I made two purchases before, with no problem. The third purchase, i recieved an email stating it was flagged. I sent my pic several times and they said they didnt receive it. This was back in may 24. I started a dispute with my credit card company. These scammers at fashion nova had the nerve to submit false information. They claimed they mailed my merchandise. Then lie and said., its in the process if a refund. Long story short. My credit card company got my money back yesterday. Shame on you fashion Nova.

I absolutely had the best buying experience. Clothes fit perfect and it only took 2 days to get to me. Plus the quality of the clothes were the best! Will buy all the time! Don't understand the bad reviews!

Presently speaking to Hilda. I purchased a shirt and some other things. I was notified days after paying they did not have my shirt so they offered me a credit. I turned it down and said I would prefer they send the shirt and pay for the shipping since they notified me very late.

Like im annoyed, im paying international cost plus customes now I have to use a credit soon and there's nothing i really want nor do i want to pay for shipping and custom costs again. Never used an online service who refused to send a shirt I already paid for. Haha. Its lame.

I took a chance and ordered some items from fashion nova. When they were delivered the material was very cheap and thin and did not look at all as pictured on the site. I was really looking forward to the bathing suit and when I went to take it out of the bag to try it on one of the straps were already broken. I then returned these items and was told that they do not do returns on sale items and bathing suits. I am infuriated I should not have to pay for these items especially if one was damaged to begin with. Do not order from them you will be disappointed.

I've been waiting a week now for a $100 order that was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I received my shipping notification the next day but the tracker is still in the preshipment phase. After reading many negative reviews I'm scared that I won't even get my package. I've emailed them just to see the status of my order and I've gotten no response. I live In Southern California so I don't understand why people in Canada are getting theirs so much faster the us...

I recently ordered 3 bathing suits from Fashion Nova last Wednesday night, and they came in the next Wednesday - just a week later! I'm from Canada so that's how long they said it would take. My bathing suits each came in a plastic baggie, sort of like ziploc bags. I was scared getting them (or even if I would get them) to see if they would be cheap based on what everyone on here is saying, but I was totally wrong! They are exactly like the pictures on the site, they're good quality, and fit! I got large for all, as I have an hourglass shape. And the padding in them is good quality! I was surprised, usually bathing suit padding is thin and cheap, but these ones are super thick! Amazing. I'm excited to wear these on my trip. For the prices of them (~$30 each for one bathing suit), it's definitely worth it. Most bathing suits are over $100, and this is a steal. I would highly recommend Fashion Nova to anyone! This was my first purchase from them, so I've never bought their clothes, but I'm sure it would be the same experience.

I also feel that people who have had a positive experience with Fashion Nova don't even bother writing reviews, as there are majority only negative ones on here... Which is what someone does when they're not happy with their purchase. So I just wanted to point out that there's probably are a large amount of people who bought from here and loved it & never had a problem. But I wanted to show potential shoppers that there is hope and it's worth it!

I placed an order on April 5 order ******* today is April 13 and I have still not received my order. The day I placed my order, my order was flagged for fraud I sent back the proof in the response. Every day I emailed them three times from three different emails and all I get is an automatic message. On Instagram they just delete my comments so clearly you have no intentions of sending me my items or my 346$ back! It's ridiculous! The items I ordered are probably out of stock and all I will receive is store credit and I don't want store credit seeing as I have no intention of ordering from here anymore. This is horrible customer service.

They bait you into buying a lot with their promos and "fast shipping" (which isn't fast at all... 2 day shipping is more like a week and a half...) but, when it comes time to getting your stuff nearly every single thing is missing...

They make the stupid excuse that they were "out of stock"... they give you credit so you can go back and buy more to cover the "out of stock" stuff and you end up spending more and then THEY DONT SEND YOU THE CLOTHES YOU GOT CREDIT FOR SO THEN YOU END UP USING THE NEW CREDIT (AGAIN) TO BUY MORE AND THEN YOU END UP SPENDING MORE AGAIN...

It's some nasty, scam artist s#it that they're doing... don't even bother ordering from them... they'll lie and say they're "out of stock" but, CLEARLY ON THE SITE THEY'RE IN STOCK AND THEY KEEP ADVERTISING THAT THEY HAVE THE CLOTHING...

I have ordered with this company in the past before many times and had no issue with them. I did two seperate orders in two weeks on the same card, why the order with the big bucks have to be flagged for fraud? So I did that was requested yadda yadda and havent recieved no word from the customer service agent that was handling my order since I have sent the correct information. So now I call my bank and they told me that they charged my card completely instead of putting the money on hold till my order was verified. I AM COMPLETELYYYYYYY PISSED THE HELL OFF! So now Im in this position where I have no clothes no money no minutes on my phone for calling long distance (Im in Canada) because they dont answer the god damn phone. I dont even want the package anymore because I know for a fact it wont reach in time for my vacation I just a refund (hopefully i get that because from these reviews they arent giving it) Moral of this story: just avoid this website regardless how nice they clothes are.

I am mad disappointed with this site clearly con artist. I say this because I ordered 200 dollars worth of clothes which i thought was suspect because I did not order that much. When i got my package, i saw why it was so * expensive. They had sent me duplicates of the same * for like 3 things that i ordered. Why this is such * and why i say its clearly a scam is because funny how when i looked at my order it had a 1 beside everything. So when and where the duplicates came in no idea. I was told that the most they can do for me is give me store credit which is * because my order should have never been what i was charged. First and last time i will ever order * from this bootleg rinky dink site. Too bad that no stars is not an option cause i promise i wouldn't have even given them one star!

I purchased a pair of jeans and few other items. 2 days after my purchase i received an email saying that the jeans i have ordered are "out of stock". This was never specified on their website. Since it was an inconvenience i received a gift voucher less than the money i paid for the jeans which i believe is robbery. If i am to order another pair, i am once more going to have to pay for the shipping which i have already done for the previous order.

They have had items out of stock yet still advertised them online to get your hopes up and steal your money. Issuing u a store refund is a farce! I returned 5 items, provided the tracking number to them yet they refuse to refund my money. They claim to have higher than normal volume so unable to provide me any assistance. They clearly lie to PayPal to be spiteful. You can find most of their clothing in other stores like Know Style or Go Jane so shop there instead.

I purchased about $350 worth of items my first time ordering from Fashion Nova on 3/28/17. Their "Security Department" flagged my order immediately after I ordered it saying that the billing address cannot be verified. For verification to be complete, I am required to send a selfie with my government issued ID or passport next to my face. Complete bull$#*!. The email address for their "Security Department" doesn't even share the same domain as Fashion Nova (i. E. Cyber security scam). I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they were ignoring my request to refund my money since I was not send any selfie.
