. I purchased from Fashion Nova again this time I purchased some leggings a size medium I am 5'3 140 pounds but the leggings ripped before I could get them up. I immediately sent pictures as well as receipts and asked for an exchange but Fashion Nova doesn't do exchanges. Then I purchased two jumpsuits a pink and blue that are basically see through made from the cheapest material possible instead of a strong cotton and they show everything you don't want people to see. So basically I waisted $70 with those two jumpsuits. Lastly I just purchased from Fashion Nova spending around $150 and decided I wanted to change my sizes on a couple of my items. I called customer service to ask and received an automated voice saying I am calling after hours when it is 1:11 on a Thursday. If these items come and I can not fit, they look raggedy or they tear I promise I will NO LONGER shop with Fashion Nova because for $40 per piece I want great customer service and I am not receiving that but I'm sure if I was a celebrity receiving free items just to promote I would not have these problems.

I was so excited to buy from fashion nova because of all the cute jeans and dresses they had. I had a friend who bought a pair of their jeans and they looked amazing. Well, I ordered a dress for a vacation I was going on and two pairs of jeans. My package finally came and it was suh a small package, I couldn't understand how all three items could fit in there. Well guess what, the dress wasn't in there. There was a note saying they were out of stock. This was frustrating because if they were out of stock, how was I able to order the dress online? False advertisement. So okay, I get over it and I email them about it and ask for my money back. Yes, I know that they don't return money, but I didn't understand how I should be punished for a mistake THEY clearly made. I never got a response, except a chain response to everyone about them being busy. Ok. I understand it's the holidays. So I wait a MONTH. I email them again and get the SAME EXACT EMAIL BACK. In the package I was told I would receive an email with my code for the money back on the dress and never got it. I didn't even bother sending back the jeans I bought. (They didn't fit). I just will never buy from them again, I don't care how cute their stuff is. I advise you all to do the same, shop somewhere with actual customer service and people who care. Don't fall for all of the hype.

This website is a scam. I bought over $75 worth of stuff for free shipping and the mailman asked me to pay $7 in postage if i wanted my package because Fashionnova did not put enough postage. I declined the package and put a claim with my bank that I had been scammed. My bank returned me ALL of my money. Fashionnova's customer service is nonexistent. There phone number is not a phone. You call during office hours and they tell you that you're not calling during office hours when you are. If there is a mistake with your order, you will be STUCK with it. They will not give you any of your money back and if they do, YOU have to pay to ship it back to them and they can take months to give your money back. They even take some money out of your credit to pay for restocking fee and stuff. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS AND THEY DELETE ALL BAD COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM. DONT BE FOOLED. ALL THESE CELEBRITIES GET PAID to promote!
I placed an order and it was never delivered. I filed a claim with USPS and it was denied since their records claim it was delivered. I contacted fashion nova and they also denied any responsibility. I asked for a store credit at minimum, that was also denied. The phone number listed for fashion nova is just a message saying to email them. Well it takes up to 2 days or more to receive a response from them. Fashion nova stole my money and don't even have the decency or at least a sense of GOOD customer service to HELP their customers! I've been a customer of theirs for YEARS. And I'm happy to say I'll never purchase from them again.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
