I love this site! I order from here constantly especially because they update their clothes frequently, it seems it seems to me like every week. The clothes are true to size unlike a lot of sites where sizes run very small. I've ordered bodysuits, pants, dresses, tops and strapless bras. I've love the quality style and speed of shipping on all my items ordered. They offer free 2 day shipping on all purchases made over $75 and best of all they always have coupon codes for 25%-30% off of your order. Most coupons they post on their home page but I always find coupons on many of the coupon sites, so Ive Never paid full price for an order. I am a frequent shopper so I have read their shipping guidelines which clearly states orders take about 24 hours to process and they only ship Mon-Fri. So if you need something quick don't order on the weekend if you do it will double the time to be received. Every item I've order has looked exactly as pictured and out of all the stores I shop online with, this is the only store I've been pleased with every single order. I'm truly addicted to their clothes, and I've gotten all my friends addicted as well. We all love Fashion Nova!
I will NEVER order from fashion nova ever again. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach your customer service. Maybe you guys should stop LYING to your customers and taking their money. 2 Day shipping my $#*!. I will let everyone know how bad your company is.
Got my order after some wait and bad customer service. I was super excited and went through the whole box only to find that i only got half of my "back in a dash" set, so i only got the shirt and no pants. The set was what i was most excited for. The shirt was also the on item that didnt come in a plastic bag so they just kinda threw it in there i guess? Just feeling disappointed cause seeing from these reviews i might get $#*! Ty store credit or nothing back for it so i guess wish me luck
Like the clothes and the quality of it but the customer service is a disaster. They should have some phone that would at least work. In my opinion the worst customer service.
This dress was suppose to be worn for my graduation celebration the day I received my diploma. Instead of coming to my house within the TWO days I paid for, it arrived a total of 8 days later. This has never happened to me before with this company. Every time I went to view my tracking, it was stuck in "pre-shipment" for TWO DAYS. I emailed customer service twice and received the SAME RESPONSE... a generic email apologizing about the delay. By Monday afternoon (a few days after my graduation), I called to complain about receiving a refund for the two dresses I purchased. The women on the phone had horrible customer service. When I insisted on speaking with a manager, she refused.
Like I previously stated before, I have never had an issue with Fashion Nova but this experience has officially tainted my thoughts about this company. Do not. I repeat do not purchase anything from here.

I ordered my clothes and accessories on May 20 it is now May 24, my order is still on the West coast! I leave for my trip today! Mind you they said it would be 2 day shipping. This is a waste I can't believe this crap seriously!
I ordered from Fashion Nova, three months ago and I can honestly say that the quality of the clothing was so cheap. I could've done better at a better at Forever 21 or H&M. They don't provide free return shipping or even refunds, on top of the fact the clothes come damaged. It looks nice on the website, and when it is delivered it doesn't look like the picture. It is false advertising.
This company is terrible I placed my order was charged for items that I never received. They issued a gift card I then placed my order and they still haven't shipped my order and of course they don't respond to calls or emails. I'm planning to issue a claim through my bank
I received my bathing suit damaged 2 day's before leaving for vacation. When I advised customer service they advised me that they could not issue a refund per store policy, only a store credit. Why would I want to order any other merchandise if it's has the possibility to come damage and their is no sufficient collateral accept ordering another item from them as a recourse. The only person benefiting is the company not the customer.

I purchased the Sun Goddess Dress thinking I would be able to wear it Memorial Day weekend. It was frayed and unraveling poorly constructed and just a hot mess! The dress was paper thin and see through. Similar to wearing tissue. I am very disappointed and highly unsatisfied! I work too hard to spend my money on such an awful dress and as a customer I am insulted
I bought a pair of white jeans a month ago, and was told it would ship may 8th. I still haven't received it. I've tried to contact fashion nova by emailing them, and their emails were not helpful at all. I tried to call fashion Nova numerous of times and they haven't picked up the phone. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience I've had with fashion nova.

If you're looking to wear the clothes for one day than yes. But know that your money is a waste. They will only give store credit even if they send you ripped up clothing. I bought a dress was sent to me damaged. I had to pay for my own shipment back to them. That is not customer service, the least they can do is send a paid package slip for returns.
I purchased more than a few items from this site and I can wear pretty much all of them except for one item so I paid the $7.00 to return it for a exchange cause of course I love their clothes Item was $24.97 and they gave me a credit of $ 7.00 All i did was try on the item with tags attached and put it back in the bag. When someone purchases several items and pays shipping and handling and never wore the item out as a business you should acknowledge that and give that person back their money. Im just sayin...
Purchased a romper. Came a day after the delivery date. Needed to switch out for bigger size and everytime i called cutomer service. It went to voicemail. Because i dont trust this company im returning the items through fedex.
My girlfriend wanted a few outfits for a trip we were taking. This company plasters the internet with promos for 'Free 2 Day Shipping' and i had 4 days until the trip so i placed an order. Turns out that the shipping speed has nothing to do with the order processing speed. Once i started reading reviews that the company took weeks sometimes to process an order and mine wouldn't arrive in time, i asked that mine be cancelled- 1 hour after it was placed. I was told they don't allow cancellations. Because the order is being processed?! That was a week ago! It's a total scam. Once you hit submit your money is gone. They offer no refunds, no live person to talk to- their (800) number is a machine. Their emails are robo answered. And after reading reviews about the quality of their products i guess i'm glad the order didn't arrive. I will dispute with the BBB and my credit card.

I've been ordering from Fashion Nova almost every two weeks for months. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when I ordered & was charged but the item was not in stock. They emailed & stated that a refund was processed to the original form of payment which was a gift card but failed to provide the gift card number. After a gift card is used no one keeps the gift card so how am I to know what the gift card number was? It's been weeks later with no help from *******@fashionnova.com. Their replies have been generic (FaQ's, we'll get back to you in 48 hrs, etc). I also emailed *******@fashionnova.com but their response was to give me the 4 ending numbers of the gift card. Wtf! How am I to use a gift card with only the ending numbers? Why not provide the full gift card number? SUGGESTION: 1) Update your system to subtract from inventory when an item is ordered so that you won't have to continually try & give refunds when an item is out of stock, it will automatically show when a customer tries to order. 2) Update your system to reflect credits on a customer's account. They have lost a valuable customer but I'm sure they don't care. However, I do care about my money & being provided with good, skilled customer service. I will be contacting the BBB concerning them. From this review site alone I see that I'm not the only one dissatisfied.
I bought a bunch of stuff from Fashion Nova and I appreciate the ultra fast shipping to Canada. The MAKEUP and all accessories (included shoes) are really amazing quality and worth it. I will buy again simple because they are unique products and awesome. The clothes are a different story. They do not fit true to size. I ordered a size 3 pair of jeans USING THEIR SIZE CHART and it is absolutely terrible. It was huge and fits like a diaper. I ordered 3 shirts, which were all true to size but the quality is absolutely terrible.
I made my first purchase online worth $400 Canadian dollars and laterwatds saw all these negative regrets and felt sick to my stomach assuming I would not receive my order as everyone says it's a scam! I placed my order on may/5th/2017 which was a Friday and recieved my package today. It said free 5-7 business days when purchasing over $75. It came on the 8th day with all 16 items I ordered and all in the correct sizes. Every single item fit very good and the shoe size 6 I ordered fit great too! I will say that the tracking information sometimes stalls but a few days later updates. So I'm not sure if I was lucky but my experience went well!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
