FASHION NOVA'S SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS CONFIRMED AND MADE ME SEND AN ID TO VERIFY AND STILL DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. The clothes are nice but the service is $#*!ty and you may not even get your order successfully. NO apologies or anything was issued by the company!
I ordered my items on may11th I received two emails stating that my items have been shipped. I called the postal service and they have not received my items from fashion nova warehouse. This really sucks because I am going on vacation next week and my items will probably still not be here. Honestly I might not ever see the items that I purchased. SHAME!
Okay so I NEVER write reviews about anything. But after stumbling across this site and seeing all the negative reviews about Fashion Nova I felt obliged. I order from FN 2 to 3 times a month for about 2 years now (sometimes more) and NEVER have any issues. 2-day shipping means from the day you actually get an e-mail stating the item was shipped people! Not from the day you placed your order. Relax. It's free! I also return things often. Maybe I don't like the fit or too big or small- sizes vary according to the product just like any other store you'd shop from. Sometimes things run small in this fabric, larger in another, etc. Because I've been using them so long, I'm pretty spot on with my sizing and more often than not, it's pretty consistent. Oh and about them selling things that aren't in stock, this can happen with any online shop- it's online! People are ordering at all times from all over the world! You try keeping up! In this case, the one or two times it's happened, I've gotten an actual refund not store credit as someone stated in their review. At the end of the day, of the online shopping I've done FN is one of the best and this is coming from someone who's ordered several times, not just one bad experience. And if you have only 2 days to receive an order. Go to a mall and get it there... That way you can go home with it and have no issues!

I placed an order on Friday morning May 12th. Received an email stating it has been shipped given a tracking number and when I checked my status it states a shipping label has been made. That was 5 days ago. I sent emails to Fashion Nova and have gotten no response from them.

I ordered a pair of jeans. When I got them they were not like the photo. It was then I checked out the return policy. I pay for the return, no refund, only store credit. I sent them back the same week and expected to see a special email that was clearly marked as my credit, or to find it on my account with them somewhere. Not that easy. Perhaps with their constant advertising I missed the credit, but over a month later, I can't find it. I contacted them and got a stock letter about troubleshooting. This is too much work for an online store. I have said good bye to my $40 as a lesson learned. I will never use them again.

I'm not going to waste much of my time writing this review. Because, FN has a very long list of what is wrong with their business. A few important things I will point out though, their shipping isn't "2 day shipping", it takes up to maybe 5 days at the most. Second, after shopping with them for almost 2 years, I believe they're becoming a scammer site. They will charge you for items that are no longer in stock. But, fail to inform you about it until AFTER you have already paid for them. So, they will issue you a store credit every damn time. I think I have maybe received a full refund ONCE since I have been shopping with them. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and issues aren't resolved maybe for a week or so or no response at all! Yes their prices are reasonable and items look like they do on the site, but very poor quality. You get what you pay for. I'd rather spend my money on good quality and excellent customer service :) That is why I have taken my business elsewhere.
This website says it does free 2-day shipping when you spend $75 and that is a bold face lie. I have made the mistake of counting on the 2 day shipping more than once, and instead of 2 days the orders come OVER A WEEK AFTER I PLACE THEM. This would be fine if I wasn't COUNTING on them being here in a timely fashion, because I usually ordered them for a trip or a specific event I wanted to look cute for. The clothes NEVER come on time, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. They basically blame it on whatever promotional discount they are having, BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS HAVING ONE. So basically, the company is scamming people into paying the $75 for free 2 day shipping and then getting away with taking over a week to get them to their customers.
If you are in no rush to get the clothes, then feel free to order their cheap $#*!. Otherwise, take your money to a more reputable and customer friendly business, because Fashionnova is a joke.
This site is a JOKE. Their "2 day shipping" is not 2 day. Then all their products are made from tissue paper. And their return policy is store credit only... thanks a lot, now I have to return garbage clothes to get more garbage clothes.

Received a damaged package with damaged clothing. It was delivered in a priority mail package which clearly states that shipping insurance is included. No response for days after multiple emails, including pictures of the damage. Ultimately dealt with an extraordinarily rude customer service rep who after days of short and vague responses informed me they would do nothing to fix my problem and I was given a 10% discount code. The package CLEARLY states that it is insured. I spent almost $50 and literally had to throw away the clothing because it was damaged beyond repair or wear. I am absolutely convinced they are a scamming brand after consulting their return policies and shipping policies, they clearly have ZERO value for those that shop with them and make it nearly impossible to make returns or receive a refund. NEVER shopping with this poor excuse of a brand ever again and neither should you. Unless you like throwing away your money, in which case you're better off just flushing it at home, far less of a hassle than dealing with these people.

I ordered my sister an outfit for a bday paid fast shipping and did not mined at all the pricing but come to fined out she gets a note in mail with order she has half completed with wrong size sent this is second time first time I look past it but this is a shame and such. I placed my order on Friday, May 5,2017 - the next day (Saturday) i got an email saying my order has been shipped and there was a tracking number for me to see the movement of my items. I was worried my items wouldn't arrive reading all the negative comments and reviews but my sister orders from FashionNova all the time and hasn't had any problems. Anyway, so a few days later I noticed the tracking said in transit to UPSCanada, and when I entered in the second tracking number for the Canadian ups I was able to see what day I should anticipate it's arrival. I received it about 2 hours ago which is right on. 5-7 days to Canada (Ontario) is exactly what the site indicates. I got both my items in the correct sizes and they fit true to size. I will definitely be ordering from fashionnova again.

The customer service this website provides is HORRIBLE. They will charge for sold out items and never credit you back for the items, they also have a phone number that never has any representatives available to speak! They take weeks to reply to an email and when they do it's an automated email. The clothes are very cute buts their not worth the hassle I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE!

This is the worst online store I have EVER used. It has been over 2 months and I STILL have not received my clothes OR MY MONEY BACK! I do online shopping all the time and I have never had such difficulties with a company in my life. They NEVER pick up their phone, so I have emailed them. They SOMETIMES respond via email, but they don't acknowledge anything I say and instead sound like a bunch of robots saying the same damn thing. They don't help at all and sound so lost! Odered a pair of jeans from them may 09 2017 and recieved a tracking number and paid for 2day shipping it is now the 13th and ive tracked the package its still in pre-shipment and usps awaiting item ive also called them and they said fashionova never delivered the item to them but i also called fashiinova and they said they shipped the item to post office and i should get it within 10days of not theyll reship me the item IF ITS STILL AVAILABLE just dont waste your time and money on this site they are rude and thieves ive got blocked on instagram for asking about my package funny right? Fashion Nova never fails to disappoint me. Their clothes are definitely cute, and I have never had problems with shipping. Every time I do my online shopping, I can always feel confident with Fashion Nova.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
