Unpleased

I've ordered things from the side before but this one time I had the most issues! I paid a certain amount and they tried to only give me a part of it. I know that if my account doesn't have the full account I shall be messaging them again since they act like they can't answer phone calls. If all of my money I spent isn't back my back is getting a call and I'm letting them do whatever they need to. It's ridiculous.

I thought this might be a cute new place to shop. But they bothered me. I had a few things in my cart that I paid for, was sent a confirmation email, and two days later they send me first a "gift" card in the amount for the item and then send me an email saying OOPS we ran out. How the hell do you take payment and send confirmation of the order and than days later send an oops? Yeah oops, this must happen often because once I did receive my package there was a correspondence card with that same tagline OOPS sorry with a discount code (which I can't even use with my "refund"/giftcard anyway so wtf. Who the hell has a stack of OOPs sorry cards on hand!? A shady damn company named Fashion Nova that's who. And gift card? Excuse me this is my own damn money this is not a gift, therefore not allowing me to use another coupon code. Clever girl. They send payments to a paypal account so there should be no reason why they couldn't send my money back. So now I have this damn gift card to which I will use bc dammit I'm not getting that money back so now I'm going to dish out more cash to these $#*!s one last damn time just to deplete that ''refund''/giftcard. It didn't seem like they even read my email either, as I've seen a few reviews state the same, making it more frustrating than it should be. UGH. Customer Service and business practices are $#*!ing $#*!.

I have ordered for 60$ of top from them i made it the 22 april and i receive it today and every single thing i ordered is really good and great quality and it fits really well, i did the ordered before read all of the review about the site, so i was wondering if i would ever receive it but i actually did and i really dont understand what happened to other people!

FASHION NOVA SUCKS. Their clothing might look cute but the problem is it will never arrive. I PLACED AN ORDER OF $300 in clothing on MARCH 21 AND I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No shipping email, customer support email, nothing. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent and ATROCIOUS.
PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK. DONT GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN. Might as well order from forever 21 it's the same quality.
They only deliver clothing to people who are "famous" or promote their store.
THERE ARE SO MANY FAKE REVIEWS about fashion nova's customer service but be assured they have no customer service whatsoever. NO one will answer your calls, no will respond to your email and you will be left in the dark about your order.
They delete comments left on their Instagram and Facebook pages if you question your order. And the only lame response is for you to email them at fashionnova.com THING IS, NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOU. NO ONE.

This company sucks, they don't care about their customers and everyone should beware. The clothing is cute as hell but know for certain it will never arrive. FASHIONNOVA IS A SCAM. FASHION NOVA YOU SUCK SO BAD GIVE ME MONEY BACK OR SEND MY DAMN CLOTHING! Stop stealing our damn money you thieves.

Customer service sucks! Just know if you pay for 2 day shipping, that's only an estimated time that is given. It can arrive two weeks later and because 2-3 days is their estimated time frame, they aren't giving your shipping back.

I'm still waiting on someone to reply back to my email from April 27 2017... another problem why did I have to pay to returned the dress... yall need to provide a returned label...

After reading all the hype about fashion nova as i follow a few celebrities on Instagram who promote their clothing, I decided to give it a try.
It took just under 2 weeks for my shipment to arrive in Canada. I didn't have any issues or delays with this.
Quality of dresses is very poor and cheaply made - I was not impressed with the material.
I ordered one dress which had a body suit as the bottom of the dress is sheer. The snaps on the bodysuit don't even snap ( they are different sizes so it doesn't close) The dress is now defective and I am responsible to mail it back and cover shipping charges. I won't get a refund but now a credit to use towards their cheaply made products. Even though this is THEIR error i can't get a refund. Tried to email and call - no response. Horrible customer service. I am baffled with their refund policy - it is a complete scam.
DO NOT order from Fashion Nova - you will be truly disappointed in the quality and service.
My advice? Spend a bit more money for quality and good customer service. Spend your money where a refund policy exists.
OH - and do not fall for the responses you get after the reviews to contact them back. They will not respond.

The worst

Fashion Nova is known for stealing! They are a fraudulent business, do not shop from this site. Though you may believe that this site can be trusted because you received your items before, they cannot be trusted, I've been told that my order was flagged and I was supposed to receive a refund since February 11th 2017, however such refund has not yet appeared in my account and all calls and messages proved futile. As a matter of fact, I got on to them on their contact number and after informing them of my order number they hung up.

I've purchased a pair of jeans from these people over a month ago and have yet to receive my store credit, they don't have a working number that you can call, you can't even email them because their email is an automated message so you're talking to a robot. I pretty much lost $44! Do NOT buy from this website. It's a scam, there's no way possible of you guys getting in touch with them via phone or via email. You're better off on another website or even just going to the mall. I will NEVER purchase from these people again. The WORST. I hope their website shuts down, ripping people off from their hard working money. It's a shame.

This clothing company is fake and will scam you, the took over 200 from me and never delivered my clothes. I email and call and all they do is ignore me they are awful.
I really wouldn't buy from these people unless you want to be scammed, online there are loads of reviews calling this fashionova a scam company they have ripped off many people this is what they do so don't buy here.

I placed two orders within the same week. One was for a pair of jeans that I did receive however they did not fit so I filled out the return label and shipped it back to Fashion Nova Returns and didn't ever hear back from them... The SECOND order I placed, I was charged for but never received a confirmation number or tracking number via email or anything and I still haven't received my order. I have been emailing over and over again and no one responds. When someone finally did respond four days later they did not seem to have even read my email and just blamed the matter on the postal system. I am very upset! On my second order I just wanted a copy of the confirmation of my second order to be emailed to me since ( I WAS CHARGED for that amount) and made sure my second order was on its way but instead got blown off!

So I have seen a TON of bad reviews. Most saying how fashion nova is a scam and how terrible it is. I have ordered from fashion nova before and I only ordered jeans, but I was so in love and still wear those jeans to this day. It had been awhile since I have ordered off their site, so seeing all these bad reviews lately made me skeptical and confused because I had no issues the first time I ordered, and everything was great. Regardless of the bad reviews, I decided to order again and I received my clothing three days after my order. I was surprised to find that all my clothing had fit me perfect, and I was happy with the quality, especially for the price! I had no issues with shipping either. I have never talked to customer service so I don't know how that is. Most of the reviews are just people complaining because something did not fit or took a little longer than expected. I have had great service and cute $#*! clothes! Thanks fashion nova!

I made an order on the 21st and it was supposed to be shipped within 2 days since I picked 2-day shipping. I paid 200 and still have not received my clothes. I have been emailing them for a week without any luck. Forget about calling them because I have tried 20 times different days and nothing. Today after days trying to know what happened with my order I had to call my bank and file a request to get my money back which can take up to a month! VERY DISSAPOINTED, FIRTS AND LAST TIME I BUY HERE!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order on 4/1/17 a day or so later I received a shipment confirmation email stating that my order has been shipped. Well a few days after the shipment email I received another email stating "Oops this item is no longer available" for one of the items that was supposed to be shipped days ago, here's a cyber gift card. If my order was already "shipped" how is one of the items I ordered unavailable?!? Secondly how are you going to offer me a cyber gift card for the item that was no longer available. The number on the website doesn't lead you to a live person. I've sent email after email and after I cussed them out they finally decided to refund my money. However, it's now 4/27/17 and I have yet to receive a REFUND and my emails are going unnoticed. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My advice is don't order anything unless you have money to just throw away. You will not receive your full order if you even receive an order at all. TRIFLING HUSSIES BETTER GIVE ME MY MONEY

I always order from fashion nova fast shipping and some of the best clothes I ever purchased in my life. I almost thought I got scammed last time because I put the wrong billing n I wasn't getting any responses but my items are ona way and I'm so greatful for this website it made me a baddie.

I placed an order on 4/13. Never received my items and can not get a hold of anyone by phone. No one is responding to my email and I ordered $300 worth of clothes. I have to contact my bank to file charges because of the lack of communication it's ridiculous.

I ordered a 32 dollar dress for my trip. After not receiving it i contact them only for them to tell me it was delivered. After filing a claim with the post office as instructed by the customer service so I can have the post office investigate it. I received a letter from the post office also instructed by customer service to show proof that the post office post my package only to have another person email me and tell me this.

I do apologize for this situation.

Once we hand the package over to delivery carriers, we no longer hold liability for the items as we have fulfilled our part of the order.

USPS has to take responsibility and reimburse the value of items they have lost in transit.

Once again, I do apologize.

So I went thru all that and the post office told me to contact them to show proof.

I then responded to the customer service lady
I was told to send you the claim from the previous person who emailed me and by the post office so I can be reimbursed so basically your telling me their is nothing you can do about it and the post office is tell me to give you this.
This is ridiculous I won't be ordering from you guys I've never had this problem with any other company.
Thank for a waste of time and money.

Never ordering from them again.
