The clothing material is terrible the shoes look nice but they seem to fall apart. I ordered a two piece set and was only given the bottom half. Costomer Service does not answer the phone. Ladies I never leave reviews but it was so bad that I just don't want anyone to fall for this bull$#*! clothing site like I did.
I had ordered a cute white shirt and i washed it and it totally was a disaster after that! It practically fell apart so, of course, i wrote a review on it stating for others not to wash that item or it'll fall apart and i rated it a 1 or 2 star... one day later i check the reviews and my review is GONE! Who knows how many other people left a bad review because their product was TERRIBLE & got their review(s) deleted?! Fashion nova is a great place to shop at, don't get me wrong, but eh... i can't count on all the reviews... they only keep the reviews that are 4/5 and anything below a 4 gets deleted...
I've ordered multiple times from Fashion Nova and this is the first time that I've had an issue. I ordered on 4/26/17 and the same day got an email that informed me that the items had shipped (which they had not) and I also ordered an item that later turned out to be out of stock so they sent me a gift card. I placed my order on 4/26 and it is now 5/8. I've never had an order from them take this long to arrive and it has not even shipped yet. I reached out and emailed Fashion Nova multiple times and I also reached out to USPS and USPS informed me that they have not yet received the items. It's completely ridiculous that it has taken 12 days now and my order has still not even shipped. On top of that, Fashion Nova has not returned any of my numerous emailed or provided any info as to when my package will come or if it will come at all. This site has atrocious customer service and I would NOT encourage anyone to shop here.

I'm so disappointed with fashion nova right now! I've ordered from them several times with no issues, but this time is bad. I placed an order on April 28th and fashion nova flagged my order. I have emailed them twice and send a message on their instagram and have yet to receive a response from them.

Ordered 3 items, including 2 dresses for a wedding coming up very soon. I received an email saying my order has been shipped the night I ordered. The shipping email stated to allow 2-3 days for order to be delivered, It has now been a full week and the wedding is this Saturday! Now I do not know when to expect my order to be delivered, so now I have to spend more money on another dress... since I cannot count on my items being delivered soon or even at all! Feeling scammed for my money and disappointed!

If Fashion Nova doesn't have the item you ordered (common), you won't know until you receive your package. You will receive a card that offers you 15% percent off your NEXT order instead of a FULL refund. Also, the discounted refund is issued on a gift card which CANNOT be combined with the discount code.
This site is great for girls with curves or hour glass figures. However, some of their stuff is extremely short or not sized properly. Always use the discount codes and you get great deals. Most of the time they stick to the same colors that make girls look slimmer or tanner. Returning with this site is horrible and will just give you a headache. Reading reviews of the piece of clothing is key to finding the size that is actually going to fit you. Also, because they are turning into a popular site it is getting really hard to reach their customer service. I wish they would have more of a selection of things other than solid color. Having more of a selection like pinterest would be ideal but that is a dream.
I receive notification about an available item but when it's time to order it'll say ouT of stock. If you place an order, ordering more than 2 items you won't receive everything they'll say half of your order is out of stock and then send a gift card instead of refunding the money to your card. Majority of their shirts are crop top, jumpsuits are spandex material, & alot of their items run small.
This company flagged my order (which was made on April 23) and then said I needed to verify with id, I did, and since have NEVER heard bck from them, I've spent almost 400 to get nothing, when I write on their social media they delete and block, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY A COMPANY THAT DOESNT DO REFUNDS WOULD HOLD YOUR ORDER UNTIL U VERIFY! IF THERE IS A CASE WHERE SOMEONE DOESNT HAVE ID OR SOMETHING THEN WAT? Yu all jus keep their money? IF A BANK DOESNT FLAG AN ORDER! WHY WOULD U ALL? ESPECIALLY WHEN U DONT GIVE REFUNDS TO BEGIN WITH! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I don't kno abt you all but I'm going to LA just to take this to smal claims court! It's ridiculous! I'm not being stolen from like that!
YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM FASHION NOVA! I don't know what is the ethic of the people who run this company or the people they hire. ZERO answer to my emails (I have send to *******@fashionnova and *******@fash...) ZERO answer if you call to their phone... ZERO answer in Instagram, where they also BLOCK everyone who is complaining about their $#*!ty customer service. I can't belive I lost 290 USD with this scaming page.

I placed my order 2 days ago, and was informed that it shipped within the same day I ordered. I have tried to track my order, but their is no information available. I have e-mailed and tried numerous times to get in contact with them. I feel like my money has been wasted and I am very disappointed. Ordered these items for a special occasion and its really upsetting!
Ordered and received missing an item. Can not reach anyone on the 1-800# and have emailed NUMEROUS times. NO REPLY. They will not contact me back- I paid for an item that I never received and never reimbursed for it missing. HORRIBLE AND VERY UNHAPPY.

I spent over $780 dollars with Fashion Nova and I love their stuff! Their jeans are the bomb. It is frustrating sometimes when you order something and later they say it's out of stock and send you a gift card but I always email them and ask for a refund instead and they will cancel the gift card and refund you.

I never orderd from this website because I did my reseach and found all these bad reviews. I always shop at forever 21 but lately their clothes are ugly and wayyyyy over priced. So I gave in a bough ONE thing. It arrieved a few days later, it was just like the picture and it fit beautifully. I then orderd soemthing else, same thing. Now I orderd two things. Waiting for them to be deliverd. When/if I have a problem like a lot of people had, I will stop shopping here. Now I am just ordering leggings like the wanderlust or other ribbed legging I cant fint anywhere else or a fitted jumpsuit. I think people should shop this way, yes you pay for shipping every time. But its better be out of 20 or 30 dollares the 300 hundred. Taking of two stars because is a horrible company.
Fashion nova is always out of stock of almost all of their pieces. I use a size large and sometimes medium I swear it's like every dress I want is out of stock. 2 weeks ago I tried to purchase a dress twice and both times the payment went through but then 2 days later I would recieve an email saying it was out of stalk like why not tell me before my order would go through! It's so frustrating

I swear it says you can get your money back if you send back to them (which you have to pay for yourself), but I was only given a store credit! What a rip off from my first time ordering and it not even looking as good in person. Sending it back ended up costing me another $18 dollars from Toronto! Never again. Not worth not being able to get your money back if something doesn't appeal to you.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
