They keep insisting I send more verification I clearly sent all the verification needed I call the 1-800 number it does not work I've written multiple emails back-and-forth with horrible customer service reps. Fashion Nova owes me $27.99+Tax and they have refused to give me back my money. They are thieves do not purchase anything from them. I will not be going back. I am a very upset Customer. Rating=1.

The material of the clothing is extremely cheap and thin. I ordered a bomber jacket in a size medium because they stated it ran big. Jacket arrived and looked like an XL! I asked to exchange or return via email an they did not accept a free exchange or return. I try again purchasing a size XS and I notice the tag is completely different with a different brand. I guess Fashion Nova removes cheap company brands tags and stiches in their name. The XS jacket fit the same so I just gave up. Do not purchase from this store, very unprofessional company!

Fashion Nova is indeed my favorite store. There are a lot of other good brands I like, but are very expensive. Overall expensive sometimes! However, they always have a great sale and when the discount code is applied at checkout it drops down allllooooot. I like.
I like shopping here bc I know that if theres an issue with any clothes not fitting right, I can always return without any trouble. Shipping is fast, usually takes 2-3 days

My daughter order two items. They took the money and then I got an email saying oops one of the items are out of stock here's a gift card. I dont want a gift card I want my. Money back but they won't answer any calls or emails. I am hoping PayPal will step in ut I have to wait 20 days for a response. 1st and last time I order from this company
So I like many people started seeing Fashion Nova on Instagram and eventually made a purchase. The items were more or less as listed I ended up returning some items and received the store credit however... I also got the famous "OOPS" card in my box saying something was out of stock and they would issue me store credit for the item. I had the HARDEST time getting some measly $20 credit code because they kept saying that they had already issued me my store credit (they issued me credit for the returned items not my missing one) So a few things: 1. Why do they send a confirmation email saying ALL of my items were in transit when in fact a couple are missing? 2. Why doesn't their site list when the item is out of stock BEFORE you purchase? 3. Why am I issued store credit when the item I wanted to buy ISN'T EVEN IN STOCK? I thought store credit was for returns only? NOW TODAY as I went to use some store credit for a jacket that I paid for but got an email saying it is no longer in stock... I go to look up the jacket and guess what? I'm still able to add this jacket to my cart. They scam people into buying items and give them store credit b. S. They need better website upkeep and to rethink their store credit crap for items that aren't in stock.
I purchased two items from them online on Friday. I received a confirmation email and my account was debited the total of the purchase. On Saturday, i receive an email saying my order was shipped.On Tuesday, i receive another email saying my order was actually in transit. However on Wednesday, i receive an email saying "Oops" one of the items i ordered was out of stock and they would give me a store credit via gift card. I have emailed and called them numerous times and they do not respond. When you call you get an automated message saying you are calling outside of business hours yet, i am calling well within the business hours they give you. I went online to read reviews and apparently, this is a scam they run on everyone. They list trendy items online so that you are suckered into buying them knowing they aren't in stock and then stick you with a gift card that you are forced to use with them. I suggest you never use fashion nova.

SO SCAMMY. I read all the reviews and didn't heed peoples warnings. I too ordered some things and turns out one item wasn't in the bag... instead it was a "gift card" to make up for the item not being in stock... like after the fact I bought everything right? I also was highly disappointed in the quality of everything I got. Not truly high waisted as per description and were very CHEAP quality. Below forever21 quality... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
It was so easy to find my outfit cause they have an enormous variety. My items came in TWO DAYS and I really liked the quality of all my shirts. Overall, I liked everything and will be shopping again and again :)
I have been buying from here since 2014 and it has been a very good, legit website. The first pair of jeans I ordered were perfect. Perfect sizing and good quality. On one of my orders I had a small imperfection and didn't notice it till I tried on the dress like a couple days later, but I contacted a rep and i was able to get a new time in a good time. I been wanting to purchase from this online store for a while and for the first time I did yesterday. I was so into those jeans and comparing them that I didn't realize I ordered a size one yet I'm size 5. I ordered two pairs of jeans but one was the wrong size I called the number they give you and said to call Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm yet I'm calling on a Monday at 3pm. I sended an email and said they can't modify or do anything eventho it hasn't been shipped. So I have to return it and get a gift card and repurchase it but they didn't provide the address or the process of how to ship it back. I have to go through all that inconvenience.it was the first and last time I'll purchase from FashionNova.
IF i could give this a 0 star, i would, they suck when it comes to keeping their inventory count, you order one thing and 3 days later they send you an email saying "oops we ran out" and they give you a "gift card" which is NOT really a gift card their just giving you back the money on the item you "are never getting" FIRST AND LAST TIME I order from them, their so incompetent. And p. S till this day that particular item that's "out of stock" is still available for purchase! Stay away from Fashion Nova. They suck assssssss!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
