I order last Wednesday and still haven't got my package... they said it was being mailed back to them... I called usps and they said to contact fashionnova but I can't even get in contact with anyone... hello can I get my * refund!

They don't even deserve a 1. Fashionnova has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered something in JANUARY. It said it was delivered but was not, they made me fill out a claim form, so i did and then they closed it without an investigation, refund nothing. So i contacted UPS, they said i needed to contact fashionnova so i did AGAIN and they said it was UPS problem. It's been back and forth between UPS telling me to contact fashionnova and fashionnova not replying or telling me it's not their problem. The last time i emailed them AGAIN they said i needed to fill out the claim form again, and I said i'm not filling it out again because I already did. I swear they only care about you tubers who can influence a bunch of people not to buy. It's been 2 months and they haven't responded to my last email in a week and I still don't have a refund. Most places once it's become obvious your package is lost give you a refund to keep their customers happy, but nope not fashionnova, save your money and don't bother ordering from them.

I only spent like $50 on my first order which was fair because I think i got a good amount of clothes. Got my order in 2 days and the products were good. I do recommend for first time shoppers. I will be shopping again.

This is a total scam, I spent over 300 dollars on this website they took the money out my bank and when I go to track my order it says unfulfilled. I called during business hours and it went to a automatic machine which said that they was on the other line! I called over and over and it kept doing the same thing so I emailed them and I still have not received a response and I placed my order march 15th and still have not heard anything from them!
I ordered from fashion nova 3 times the 1st time I ordered 3 items and the 2nd time 7 items and now my 3rd time I ordered 18 items and I only got 5 times in the mail and the inventory list was all ticked of with all my order yet I only received 5... I tired emailing them(send 6 emails) send them dm on Instagram and try calling the customer service number and no answer. I came to California cause I'm gonna go to the head quarter but I got a managers email... sent her an email too and no reply. I will never order from them ever again...

I really love this store especially because of the free shipping. Shipping is normally 2-3 days not including weekends and my items come neatly packaged. Your shoes will come in cute pink bags and they always send a discount code. Love fashion nova!

Fashion Nova is amazingg. I ordered a couple items including a dress, cap, jacket, belt, earnings and necklace and all of them are great. True to size and quality is amazing and prices are just as good. Fashion Nova was the first store I ever ordered from and I haven't regretted it. Will definitely shop again. And the shipping time is great too!
I like the products I've recieved, but every time I have ordered at least one of my items have been refunded because after confirming and shipping my items I get an "oops we're out of stock" email with a credit. Which for me, I don't wish to take the chance to keep ordering and having my money then trapped in their system vs a credit back on my card. I like the products I actually receive. But its a toss up on if I will get all the items in any given order. I think they need better inventory control/accountability but other than that they're alright, no complaints on the products or quality.
Worst experience EVER and horrible customer service.
-IMPOSSIBLE to reach on the phone and via email--actually, I have been trying all week and still have not been able to reach anyone...
-$ was taken out of my account and I paid for 2 day shipping and 4 business days later didn't even have a shipping confirmation.
-called 900 times and only heard an automated voicemail
-emailed and received and auto response with the same FAQ's I could find and read on the website
-someone supposedly responded back with the same FAQs
-I finally got a shipment confirmation (2 actually)
-I then received updates on the status
-THEN I received and "Oops-your item is out of stock" WHAT?!? How did you ship my item-respond to my email-and never mention that part of my order isn't available?
-I was then emailed store credit-who wants store credit so we have to deal with this awful place again?
-NEXT I opened my package and there is writing with a paint marker (?) all over the bottom of one of the pant legs of the Jumpsuit I ordered. Seriously---what is this place?
Since they aren't open on the weekends I read the FAQ's again (the only customer service this place has) and realize that it not worth it to even try to get refunded the $35 I paid for this $#*!ty item. Either way-i likely will only be offered store credit for their mistake and their damaged items and I am not dealing with this horrible store again.

I probably should have read all these reviews before shopping on Fashion Nova before learning my lesson the hard way.
I ordered 2 sets off the website, paid for them and received an order confirmation. A few days later I received another confirmation that my order was in transit. 2 days AFTER that I receive another email saying one of the bottoms I ordered is "out of stock" and they have given me fashion nova credit to use. Are you kidding me!? How do I get 2 separate emails telling me my order is confirmed and my order is ON THE WAY and then DAYS after that it is out of stock? I contacted customer service saying I wanted a full refund to my card for the missing item and they told me to send a picture of the white slip included in my package so they could try to issue me my credit back. If I gave you my order #, full name, and email address why do I need to go out of my way to email you pictures of anything to get a refund for YOUR mistake? Unreal.
After realizing how many steps I would have to go through just to get a measly $15 refund I decided to just use the credit and purchase something to get it over with. I order 2 pairs of jeans and accidently order one in the wrong size. I immediately email customer service again and they tell me they can't edit or cancel orders after they have been placed. Not sure why my purchase is set in stone as soon as I press "order" but they can literally confirm an order is in transit when in reality an item is out of stock.
Honestly I feel like this website is super scammy and it reeks of false advertising. I'm an avid online shopper and I've never had something like this happen before. Once an item is out of stock it is shown on the website or deleted out of your shopping cart even while you're still shopping. I've also never had such a hard time getting a refund for something that wasn't my fault. Terrible business tactics and I'll be sure to post my review on any website possible to warn other people.
Two out of four orders had the wrong items in it. I emailed them and told them about this and they told me that I need to return the item on my own and then they would credit my account (not my personal account my fashion nova account. They do not refund any money) and then I would have to order them again. So in short I have to pay shipping three times, for the first order, to send the item back, and then to re-purchase what I ordered in the first place. The customer service there is not good in my opinion. This is not a good way to run a business. They should have apologized and sent me the correct jeans and corrected their error with out inconveniencing me, the customer. I've lost money ordering from them because of this issue too many times.

First time shopper, when my items finally came I was a little worried. They looked like they would be cheap or run too big. I immediatly tried everything on and fell in love. My body is no where near like the models but when I put on the clothing I felt like I was one of them.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
