I PLACED AN ORDER 4/20 AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS. I AM STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE, I EVEN SENT THEM A PRIVATE MESSAGE ON INSTAGRAM WHICH THEY ARE IGNORING, SAD TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST YEAR AND I CAN NOT EVEN RECEIVE A EMAIL RESPONSE. I LOVE FASHION NOVA CLOTHING BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY BUSINESS FROM ME OR MY FRIENDS EVER AGAIN.

I'm so disappointed with this scam artist website they basically stole my 30 dollars! And when I email them they don't even bother to respond I have been emailing them for 3 weeks or more! No response. So I ordered a bomber jacket and 2 days later I got a email saying it's sold out! Like wth didn't even say nothing on the website that it was sold out) ok anyway I email them saying I want my credit then. And they told me to wait 10 days so I wait and wait and I keep emailing them for 3 weeks and no respond they don't email me back to give me my credit! This is so bull$#*!! NEVERRRR AGAIN. Fool me once but not twice $#*!s.

I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give a zero star! I placed an order for a size 1X in jeans and received a size 1. Imagine that. As soon as I placed the order all of a sudden the size 1X are "sold out" which I suspect they didn't have any in stock in the first place but they wanted my money because once they get your money there is NO refund! So not only did they not have my size, they sent me the wrong size, I have to pay to ship it back and they won't refund the money. My first and last order EVER! A friend a mine placed an order BEFORE me and she's never received her order. Buyer beware! Do not order from here!

I'm having a serious problen with you guys and I want other buyers to be aware of this problem as well. Every time I make an order, I give my complete address. When fashion nova processes that order, that put whichever part of address they feel like. This is annoying and a major inconvenience for me. It is costing me time and money to try to locate my order because you do not use my complete address. When i contact customer care, the response is "sorry we can't help, contact the courier company" and you are the ones that keep making the error. I'm so tired of it. I'm an international customer and it is so frustrating. I don't live in the USA, so for customers like me it it crucial that you get the address correct. BUYERS BEWARE! ESP INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS!

I have emailed fashion nova 6 times about an order I placed April 12th and for none of these emails have I received a personalized response explaining the status of my order. Responding to the first email I sent, they gave me a new shipping date and a new tracking number. The order I placed contained 18 items worth $287.75 USD. I am really disappointed as it is my first and last purchase with them. Also they have made themselves ver unuseful because after calling multiple times I have never been able to speak to a representative ( do they even have any?). In addition to that, when calling, the automated message is as the following if you have reached us during business hours 9am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday from we are on the other line taking care of all you hot nova babes and proceed to tell me to email them ( at a useless email) if I have inquiries about my order.

Theywithdrew 322.56 USD on the 18th from my account! They since are ignoring my emails and ignoring my Instagram direct messages and in addition they purposely deleted a comment i tagged them with on an Instagram picture they posted asking them about my order! They keep sending promotional emails and answering peoples comment on Instagram but they wont answer a message from a customer who although all the negative comments they have on review sites such as site jabber i gave them the negative of a doubt and bought from them! What company does this! They should Refund me my money now!

This is a warning! I ordered from the fashion nova website on 4/7/17 which was a Friday. I qualified for free 2 day shipping because I spent over $75. So I would assume it would come around the next Friday at the latest. It is now 4/20/17 Thursday and I haven't got nothing. Almost been 2 weeks. I've emailed them numerous times but they weren't very helpful. Usually when a companies products get lost, you would think they would email you first and try to be helpful. But I have had to go out of my way many times and nothing is resolved. This is really sickening because usps is a company that delivers stuff everyday. That's there job. I have never ever IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HAD A PACKAGE "LOST IN TRANSIT" which I know is bs. I took a risk ordering from this website because other people said they were sketchy and I didn't receive anything but a gift card that they gave to me as "store credit". I don't understand how some people get there stuff, but SO MANY other people don't and they have problems with you. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. This is a scam company. I don't understand how famous people like Kylie Jenner advertise this horrible company. Don't get me wrong, the clothes is very nice and I heard wonderful things about there jeans, just not reliable.

Everyone will see fashionnova's response as if to care what I'm feeling by saying they apologize this and that yeah bull crap! They really don't care. Matter fact I don't care how many celebrities you'll have advertising your clothes etc. come on why would they complain if they are receiving items for free like really come on! I still stand by what I say you are a scam, dishonest and disappointing. This is my third review and the fact that the company doesn't give two flying craps about how I feel enough to call me proved my point with never having a "live" person available. I took a chance with all the terrible reviews and perchased one item at first! I ordered through amazon and instantly got a confermation email and the next day i got my tracking number through my email! It took four days to ship and get to my house! The pants i ordered were exactly what was shown in the picture and fit perfectly! I have been shopping here ever since! I love them! They have never done me wrong so i don't understand the bad reviews! Only thing bad is the costumer service because if you call no one picks up at all! And BEWARE because if u do return ur only getting basically a gift card not a full cash refund! My clothes always arive in plastic coverings and folded nicely and have been everything they say it will be! They do run a tad small so i went up a size for the jeans and they fit perfect! Before u perchase I recommend doing what i did and looking at there sizing chart and then measure urself to see what size they recommend! And it ur on the border between two go up one! Fashion Nova has great clothes that arent over priced and are made well! Everyone has different experiences so if you try it out I recommend buying ONE item and seeing if you like it and if you do go from there! Ive bought a lot from them and have loved every peice of clothing i have received! I am someone who is more on the curvy side and i struggle finding pants that fit my muscular legs and waist because usually there great in my thighs but not in my waist! And these fit me perfectly! One last thing is fashion nova has always sent out my items 1-2 days after I ordered them! Love them!

Hi I am reading through these reviews and I too am writing about the same issue, I have ordered from the site before and things went ok got my order some were damaged clothes but I usually just count that as a loss, but 4 weeks ago I placed a $310 order and revived and e mail claiming I was flagged for fraud, so I send in the selfie of license that was required and heard nothing back from the supposedly 72 hours I was suppose to hear that everything checked out and was being shipped! So then I started e mailing they every week (4 e mails) no response, I'm so frustrated and now I'm realizing that I am prob out the money they charged me and it was a scam, please people do not order from them no matter what!

If you can't deliver don't promise! 2 day shipping but I've been waiting on my iteem since the 5th April. (did you all mean 2 week shipping?!) I emailed countlessly and they said they needed to verify information (however the money already was taken from my credit card). I tried calling and nothing... I took my "selfie" and sent it( there are other ways to verify this information btw) and still nothing. So should I count my 150USD order a loss!? Yall jeans dope but if I gotta play hide and seek first before I can get my ish better yall stay hidden. I wouldn't recommend yall to a sheep. Worst online experience.

I placed an order for 2 day shipping on 4/10 and still havent recieved it. Apparently they have my order on hold until they can verify payment, but the transaction already went through on my account. I tried emailing them, no response. Calling is also a hassle because some of the number either dont work or no ones there. When i finally got an answer on the phone they told me they needed a pic of me holding my id. I've never heard of anything so crazy! This has got to be a scam company, because they also refuse to refund my money even though they never sent the order out.
