I ordered from them on 16th of march 2017 it is now march 29th 2017. I have contacted them via email instagram and Facebook. The number they have no one EVER answers the phone. Its just a recorded message. Any messages you leave on their instagram they delete and tell you to email. When i finally received a response one from email and ome from facebook it was 2 different answer email said they had to wait 10 days before they would reship my stuff facebook said that i was getting my item friday. Well needless to say I never got my items. If you up early in the morning before they open you can see everyone post all the negative comments on their instagram. Then when the store opens they delete. I wish they had this much dedication to helpiny customer receive their items. I have since filed a claim with amazon pay to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!
I did not receive over $100 in items and they will not credit or refund the amount. They gave me a credit which didn't even work. I had to contact my bank to get the money back. The clothes are cute and fit great which is a shame. No one ever answers the phone and the emails are unprofessional and hard to get a response.
Was sent the incorrect item. I emailed multiple times requesting a return label. It took several weeks to get the return label. Sent the incorrect item back and requested a full refund. Received a store credit in my email. I DID NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT. Emailed again and was told that they do not offer refunds. I understand the "no refund" policy BUT not in the case where this was clearly their error. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... besides that. They do not have a customer service number so you cannot talk to a live person. TERRIBLE!
All clothes I have ordered fir very very well on my body. I recommend all the ladies to purchase at least one pair of jeans for either yourself or a family member. They are so cute and fit magically.

- second pair of jeans are significantly smaller than the first, even though they are the SAME SIZE.
-elastic in my leggings does not lie flat, is all tangled up
- they said on the website to size down, so it is their fault I ordered jeans too small.
-impossible to make contact with, all replies to emails sound like an automated message. For example, I said that I won't send my faulty items back as shipping from australia costs more than what I paid for the clothes. What was their response? "mail your items to this address'.
-only way to get their attention was to comment on social media, instead of solving the problem they have deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting again, and even messaging them.
THEY ARE A SCAM, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I never write reviews but in this case I'll make an exception I ordered a dress that was on sale for $13.96 dress was too big, so returned the dress I was only credited half the money because I was charged a restocking fee of 50% I spend $17 to return a $14 dress to receive only $6 back... very DISAPPOINTED
I usually recommend fashion nova to other people because I've had such good business with them in the past but recently I had placed an order for almost $500! My order was on 3-14-17 it is now 3-23-17 & I still have not received my order or tracking information. You are supposed to get free two day shipping on orders over $75. My order was well over $75 and it's been over a week & still no tracking info was given to me. I've tried countless amount of times calling but it's impossible to reach them over the phone and I've been emailing them everyday since I noticed I hadn't gotten my package within those two days. Their customer service is terrible. Do not waste your time fooling with this company you will get scammed.
I ordered my $189 package on March 9th and on the 10 th they created a shipping label. Today is March 23 rd and it still says creating shipping label. These lying automated * at Fashionova telling me lies that it was shipped out and USPS created a case to investigate my item and they informed me they never received anything. They went as far to tell me everyone who got a shipping label on the 10th already received their package as its priority mail. There is no real way of communication and i had it up to here
