I ordered a dress for my vacation from them thinking it would be here in time but they forgot to ship one of my dresses so not only do i have to rush and go find another one but they decide to ship it 2weeks after my vacation. So now I have a dress that I don't even need or want anymore and not once did they offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience they caused me. Couldn't even let me get a credit. They pissed me off to the max!

I was in love with this website. Not only spent a lot, but ordered constantly. Today they not only blocked me from emailing them but also from instagram for agreeing with a fellow girl about shipping delays. Now this was the first time i never got my order on time but all this week of horrible customer service and embarrassment, having my future mother in law take pictures with her id was disgusting. I ordered on monday they not only knew i had a deadline. I was at first so polite, begging them to let it get here on time. Now im screwed for my best friends 21st b day party and i will never ever hold them in high regards again. I think im done with their site, i was treated poorly and got robots replying to me once in a while. Cute things, but the stitching and threading suck, and their stuff can be cheap. So i advise you to stay away. Good luck to all other girls waiting for their shipments over two weeks and more.

I ORDERED FROM FASHION NOVA MAY 3RD, I recieved a email with a tracking number. I used the tracking number and it's now MAY 11TH my item still hasnt been dropped off to usps. Usps website states AWAITING ITEM. Unreal. Complete scam. They took my money and never shipped my item. I've called customer service, Ive emailed, yet NO REPLY. Very upsetting to be stolen from.

The clothes fit perfect and I'm super picky with my jeans but their jeans are the best thing that has happened to me. I think 80% of wardrobe is fashion Nova that's how good they are. I placed an order on 5/5/17. It's 5/11/17 and I'm yet to receive an update on the status of my order. The tracking information has not been updated either. I contacted them and they said they'll get back to me within 24 hours (which is long overdue). This would be the second time I've experienced a problem with receiving my order recently. So this was my first time ordering from fashion nova because I've heard Kylie Jenner multiple times brag on the website. I ordered 10 things on the morning of May 6th & it is now May 11th. It also states that if your purchase is over $75 you get free 2 day shipping. It has apparently been longer than 2 days. Where is my package? It says on the tracking information my package should arrive today but it is 6:30 pm. Not unrealistic for mail to come at this time but it is late in the evening and I am still waiting. Partially Fashion Nova & partially USPS. I am reading these reviews and I am disappointed and really upset. I hope all my clothing comes in it's correct sizes. & they also told me that after making my purchase, my shoes were out of stock and that I would receive a discount card. No mention of a refund. I wouldn't recommend.
I've ordered from them a couple of times. Once was great. Everything fit and worked out fine. The second time the clearly sent me the wrong size, the item was out of stock so I couldn't exchange it for the correct size and the don't do refunds. Some of their stuff is great quality some of it is crap. They are overpriced, shipping takes forever, their customer service is horrible and their return policy is a joke at best. Don't believe the YouTube hype. This site is not worth your time or the hassle.

I have been a customer for 3 years now and have never had a problem. They sell the cutest clothes that I can't find anywhere else and I have never had a problem with shipping. Definetly a loyal customer.
Here is my experience:
1. Bought two tops
2. Fashion Nova "sent" me the wrong size
3. The package was "lost" in the mail
4. I told them multiple times to change the sizes, they ignored me
5. After three weeks they re-sent the package with the WRONG sizes
6. I have to PAY for postage to send back the wrong sizes
7. Finally after another 10 days I get a store credit
8. I buy shorts with my credit
9. I receive the shorts, open up the package and the button IMMEDIATLEY falls off. I didn't even get a chance to try them on!
10. Now I'm out $18.00 postage, despite begging for a refund in ADDITION to the $32 I have thus far spent on wrong sizes and a defective pair of shorts.
Do not buy from here! They rip people off and their clothes fall apart before you even wear them

Ordered three items. Got the totally wrong size in one of the items. When I try to contact them they have no way of communication through phone only email. I have a getaway next weekend and now I have to order with my own money in order to get it in time a new jumpsuit and they don't do refunds.
