This was my first time shopping at fashionnova.com. I wanted to get a unique and sexy dress for my friend's Bachelorette weekend in New Orleans. I was super impressed with the quality of the material of the dress and it was very easy to spot wash later in the evening when a friend spilled some beer on me. Would definitely recommend this site to a friend!

Wow wow wow! I was never an online shopper, but I decided to take a risk and try fashion nova. I am so glad I did! It's bittersweet, because I can't stop ordering clothes from there LOL! Also their customer service is outstanding and prompt!
Why does it take a whole nother day just to drop off packages to USPS?
Tracking email said the label was made at 5am and yet its posted for delivery on 5/26? Yea. Never again. Your customer service sucks. Im crossing my fingers that at the very least your clothes arent as * as everything else.

I found this website from one of my fave instagramers wearing one of the dresses. I immediately wanted to buy from there cuz damn the clothes are cute! I spend over £250 on clothes (i suppose wasn't wise of me as a first time buyer but i'm used to online shopping) which gave me the 'free shipping if spend over $150' deal. I read how their shipping is usually 5-10 days on standard delivery but i expected to get SOME regular email dialogue from them about the progress of my order since I now ordered them clothes a whole WEEK ago and the order status is still 'ordered'. I started emailing them and instead of any actual useful information I got two damn automated emails at 2 separate times saying the same thing.
Now, I still have some hope that they might give me a decent response as to what is going on, since I really don't want to have wasted all that money and those clothes are really so cute. Serves me right for spending so much at once I guess.
I shop online with fashion nova I know once a week never had a problem until now I spent 150 worth of clothing I tryed calling email no answer can't get hold of no one the same week I order i usually get my things same week because I always order on a Monday but they sent me a tracking number yesterday that has been sitting in same spot since they sent it to me then on top of that I paid for it to me here in time for an event that I'm attending I just want my damn money I'm going to call my bank now this just don't make no sense
I placed my order on the 7th of May and receive an email with my tracking number on the 10th, nothing has been updated on my tracking information from the 12 May. It is 25th of May and i still haven't received my package! I am fuming and will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I better get my stuff! I emailed them countless of times and still no reply, so disappointed in this company and further disheartened after reading the reviews!
This is my second time ordering from FashionNova and I was SO excited to get my clothes. They sent me an email when my order was shipped out and gave me a tracking number. I thought everything was fine but when I kept checking the UPS CANADA tracking number they gave me, day after day it kept saying a label has been created but the items hadn't been shipped out to my house yet. After a week, I called UPS and they told me they don't know where exactly the package is and that FashionNova needs to get into contact with them to open up a claim, cause apparently I'm not allowed to do that myself. I've emailed and called FashionNova but of course I haven't gotten a response. I just want my clothes... and if for some reason if they can't give me my clothes, I'm refusing a store credit and will go directly to my bank and open up a claim because this isn't fair to me whatsoever.
I'm so annoyed/disappointed. My previous experience with the company was fine but now I have to deal with this... and I know they're just going to comment and say to email them but I ALREADY HAVE.
Please fix this FashionNova! I just want my clothes

Placed an order Saturday, 5/20 at 1:59 PM PST and my credit card was instantly charged.
Finally received an email stating my order has been shipped on Wednesday, 5/24 at 9 PM PST.
Received an update email stating my order is in transit on Wed, 5/24 at 11:16 PM PST.
Tracking says I will receive my order by Friday, 5/26.
FYI: Order ships from Los Angeles and I am from the Bay Area.
I purchase a pair of sandals my order went thru and even an email was sent to me that my item was shipped then I received an email saying my sandals were sold out wtf! And to top it off they haven't even refunded my money back I'm so upset! No a good service at all!
I purchased a couple of items from fashion nova and the day I ordered my items I realised I made the wrong purchase on these thigh highs so I contacted them through email, phone and even through their Instagram account and the girl or whoever told me that once you make your purchase you cannot exchange but $#*!.my order wasn't even shipped or packed yet and I even told them I'll pay the difference but nope the person told me once you make your purchase they don't change it. Talk about poor customer service.

Fashion nova sucks! Do not buy anything online they do not send it in two or three days I ordered my stuff on may 10, I spent well over $100 it's now may 24 and I haven't gotten anything. I cannot reach them in anyway to find out more about my products like wtf where are my sh**.

After emailing them about the status of my order I received an automated message. Part of it read:
"Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for the status of your order to be updated"
I order May 22 and it's now May 24th. Where's my update? If there was an issue with something I ordered, why not email me? If an item is missing, why not email me?
If I ever receive my package, it'll likely be the last I ever purchase from Fashionnova.
I ordered clothing from fashion nova recently! Despite the reviews saying that they don't receive their money back with returns (so true) I purchased anyway after falling in love with the clothing. The clothing didn't look as good on me as it did on the models, (who's bodies are too unrealistic and aren't like most people's) and returned them back. I forgot to put my return number on the slip, though I had it written down. After emailing them and catching a hold of them, after they asked me to give them my return number, THEY NEVER ANSWERED BACK. I emailed them four times after that, demanding my $147.68 back, and still NO ANSWER. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I would not recommend buying from here if you happen to need to make a return, you won't get your rightfully owed money back.
I ordered my clothes on May 20th and received free 2 day shipping. It is now the 24th and still no email to confirm on it's shipping. I understand they don't ship on weekends when I ordered everything on Saturday however its been 48 hours since Monday the 22nd! WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Ordered on May 20,2017 after contacting them via email on May 22,2017 the next business day they sent me a response stating that my package was shipped on 22 May they also included my tracking number. Long story short after not being able track where my package was I ended up calling USPS. I have them the tracking number that Fashion Nova sent me in the invoice USPS let me know that the tracking number was a invalid tracking number. I have ordered it through Fashion Nova several times and this by far is the WORST customer service I have ever received. Not only did they provide a invalid/ false tracking number they stated in their invoice on May 22 they had shipped my item which was a complete lie! I was hoping to receive my package so that I could wear the clothing for memorial weekend but at this point it doesn't seem like that will be happening at this point! This company promotes false advertisement and does not take responsibility for their wrongdoings!
I have now ordered 3 times from fashion nova each order getting bigger and bigger due to knowing my sizing and quality. My other 2 orders shipped great, but the 3rd order i placed Monday 5/22@ 7:55am and qualified for the free 2 day shipping. I haven't received any emails with tracking just email saying my order was received. I have sent multiple of email but nothing just the automated message. This annoying i just want my clothing and shoes.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
