I've bought Fashion NOVA in the past and I understand you get what you pay for which was fine for trendy casual clothes. The quality was never good but at least it would look like the photos on their website.
I just received an order I placed of about 10 items and half of the garments smelled like plastic :( I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. The first pair did not look (darker colour with no fading where there should of been) or fit as advertised. The second pair were unwearable since the zipper was broken. I also ordered a duster jacket that looked and felt more like sheer curtain. The quality has really changed for the worst.

They have great clothes they look exactly like the pictures everything I have bought I bought boots and shoes and everything from their bras and lingerie everything is true to size as long as you read the reviews to make sure it doesn't run bigger the only problem I have had with fashion Nova is the 2-day shipping the policy is b******* because two day shipping turns out to be a week or so and then on top of that it sends you a confirmation number and a tracking number and it's never correct with the actual shipping and you pay so much for your s*** not to be there today that it says is going to be there and on top of that warehouse is so slow when you order more than one thing it's just horrible you spend $100 and you still have to wait regular shipping days but on top of that everything else is good just never expect your items to be there on time if it's more than one thing

I noticed after leaving neutral reviews on clothes I bought that they don't allow 3 star reviews. Mainly 5 star reviews are allowed which I find pointless and lacking integrity as the whole point of a review is to share with others your opinion to help them make appropriate buying choices for sizing, etc. On top of that, out of stock items that they allow you to buy are not refunded and instead you get an "Oops" note, and coupon with a gift card to use on their site. I highly recommend paying with Paypal to override their ridiculous no refund policy and get your money back for incomplete orders.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans and a choker on Monday before 1pm. Paid $6 for 2 day shipping. Got an email on Wednesday saying my order is being shipped. Got an email on a Friday saying it will be delivered on Saturday. Got an email on Saturday at 1:46AM saying my jeans were out of stock and ill be getting a storecredit gift card. Customer service is terrible. Shipping is terrible. My over all experience was terrible. Why did it let me order jeans if they're out of stock. Why did they say they were sent if they're out of stock. Why am I still be charge for them if they were out of stock. After I use this gift card (that should have been refunded to me) I am never buying from this $#*!ty company again.

Never ordering from here again. I ordered ONE swimsuit which took a full NINE days to get here thanks to them printing a * shipping label that made my package get sent to the wrong location not once but two times. Finally gets here today (the day before I leave for spring break, the whole point of having the swimsuit) and I open it to find a JUMPSUIT. Awesome. And other reviews on here are right, their phone number just tells you you called outside of their service hours (which they listed and I am well within them.)

I bought jeans and a shirt from here, worst mistake EVER! I received my stuff and first thing I see is that the jeans look nothing like the picture on their website. They were suppose to light colored denim and it's nothing like it, plus the material is so cheap! And it smells too. I bought an oversized t shirt and it honestly looks like a men's T, the material was rough and it didn't look like a women's shirt. They are so quick to take your money but won't give any refunds, they know they are in the wrong selling this cheap clothing so they steal your money by saying they dont do refunds just store credit. If I would of read reviews of their website first I would have NEVER wasted my money on them. Their website needs to be put down for fraud and scam!

I have sent many many emails NO REPONSE CANT TALK TO A LIVE PERSON SMH! HALF OF THE TIME, FASHION NOVA MAKES A MISTAKE AND SENDS YOU THE WRONG ITEM OR THE WRONG SIZE. FASHION NOVA DOES NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE ITEM BACK EVEN IF ITS THEIR MISTAKE. THEN THEY CHARGE YOU A FREAKING 50 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! 50 PERCENT! THEY ISSUE YOU LESS THEN HALF OF YOUR MONEY BACK IN STORE CREDIT. THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK CAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP SHOPPING FROM THEM. IF YOU PAY 100$ FOR SOMETHING AND YOU DECIDE TO RETURN IT. RIPE OFF WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN TILL THEY FIX THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DO RIGHT BY THERE CUSTOMERS
