Do not expect to get what you see on the website! My daughter has tried to purchase from here twice and both times they charge your card and then send ou a stupid credit for the amount you purchase because the item we ordered was "out of stock" so basically they take your money and give you a credit to try to purchase more things that are also out of stock. It's robbery. A total scam... and don't even try calling, they are busy on the other line taking care of other "nova babes". Right...
It's now been 3 weeks, and I haven't received anything. My previous review, Fashion Nova responded to it and I emailed them as the request stated. They email me back saying the same thing! They told me my package was in transit per USPS. I emailed them back immediately, and said did you not read my previous comments or emails to "Nikki" on your team, saying that USPS has not received your package from the store. And they email me back (no one has ever picked up the phone to call me and speak to me, or apologize!), she says they have an email out to USPS now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So after 3 weeks, all they can tell me - only via email - is USPS had my package and it's in transit ( the only reason it says it's in transit it because I asked for a re-delivery after the first week thinking maybe it was actually lost in the mail). Anywho, 3 weeks nothing received. I can get items from over seas faster. And after reading all the comments, I guarantee it's because they're out of stock. And instead of telling me this, they keep playing cat and mouse with me saying USPS has it. Wow.
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for FN. This is my second time ordering and the products have all come in the same order, shipping took around 7 days (I live in Ontario, Canada) and the only issue I had was that a pair of jeans I ordered were sold out and I got a store credit. This part was annoying because I wish they would've just refunded the amount of the jeans but seems like they want you to come back and shop with them again so they give it to you. But my products were in perfect condition, the jeans are extremely comfortable. I was only disappointed that they didn't let me know the jeans were sold out before I ordered them -- this doesn't make sense to me (once you place the order shouldn't they claim the pair as yours and not give them to someone else?). Despite all this, I ordered again and am waiting on my order. The shipping is taking longer than usual because of the long weekend and apparently they are working on improving their site but their shipping wait I should've been warned about before placing my order because I need it by this week. I placed it 9 days ago so it's taken 5 business days to get a shipping notification.
The quality of the clothes isn't great but isn't bad either. That's why their prices are very affordable. I had a situation before with the wrong item sent to me and customer services was on top of getting it fix. The only complaint I have is that they let you order and item, paid for it and later sends you an email that they ran out of the item! And they only give you store credit back NOT A REFUND! Which i think is ridiculous! I understand if I received the item and I returned the item, then a store credit makes sense. BUT not when I they ran out of the item, they need to give a refund back. OR at least have their system mark the item as sold out before collecting my payment. This happened to me 3 times already.
I ordered online and was charged twice for the same order that was around $200 (so I was charged around $400 in total). I wrote in to support and Monique from fashion nova told me they will give me store credit for $200. STORE CREDIT. Why would I want store credit if it is their fault the charge me twice? On top of that, when I received the clothes they were GARBAGE. Jeans had missing/broken buttons, material was paper thin, dresses were not made well and were totally see-through, hems were not finished, and all sizes were different. I now have to send back all items and they want to give me the total of $400 as store credit. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will take legal action next.

I ordered 14 things and the first 5 on my packing slip was what I got. I emailed them since they NEVER answer their customer service line EVEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS, and they said they can't issue a credit on RETURNED items. I did not RETURN anything, THEY NEVER PACKED IT! Absolutely ridiculous, they have no idea what they are doing and there is no one to actually speak with over the phone. SO frustrating.
Read reviews of all their scams. You order from their site and the take your money. They then tell you the item is out of stock and issue a store credit. Report all issues to the better business bureau they have almost 400 complaints!
I have ordered from fashion nova many times. I really like their clothes I never had any complaints but this last order two items didn't fit so I had to return them. In the return policy it states that you'll get a store credit. I only received credot for what one item is worth. They told me that on the FAQ it says there would be a restalking fee but no where does it say it on the return policy page. I ended up losing more money because I had to pay for the return shipping and restalking fee.
My review is based solely on customer service at FN. Its so sad that such a great site where I love to shop for my clothes falls very short of customer service. I have no idea when or why this new policy related to damaged items came from because FN never notified their already long time customers, but it doesn't make sense. 1) Not everyone has time to look through all there items for damages right away. 2) Then when you send pics with the damm tag still on it, you still get a response that it wasnt done in a timely manner smh. Its so sad to say but I just might have to take a break from shopping at FN and consider other sites to spend my money elsewhere. Smh.

I received my jacket thrown into a envelope not in plastic like other items I ordered before. The belt of the jacket is missing! I tryed calling customer service, can't even speak to anyone. I had to email was asked for pictures of the invoice and the jacket. I sent them than got asked be cause of their error to send item back in and wait for store credit to reorder. Why do I have to go thru that for there mistake? The jacket was for my daughter to wear to a school event on Friday. I spent over a 100.00 they could care less. Not to mention the jacket was not worth the price never again please be aware.

Sent me wrong item and then would not allow return instructions until I submitted a photo of wrong item received. Allowed to return at my expense even though they made the mistake. Not a good company to do business with, BEWARE.
I Love their clothes but MOST of the clothes they have is usually online... Why have a store if you can't find the clothes you want?! Also I recently bought a body suit there and washed it and the words faded away... I am an un satisfied costumer..
Don't everrrr order from here everrrrrrrr... my package was lost in the mail. FedEx refunded fashion nova back the money. They refuse to give me the money or even store credit. They states they didn't receive the money, when FedEx has on file that they actually cashed the check that was send. I ordered a shirt for my daughter's birthday because she loves this website. I was home awaiting the package that didn't come. I'm a little older and I don't do a lot of online shopping but I was excited about getting the shirt so I watched the tracking. It said it was delivered but there was nothing at my door nor in the mailbox. I emailed CS and they were no help to me at all. They pretty much stated they sent it and the tracking said it was delivered although it hadn't been. We went back & forth and they told me I had to file a claim with my local post office and was not giving me back my money nor sending me out another item. They turned their backs to me and offered no help what so ever. 4 days later the original package was delivered to me. I tried to tell CS I didn't receive it and it was though she didn't believe me or just didn't care. NEVER AGAIN!
I love love their clothes BUTTTT Worst customer service ever! I ordered items over $1000 and I received them partially. I ordered items on the 12, sent my ID in two days and today is March 30th no response. I have sent several emails, called many times, in fact I was able to talk to someone and he promised it will ship like 10 days ago but nothing! I reached out via IG but no one cared enough to resolve my issue by any means.

Their clothes run small, i suggest going 2 sizes up if you get your clothes from a place like Macys or JCpenny. The jeans were super thin and barely fit. Even though i got a size larger than i usually wear.The quality is like a rainbows or dots. The only good thing was it motivated me to lose weight. But its definitely not worth $35 plus shipping, You're better off waiting for a sale at Macy or gap.

I, (like everyone else) got caught up in the social media frenzy surrounding this brand. My first order was place on Cyber Monday of 2016 and I honestly should have learned my lesson then...
-My Cyber Monday order (besides the whole extreme delay issue) was shipped without a jumpsuit I ordered. I was informed that I would receive a store credit for the amount paid. After numerous emails and messages on social media, to this date (03/28/2017), I have never received that credit.
-I ordered the same jumpsuit recently when I saw it was back in stock. The jumpsuit came with a hole in the leg area the size of a walnut and the zipper on the back hanging off on one side.
-Fashion Nova's clothes are not true to size and when I say not "true to size" I mean ANY size. I've ordered tops, bottoms, jeans, and dresses all in the same size and had different results with fitting.
-The quality of the clothing they sell is below average. I've brought two "jackets" from them (the only pieces I like) and both pieces are too thin to be considered outerwear. A common problem with ALL their items.
-The final chance for me is that last week I placed an order for jeans and used a store credit that I had. I covered the cost of the jeans and shipping with the amount for the credit. I never received a confirmation email even though I was sent to a confirmation page and told my order was on its way. A week later I checked my email notifying me that the jeans I thought I ordered were back in stock. Confused and not sure why I would be alerted to this, I went to check my store credit which was thankfully still intact. Fashion Nova NEVER notified me that my order item was out of stock. If that had been my cash, I would have been out of luck with getting my money back...
The company overall seams disorganized and shady. Their "no refund" policy stands even if they make an error or the items were damaged. My final verdict is don't waste your time. There are other places with better items and much better service.

I really like the clothes from fashion nova but they are so different when it appears. The clothes come sooooo paper thin the material is bad. The jeans are the only good thing but the other clothes suck. Everything from there I have ordered is paper thin. I also ordered on 1/28/17 for my dress for a special event and I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I have contacted them 6 times and they have failed to contact me back. They have super bad customer service. It's been almost 2 months and I still didn't get a reply back. They also lie about the shipping... I spent over $75 and it would usually take 5-7 days for it to come here...

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
